We stopped in for our first meal today and it was AWESOME! Shawna is the very best server, attentive, friendly and efficient! Our "cure" burger and wedge salad were delicious (the burger was cooked perfectly!) and although we are not gluten free, the options are wonderful! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Shawna!!! :) read more

Great place and great food!! Its hard to find places with gluten free menus at all, but it was so comforting to be offered one instead of having to ask! Our server, Liri was really friendly, helpful, and a delight to talk with! The atmosphere was great and the food was phenomenal! 10/10 especially for gluten free food! read more

UPDATE- the area manager of the restaurant reached out to me via email to apologize for the bartenders behavior, which I appreciate. We will try the restaurant again, as the food was great! read more

Wow! This place was impressive... Usually The mall wouldn't be my go-to for a nice, quiet dinner... But because of the extensive gluten free menu, we decided to give it a shot! First of all, if you do not have a reservation they have a text message system, which is great for busier times and longer waits (you don't have to stay "within buzzer" range), they gave us a 10-15 minute wait so we went to the bar... The bartender was very nice and when asked for mojitos (not on the menu) not only did she make them (with fresh mint) but was able to customize them for us (pomegranate & blackberry!) within 5 minutes we were seated and the menu clearly states that 100% of their menu is naturally or can be made to be gluten free! I just about lost my mind ordering! Fried pickles, firecracker shrimp, even fish and chips! The food came out quick and was great! The most impress part is how far they go to ensure the safety of customers with food allergies (the food is clearly marked with "allergy" sticks) AND the manager runs your food so there is NO chance of the GF meal coming anywhere near other food! I can't wait to try EVERYTHING! They even have chocolate cake, a rarity for a GF gal like me! read more

I went to 110 grill with 3 of my friends and we had no problem getting a seat! Ally Snyder our server was the BEST! She was full of energy, kind and always was checking up on our table! read more

The food sucked the drinks were bad had to send the first drink back second one was better the shrimp looked and tasted like plastic server was super sweet but food took forever and there was only three tables read more

To Pricey for this area especially since its located at the food court end of the mall. The service need to learn to be more caring and efficient. Very slow, and it wasnt busy. Got the sirloin steak and it was rubbery. Wife got grilled swordfish, at $24 a pop she should have just got the fish and chips. She said it had a weird after taste like metal. Maybe menu is too complicated for the chef. Took forever just to get three diet cokes and a water. Cold soup and warm salad. Dont waste your money at this place. The five star reviews must be employed by them. read more

refused service for 5 people and wouldn't give an estimate time for a wait. hostess had no idea what she was doing, and have an attitude about seating 5 people. also so many tables open or had to be cleaned off & didn't offer to wait for a table. read more

We arrived at Syracuse late today and checked in to our hotel. Our group, including my 3 yr old son, were extremely hungry. Asked our hotel for a great steak house around, and they suggested this location. I should say I had to listen to the very low rating it has on Yelp! We all ordered steak and every single one served cold!!! Being with my kid and passed his nap time we didn't have time to wait for a REAL steak. The discount on the bill did not certainly compensate for the bad experience. But thanks! read more

Was kind of disappointed with this place. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu sandwich and when it came out there was nothing but a bun and chicken. My husbands burger was cold and you could tell it was sitting in the window for a bit. They brought my child's food out last ( I noticed that this happened at the tables around us as well). We also waited a very long time for our food. A table next to us left because the wait was so long. The restaurant was not full or even half full so the wait should not have been that long. Being in the mall you would think they are used to being busy but I guess not. The food wasn't worth the wait or the price. Will not go again. The beer was cheap though! That was the only high spot. read more

Great place to go if you'd like to sit around for an hour before you get your food. When you have no hostess and your Managers are running food it's definitely the beginning of the end. They were great when they first opened but didn't take long to go into a downward spiral. read more

We have been here twice, both times the food was very good, the CURE burger medium rare is awesome and sweet potato fries are very good also, we also had the totchos for a an appetizer, very good! I have read a few posts complaining about the bartender, not sure if he is still there but ours seemed a little overwhelmed also with only half the bar full. I must say they make some good drinks though, the ginger harvest is amazing! read more

Decided to try this place out today. My girlfriend had mentioned it about a month ago and we finally were able to try it. Had high hopes since she actually went there yesterday as well and was excited to go back there today. I got the chicken caprese. Super tasty and a generous piece of fried chicken and a good sized salad also on the plate. The chicken was great, breading wasn't too heavy and the chicken was not tried out at all but had a nice crisp to it. Very happy with my meal. My girlfriend is gluten free and we have a hard time going out to eat because most places can't guarantee that it's actually gluten free. But right when we walk in the restaurant, the host asks if anyone in our party has any food allergies. The server also mentions it and the manager brings out the dish and are more than willing to explain the process of making the dish and how they're certain it was gluten free. Very impressed with this restaurant today, will be going back for sure. read more

The food was absolutely terrible. Ordered mushroom Swiss burger, pull pork sandwich, steak sandwich & Buffalo Mac n cheese & a couple appetizers. All of the food was lukewarm & bland. Definitely not worth the price & will not be returning. On a positive note, the server was great! read more

...Back to a five star review! It seems like they are working out the kinks on their especially busy days, which is great. The management was very helpful and attentive when contacted(seemed genuinely concerned with our bad visit). This is still my go to place for gluten free food and great service. Thanks guys! read more

Food was excellent; and service was fast and efficient. I had salad with steak added. Steak was cooked exactly as requested (rare); other in my party had a burger and a sandwich. They looked awesome; in future visits I'll definitely try out other items! read more

Thanks Alex for a great dinning experience. You recommendation was spot on. Cajun sword fish. Excellent.

There were multiple people in my party with allergies, our server, Miranda, was so attentive and made sure all of our food was safe. The gluten free rolls were fantastic, way better than most!! Also, I'm a vegetarian, they serve the Beyond Burger here and it is so fantastic! The bartenders were so sweet and the drinks were great. All around a great meal! read more

Not impressed. Asked for no bun on my burger, came with a bun. Asked for water when I ordered my drink, no water showed up. Asked for burger to be medium it was well done. Sat at the bar and the bartender never asked if I needed anything or how my food was. She rather enjoyed the music though. 1st and last visit here. read more

Ate for first time here recently. Mia, our waitress, was wonderful, pleasant and helpful! Food was outstanding. I had their Turkey burger-best I have ever had!! My hubby ordered the tomato soup. I usually don't like that soup. I tried a sip of his and it was marvelous, I would order that in the future. All things considered, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, service wonderful, food outstanding. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great lunch! read more

When there.for my wife's Birthday food was excellent as was the service our waitress Lisa was great everything from making reservations to the food was great. Can't wait to go back would definitely recommend to family and friends. read more

This is our fourth visit. Consistently great food (not fancy but well presented, well cooked) and excellent service. Rose was our server; only her second day on the job -- it's clear that she's going to be a great asset to the team! Only quibble is the lightning which lacks nuance and texture. read more

I waited for 23 minutes with no service in a next to empty restaurant while others were served. Staff walked past without a word. Would not recommend read more

Just tried their cheesesteak sandwich and it was amazing. Our server was one of the best I've had. Riley was her name and she was funny and personable but very educated on the menu and helped me pick the perfect meal for me. I would come back based on service alone but the food and drink was AMAZING! I had the maple bacon manhattan and if your a fan of bacon or bourbon or both. You need to try it. It's a bit in the sweet side (which I normally don't like) but with maple in the title you have to expect it. Great experience. read more

110 Grill at Destiny USA is now one of my husband's and my favorite place to go! The service is friendly and personable and the food is amazing. We were there this past weekend and got to sit where we could watch Chef D.J. do his thing and appreciated him taking the time to check with in with the diners. The food is creative and upscale but reasonably priced. The atmosphere is chic and modern and comfortable. Even though they were short-staffed the last time we were there, servers kept making sure to let us know we weren't forgotten and would be taken care of. Hoping hubby wants to go there tomorrow night, too! read more

Always have delicious food! I love that their separate gluten free menu is on the same material / same size as the regular menu. All staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free menu. read more

Went here on a whim, probably wouldn't have gone in if i didn't check yelp first as it was quite empty. Glad we did as the food and drinks were awesome, can't wait to go back! read more

If you are looking for great food and a cool atmosphere this is it. They took over the old Uno near the carousel. We have ate here at least 5 times and every single time it has not disappointed. Fresh ingredients and has an extensive gluten free menu. Ask for Carolyn, we do she is the best. read more

Excellent service and good food! Markus was my waiter and he was very polite and upbeat! Will be back!

My waiter Carolyn was truly amazing! Such a sweetheart. She owned up to her mistake when she accidentally brought ketchup and made us laugh. Also The food was really good! read more

WOW, this place runs with the discipline of a Michelin rated restaurant and has dialed the whole allergy sensitivity issue. It is a major find for our family and our waitress Carolyn was amazing and attentive. Food and pricing is also excellent. I would never had guessed that such a superb restaurant would be in a mall. read more

Food was very good and fresh. Everything is made to order, and considering that, the wait time not bad at all. I had their signature burger, The Cure. It was outstanding. One of the better burgers I've had in Syracuse. Staff was great, friendly and very accommodating. They have an allergy commitment and a gluten-free menu. Which is great. I'd like to see some more interesting "on the side" choices for those watching carbs. Currently it's some lackluster broccoli or Brussel sprouts. With how great their main menu is, I could see them whipping up some more interesting choices; like cauliflower rice with black beans, or three bean salad or something. read more

I've been here three times. Customer service is god awful. The restaurant is poorly managed, and I won't be back. I can totally relate to the reviewer who said they waited for over 20 minutes without attention from the wait staff In a restaurant not even half full. My experience was very similar. read more

Excellent Gluten-free food! Their gf rolls are enough to go. Their gf breaded fish and chips was crispy, perfectly cooked and absolutely wonderful! The selection is extensive. A must! read more

Had an excellent meal. For an appetizer, I had the Caesar salad and it had just the right amount of homemade dressing. For dinner, I had the steak tips with garlic mashed and french fries. Our server Carolyn was top-notch and provided outstanding service. We usually go to Cheesecake Factory but the 110 Grill is our new spot. We will certainly be back for another amazing meal with Carolyn! read more

Went here on a Thursday around 5 PM for dinner. Top notch waitresses and service. Got the calamari as an appetizer it was flawless, best appetizer you could find anywhere hands down. I ordered the steak tips and they were cooked perfectly. The steak tips are a bit on the sweeter side and our server (Carolyn) made sure to mention that and double check if that was okay with me. My hubby ordered the cheese steak and had zero complaints. The only downside was the food was honestly a bit on the expensive side and the garlic mashed potatoes were a bit dry. Will definitely be coming back here again soon! read more

This is a new restaurant in Destiny USA Mall that has a great atmosphere and delicious food. My favorite was the Cuban Swordfish and another favorite in our group was the pulled pork sandwich. It was exciting to be able to watch them prepare the food in the open kitchen. Our server was Charlie and she did an excellent job explaining the menu and had a lot of knowledge on the ingredients. My daughter is a vegetarian and I have a food allergy and the restaurant was able to accommodate both with no problem at all! The cocktails are also amazing as they are all made from scratch and not from a premix. I highly recommend visiting 110 Grill for your next night out! read more
