Sadly i must say that i didnt enjoy my experience here at this establishment. If you see my reviews you will see i almost always give good reviews so if i give a bad one it bothers me to do so and i hope the restaurant learns from it. I was greeted by a sweet efficient waitress and she remained so throughout. She was terrific and an asset to the restaurant. When we sat she said this is a " scratch" kitchen and everything is made from scratch so you can have your meal pretty much the way you want it. Then she said is anyone allergic to anything because we are very cognizant of allergies. She was great happy friendly. I ordered the meatloaf but said i cant eat hot foods or sauces can i have it without the sriracha ketchup on it. She said of course After our salads which were good she said the kitchen put the hot sauce on the meatloaf so she asked for another one so my meal will be delayed but the Other meal for my daughter will Be right out. No big deal and happy she caught the error. She was great about it. A few minutes later both dishes come out at the same time. It was clear to me they scraped the hot sauce off MOST of the meatloaf. It was still on some of it and on the mashed potatoes. So much for the kitchen being cognizant of allergies. I clearly said i cant eat hot or spicy foods. The waitress notices me scraping the meatloaf and asked if she could help. I said am so sorry but it still has hot sauce on it. She said no problem ill get another. Again she was a gem. The chef comes out and explains the meatloaf is pre made with a spicy glaze. Maybe someone should tell him what a "scratch" kitchen means? That aside you could see the hot ketchup was scraped off the meatloaf (it was not a baked on glaze it was clearly ketchup) because it was on the mashed potatoes as well. It was hot there was no mistaking sriracha sauce if you've ever had it. So much for a scratch kitchen that serves premade food? So much for being cognizant of allergies when all they did was scratch most of the hot sauce off a meatloaf for a customer who cant eat spicy foods. The chef should have made the dish from scratch instead of coming out to make excuses. In fact his explanation was so aggravating that i cancelled my meal all together. By this time my daughter was almost finished with her meal anyway. Needless to say not a good experience. If a chef comes out it is not to make excuses or put a customer on the defensive. The chef comes out to be complimented or to bend over backwards to make the customer happy. And for heavens sake the chef of a scratch kitchen should know what a scratch kitchen means! If i wasnt so aggravated by his explanation i would have found it actually comical. This was my experience and i hope they find this review helpful. Give the place a try and judge it for yourself. This is just one persons experience if you decide to go judge it for yourself. read more

We stopped in for our first meal today and it was AWESOME! Shawna is the very best server, attentive, friendly and efficient! Our "cure" burger and wedge salad were delicious (the burger was cooked perfectly!) and although we are not gluten free, the options are wonderful! We will definitely be coming back! Wow! This place was impressive... Usually The mall wouldn't be my go-to for a nice, quiet dinner... But because of the extensive gluten free menu, we decided to give it a shot! First of all, if you do not have a reservation they have a text message system, which is great for busier times and longer waits (you don't have to stay "within buzzer" range), they gave us a 10-15 minute wait so we went to the bar... The bartender was very nice and when asked for mojitos (not on the menu) not only did she make them (with fresh mint) but was able to customize them for us (pomegranate & blackberry!) within 5 minutes we were seated and the menu clearly states that 100% of their menu is naturally or can be made to be gluten free! I just about lost my mind ordering! Fried pickles, firecracker shrimp, even fish and chips! The food came out quick and was great! The most impress part is how far they go to ensure the safety of customers with food allergies (the food is clearly marked with "allergy" sticks) AND the manager runs your food so there is NO chance of the GF meal coming anywhere near other food! I can't wait to try EVERYTHING! They even have chocolate cake, a rarity for a GF gal like me! read more

To Pricey for this area especially since its located at the food court end of the mall. The service need to learn to be more caring and efficient. Very slow, and it wasnt busy. Got the sirloin steak and it was rubbery. Wife got grilled swordfish, at $24 a pop she should have just got the fish and chips. She said it had a weird after taste like metal. Maybe menu is too complicated for the chef. Took forever just to get three diet cokes and a water. Cold soup and warm salad. Dont waste your money at this place. We arrived at Syracuse late today and checked in to our hotel. Our group, including my 3 yr old son, were extremely hungry. Asked our hotel for a great steak house around, and they suggested this location. I should say I had to listen to the very low rating it has on Yelp! We all ordered steak and every single one served cold!!! Being with my kid and passed his nap time we didn't have time to wait for a REAL steak. Was kind of disappointed with this place. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu sandwich and when it came out there was nothing but a bun and chicken. My husbands burger was cold and you could tell it was sitting in the window for a bit. They brought my child's food out last ( I noticed that this happened at the tables around us as well). We also waited a very long time for our food. A table next to us left because the wait was so long. The restaurant was not full or even half full so the wait should not have been that long. Being in the mall you would think they are used to being busy but I guess not. The food wasn't worth the wait or the price. Will not go again. The beer was cheap though! We have been here twice, both times the food was very good, the CURE burger medium rare is awesome and sweet potato fries are very good also, we also had the totchos for a an appetizer, very good! I have read a few posts complaining about the bartender, not sure if he is still there but ours seemed a little overwhelmed also with only half the bar full. Decided to try this place out today. My girlfriend had mentioned it about a month ago and we finally were able to try it. Had high hopes since she actually went there yesterday as well and was excited to go back there today. I got the chicken caprese. Super tasty and a generous piece of fried chicken and a good sized salad also on the plate. The chicken was great, breading wasn't too heavy and the chicken was not tried out at all but had a nice crisp to it. Very happy with my meal. My girlfriend is gluten free and we have a hard time going out to eat because most places can't guarantee that it's actually gluten free. But right when we walk in the restaurant, the host asks if anyone in our party has any food allergies. The server also mentions it and the manager brings out the dish and are more than willing to explain the process of making the dish and how they're certain it was gluten free. There were multiple people in my party with allergies, our server, Miranda, was so attentive and made sure all of our food was safe. The gluten free rolls were fantastic, way better than most!! Ate for first time here recently. Mia, our waitress, was wonderful, pleasant and helpful! Food was outstanding. I had their Turkey burger-best I have ever had!! My hubby ordered the tomato soup. I usually don't like that soup. I tried a sip of his and it was marvelous, I would order that in the future. Just tried their cheesesteak sandwich and it was amazing. Our server was one of the best I've had. Riley was her name and she was funny and personable but very educated on the menu and helped me pick the perfect meal for me. I would come back based on service alone but the food and drink was AMAZING! I had the maple bacon manhattan and if your a fan of bacon or bourbon or both. You need to try it. It's a bit in the sweet side (which I normally don't like) but with maple in the title you have to expect it. Great experience. read more

110 Grill at Destiny USA is now one of my husband's and my favorite place to go! The service is friendly and personable and the food is amazing. We were there this past weekend and got to sit where we could watch Chef D.J. do his thing and appreciated him taking the time to check with in with the diners. The food is creative and upscale but reasonably priced. The atmosphere is chic and modern and comfortable. Even though they were short-staffed the last time we were there, servers kept making sure to let us know we weren't forgotten and would be taken care of. One of the better burgers I've had in Syracuse. Staff was great, friendly and very accommodating. They have an allergy commitment and a gluten-free menu. Which is great. I'd like to see some more interesting "on the side" choices for those watching carbs. Currently it's some lackluster broccoli or Brussel sprouts. Went here on a Thursday around 5 PM for dinner. Top notch waitresses and service. Got the calamari as an appetizer it was flawless, best appetizer you could find anywhere hands down. I ordered the steak tips and they were cooked perfectly. The steak tips are a bit on the sweeter side and our server (Carolyn) made sure to mention that and double check if that was okay with me. My hubby ordered the cheese steak and had zero complaints. The only downside was the food was honestly a bit on the expensive side and the garlic mashed potatoes were a bit dry. This is a new restaurant in Destiny USA Mall that has a great atmosphere and delicious food. My favorite was the Cuban Swordfish and another favorite in our group was the pulled pork sandwich. It was exciting to be able to watch them prepare the food in the open kitchen. Our server was Charlie and she did an excellent job explaining the menu and had a lot of knowledge on the ingredients. My daughter is a vegetarian and I have a food allergy and the restaurant was able to accommodate both with no problem at all!
