Didn't even come out hot. For entree's I had the pulled pork Mac and cheese. The pork was good, nice and tender but the Mac and cheese had no flavor just tasted like flour. Also the "ranch" dressing had a funny taste definitely didn't taste like ranch. Tonight was our first time to 110 Grill and we had a good time. Four of us before we went to the movies. I really hope someone reads these reviews and does something with them! Firstly you allowed me to book a table through Open Table, well done, not enough businesses do that. Our hostess who met us at the stand was great and allowed us to sit outside and even moved our table closer to the fire pit. Our server was Panda, what a great server. She told us all about the company and how many restaurants you have. I genuinely asked her how many 110 Grills she had opened thinking she was part of your setup and opening team. She is a great asset to your team and one you should keep an eye on. I can imagine if she's not looked after that a business like mine will very happily take her. Our drinks and food were great. Very well portioned and priced. The bar service was slow and this let down the overall experience although it was not Panda's fault. By the time we ordered the second round of drinks the restaurant was not busy and it should not have taken me to go inside to chase up the order to get it sorted. We had two or three table touches from what were clearly managers but the biggest thing that let our night down and experience down was the smell on your patio. I asked our server about it and she said that it is a problem. Apparently you guys have dealt with the issue but from what she's been told, the issue now lies with the Mall Management getting the grease trap sorted. Your patio is also next to the trash dumpsters! Now if this issue does sit with the Mall Management and it's a big problem, get it sorted in your own dime. I text a good friend who dined with you last week and he said he hated the smell too. One of the managers who touched our table agreed with our complaint and said she often has to move people inside. You have a lovely patio, a very nice fire pit and a disgusting smell. Someone from the corporate office needs to visit, dine on the patio at multiple tables on different nights and "enjoy" the smell. Get it sorted 110 Grill. You have been open 3 months and you want to do well here and you will but not if you sit around waiting for the Mall Management to fix it. Take ownership yourselves. Overall, we would come back but we wouldn't sit outside again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else too. Soon you will be known as the place with the smelly patio. I reached out to the management like asked in reply below. And no response ever happened. It's been many months. Sad My friend and I had a late lunch at 110 Grill. I have eaten there once with a great experience however yesterday's experience was most definitely lacking to say the least. We got there around 3pm and was told the wait would be 20 minutes or so they took our name and numbers and said we would be called when I table became available which was no big problem we decided to walk around the mall. However, what I found was odd is there was many tables open and they didn't seem busy at all. So we walk around for 40 minutes or so and decide to walk back to the restaurant to see why we weren't called. After we came back the sat us down immediately. The waitress came to take our order and seemed friendly enough. Then it took an additional hour for our food. We were sat righty by the kitchen where you can watch the cooks doing their thing. And then I found what the issue was. It was the kitchen. The men in the kitchen were too busy joking and laughing at each other and messing around playing jokes to pay attention to the orders. I watched the waiters and waitresses have to go back and correct almost every single order the cooks prepared. I can see the frustration on the wait staffs faces. Our order finally came in and my friends order was wrong. He ordered fish and chips with a sub or mash for the chips and it came the normal way. Our waitress saw his plate and just kept walking. At this point we didn't want to wait another hour for food so we just ate and called it a day. Another waitress in her frustration said by our table " I'm about 2 seconds away from walking the f**k out of this mother f*****r" which I thought was very unprofessional. I love 110 Grill, but this location is very hit and miss. Don't ask them to substitute a side on a dish because you won't get what you asked for. Thankfully, they eventually bring you out what you ordered, but it's a waste of food fora side I won't eat. Also, don't expect to get bread most times. We were offered bread only once in 5 visits, even though everyone around us had it. And the gluten free roll was rock hard on the bottom, so half of it was inedible. Figured the waitress would offer to bring a new one to make up for the hockey puck, but she never did. Also, one time when I ordered the chicken caprese, it came out without the pesto sauce. I knew it didn't taste as good as it usually does, but didn't realize until after we left and I read the item description that it wasn't as great because they completely forgot one of the main ingredients. It seems like the issues are mostly with the kitchen (especially with how long it takes food to come out sometimes), but I think that the people bringing the food need to confirm that what you ordered is what's on your plate. It's a shame because when made correctly, the food is fantastic and worth the money. I had a great first experience at the location in Berlin, MA and was super excited when this location was opening close to home, but I find myself not excited, or running to eat here anymore. For the high prices, I expect consistency and accuracy, which this location is lacking. They also had serious issues in the beginning with the loyalty rewards. I was told one 2 separate visits that the machine was down, but the manger would enter the points at the end of the night. Both times, I never received points and had to contact customer service. It seems to be fixed now, but the waiter/waitresses never even both to ask if you have the rewards, you always have to mention it to them. Dinner arrived about 10-15 minutes after ordering. that damn sandwich was probably one of the best things I've eaten in a really long time. True comfort food. But very messy. You have to cut it in half because it's too big to hold in your hand and you will make a mess. It comes with this really delicious aioli sauce, chicken breast smothered in grilled smoked ham slices with tons of Swiss cheese. Oh my God! So delicious. I had to take half of the sandwich home as it was just too much. The noodle salad was also very good. I might add that they should put more Ginger and sesame seeds in it. They give you a really big portion. I basically took home half my entire dinner. The waitress help me sign up for the loyalty program so I was able to get points from this meal towards the hundred and ten you need in order to get a free meal. I really enjoyed my short visit here. I was out of there by 5:47 I never felt rushed. Delicious food. A little nervous about being in the mall because I'm always afraid of getting shot but other than that I definitely will come back. This is a great place to eat if you are gluten-free! You pretty much can get every single item on the menu gluten-free. They are very conscious of the allergy! Vegan pasta drizzled with extra mayo, salad missing toppings and dressing, side of broccoli missing from kids meals, missed an entire entree, and to top it off we waited 40 minutes for the check! Excellent experience! I love how I was able to order my burger lettuce wrapped since I am on a low carb diet. The burger was great. My husband got the short rib flatbread and loved it. Went in with my family for dinner and were seated right away, had the host clean the seat for us and he forgot to give us menus and utensils. After asking for both we ordered, appetizers were quick, meal however took over an hour. Nick, our server, was helpful, so we couldn't blame him for the bad experience. We never received our bread and he ordered the wrong side. After waiting for our meal, our salad sat on the countertop for over 15 minutes, we we finally told Nick we no longer wanted it he said he would remove it from the check. After a few minutes we overheard his manager say "it didn't make sense" for us not to want the salad -- even though it clearly sat there while everyone else waited for their food. We were a party of two which we were a walking and it was a long wait. Two Drinks that was order didn't have the ingredients to complete the drink. Didn't understand that!!! Open kitchen concept which I love, but there was lots of foul language, you are in a restaurant not the streets. I am a corporate chef of a concept in the city and was very shocked to see many things during my visit. Lots of touching of hair that seemed like kitchen and wait staff. Absolutely disgusted with the service I somewhat received. I say SOMEWHAT received, because in the hour and fifteen minutes I was seated for, I saw my waitress a total of TWO times. The kitchen was "backed up", however no one alerted us to this and we were sitting for over forty minutes for 3 adult meals and two children's meals. It was when I waived down a different server that I found out about the backed up kitchen. I waited another 15 minutes and asked for our waitress, when she came over she told us the kitchen was still backed up and we wouldn't receive our food for quite some time. I asked her for the check as I had two hungry children with me. She then asked what the issue was and when I explained it to her, instead of apologizing she got defensive. Defensive that she left my table dirty for half an hour, defensive that she never asked if wanted refills, defensive that she never told us the kitchen was backed up. When a manager was not sent over to rectify the issue I realized the disregard that they carried for their customer. I would NOT recommend this place based off of their service. We are literally sitting in the restaurant. We've been here since about 12:30 and we just got our food ten minutes ago. The waiter Vinny was friendly. We waited over an hour for food. The computer screens were all red. My son ordered the sliders from the kids menu and I ordered the fish tacos but his plate was bigger than mine even though I had a meal that was messy. I had a delicious risotto and excellent service, but that was it, the chef there must be a magician... he got my husband steak wrong and ice cold with 2 lbs of potatoes on top we kindly sent it back and the second time is when he let his magic out... he perfected the 3 temp steak all in one outside was dried as a jockey puck the ends of the steak were medium and some parts were absolutely ice cold raw meat!! I have been 15 years in this career and I had never master such a masacre!! And the worst part is that the manager never came to speak to us and she was close by. Tried 110 Grill yesterday for the first time. Got the street corn special and loaded tots and both were great. For entrees I got a burger and homegirl on the grill was flexin cuz my burger was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend got the Buffalo Mac and cheese and didn't like the texture of the cheese sauce so we sent it back and manager took it off the bill. Drinks were delicious and so was dessert. Our server Brianna was fantastic also. Super sweet and friendly and we're glad we got to sit with her. We will definitely be back. read more
