We finally decided to try 110 Grill on a weekday afternoon right after they opened. My wife and I were both off from work, live nearby, and had said for a long time that we'd stop in--so we figured this would be the perfect time. The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived, with only one other table seated. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming and took the time to go over the specials, which we appreciated. We ordered the bistro wings to start, my wife ordered the chicken caprese, and I ordered the chicken piccata gnocchi. The wings came out fairly quickly and were actually very good. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. My wife's entrée took about 45 minutes to arrive. Mine came out an additional 35 minutes after that, which was surprising given how empty the restaurant was. When my dish finally arrived, the chicken was overcooked on the outside but pink on the inside, making it inedible. I pushed it aside and waited for our waitress to come back so I could show her. She was apologetic and removed the dish from the bill, and she did offer to bring something else, but at that point I declined. The manager also came over to apologize. With the open-kitchen concept, I realized she was the one who prepared the dish, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, between the extremely long wait times and the improperly cooked food, this experience missed the mark. While the staff handled the situation politely, it wasn't enough to make up for the issues. Unfortunately, we won't be revisiting. read more

Went here with my wife on a Sunday afternoon after not going here for several years. It was dead, a few customers. The "ambiance" here is sort of 90s mall ish wanna be upscale but ended up on the short bus. We ordered the chicken nachos to share, the 110 burger and chicken noki. The food took 40 minutes to come out and when it did it was all at once and except for the nachos cold. The original server we had ignored us and another one delivered the food and took care of us. This made no sense... The servers refused to provide my wife with a plate to share nachos and were rude. This in itself was inexcusable. The Chicken Nachos were eddible however the chips were somewhat overdone. The burger was ok however the pickled onions added no value to the meal and tasted weird. The original server tried to take my plate before I was done. I was trying to eat my fries...not sure why.. werid. It's clear we were not welcome. Maybe it's my t-shirt or the Sam Adams hat who the hell knows. It's a mall .. and this is not fine dining however I doubt it's that.. I think they're just lazy and bad at service. What I do know is it's the last time I will be coming here. How do you forget about customers when you're charging these prices? read more

I love this place, always have. We had a gift card to use up so we stopped in this weekend. Food was excellent. We got the bang bang cauliflower as a starter, delicious saucy sticky goodness paired well with a mustardy dip provided. I would order that every time, it's that good & enough for 2 or 3 ppl. For my entree I did the chicken piccata gnocchi. Really good sauce. I should've asked for no capers bcuz it's not my fav, but it didn't take alot away as I finished my plate. I got a glass of the dry Riesling from the finger lakes for the ultimate perfect pairing, yum. Jenna was our server, a nice young lady with an honest opinion about what to get on the menu which my husband appreciated. (Once we finally had someone come to our table) the drinks took a long time to come and when the appy came it was the wrong one! My husband and I went to this restaurant after a busy day of shopping. The staff was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. We enjoyed the fact we could see the food being prepared by the chefs from our seat. My husband had a BBQ sandwich and I had a turkey burger. Both were wonderful. Wanted to try this place because there menu was very appealing. Well, a big disappointment. We were a party of 3 and no one finished their meal!! The 24 day ribeye for $42 was very tough and flavorless, the garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic taste and seems like boxed potatoes, the buffalo mac and cheese had a off taste to it and the clam chowder, well we just couldn't finish it!! To start with the bartender didn't know how to make a White Russian so the waitress served us an espresso martini and said it was the best they could do. "Oh no! What could improve?" I read that above the review box and the only thing I can think of is nothing. This place is terrible. My family has gone here numerous times in the last 5 years. Even had the rewards club. It started out great but every visit afterwards the quality of food has gone down. We used to love the bread bowl with artichoke dip until the last few times it arrived hot on top and frozen in the middle. (Microwaved) Our most recent visit we discovered the bread bowl has been replaced with a couple of slices of some stale tasteless I-dont-what-wonderbread that had no flavor My wife used to love the salad until the last time it arrived with crawling bugs in it. The cook came out and apologized which was nice but damn does that ruin the appetite. I ordered the rueben which - and I apologize if I am wrong - maybe it's my bodega upbringing..but..if I am paying 17 f#cking dollars for sandwhich it should not come with a half gallon of wondersauce on top of 3 thin deli slices of probably the worst cut of pastrami sandwhiched in between yet again two slices of i-dont-know-what-wonderbread. Well, we left without eating (that's a first for me). So yes, Yelp, it "could've been better". The restaurant was half empty. We bumped into a friend who quietly suggested we eat somewhere else - they didn't like the food and it took forever to get a drink. Of course we had kids so we figured it would be good enough and there weren't many options. They sat us ... and then completely ignored us for almost 15 minutes (with 3 kids). No drink order, no water, nothing. At one point an annoyed looking waitress mouthed from 10' away "Be with you soon" then disappeared. Servers walked past us many times without even looking in our direction. After sitting patiently for 15+ minutes we decided to leave. On the way out I told the host that we were leaving. He just shrugged and said "ok". No apology. No explanation. It must happen often. Angry + frustrated staff handling your food is no bueno. We won't be back. read more

Great restaurant. Great staff. From the pleasant hostess to an attentive wait staff to the hands-on manager keeping a watchful eye behind on everything including the grill, this place gets it right. If you have serious food allergies as does my wife, 110 Grill is 100% focused upon your needs. They have a completely separate GF menu (featuring nearly everything on their standard menu). They use a separate color pen for the allergy sufferer's order. And the manager brings the entrees to the table to ensure everyone receives the right food. We happened to observe the manager on duty kindly advise a cook at the grill to remake something out of concern of potential cross contamination. We felt completely safe and able to dine without worry. read more

After a day spent walking in the mall we decided to stop in to the 110 grill for some dinner. Me and three family members got a seat by the bar at a high top. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to greet us and my partner ended up walking up to the bar to let the bartender know no one had came to take any kind of order or acknowledge our existence. She replied and said she was our server and she'd be over soon. We waited another five minutes as she gossiped with 2 servers then came over to take our order. We ended up putting everything in at once. I will say once our order was put in service sped up slightly but was still sub par. Bartender lacked any emotion and also did not ID myself or my partner for our drinks ( I am 22 so she should really be IDing me) but for a 200$ bill and 2 hours spent here I am so very disappointed with the service and food. read more

This place is far above your typical mall food. We grabbed a few appetizers before catching the afternoon showing of Black Panther. Service was attentive (thanks, Gina), the food was very quick, and it was all great. I think we've all suffered through bad iterations of cauliflower (the vegetable is clearly aggressively rebranding) but their fried version was easily the best I've ever had. The firecracker shrimp is also not to be missed (but maybe a little spicy for little ones. My kids loved the cauliflower) They've got a great list of cocktails and mock tails and their cranberry sparkler paired perfectly with a top notch Cesar salad. Truly, a peak dining experience despite being an unplanned quick meal ahead of a movie. We will be back. read more

Wow! Love it here. I was on vacation with my kids and we were at the mall and usually malls don't have great restaurants but this definitely was different for us. Love the food and customer service. Kid friendly and spacious dining room and clean bathrooms. Prices seemed about right for the type of restaurant but the food Justified it. From appetizers to main course. I've come here a few times and my partner and I typically really enjoy the food. The portion is a bit small for the price, but the taste makes up for it. However, we came in today and the service and food was abhorrent. I ordered a salad with salmon and the salmon was completely raw on the inside. It also smelled and tasted expired to the point where my partner and I both noted it smelled like disgusting fishy coochie and I genuinely almost vomited upon getting to the center piece (the salad masked the more cooked outer pieces tastes). Here's to hoping I don't have food poisoning Secondly the service - It's the afternoon on a Tuesday and there were maybe 4 tables in the whole place with 6 people working the front and it took us probably 15-20 minutes for the server to come over to our table and ask if we wanted our check. To be clear, my partner and I were plates pushed away, not talking, very clearly waiting for the check. I also made eye contact with the waitress twice and she just looked at me and went into the kitchen the first time, and went to stand and talk with another waiter the second time. When she finally did come over she didn't ask if the food was okay, didn't ask if I wanted a box just quickly brushed past asking if we were ready for the check and did the same to the table behind us before moving along. My plate was pretty untouched so I feel as though this also was a pretty obvious question to potentially ask. After everything with tip our bill was almost $80 for 2 waters, 2 entrees, and one appetizer and neither me or my boyfriend are full in the slightest (he finished his meal I very much didn't). Will not be back. This was the first time we came to 110, we were getting tired of the our usual spots and wanted to try something new. My cocktail was good, my mom had a beer, the first one came right away. Then it seemed the waitress had disappeared, so she couldn't couldn't order another, we finally got her attention, ordered the beer, and it took 20 minutes for the waitress to notice what she forgot. I saw it sitting on the bar, the waitress came to our table without the beer, and since we were done eating my mom didn't want the beer anymore. Food: I decided on the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. My FIRST one, had to send it back, as there was a hair in it. So, the manager came over, unhappily might I add and asked what I would like. She got me a new one(very nice). The Chicken Caprese, chicken was overcooked and hard. The best thing we had was the artichoke dip (would only recommend this). Our waitress went to the back after the beer fiasco, and one of the floor managers took over our table, and brought us the bill. Then, we saw the managers talking about us, as if we had done something wrong for not wanting the beer and for having a HAIR in my food. Very rude and unpleasant. Overall, the place was nice. Last night was one of those rainy nights where you tell your girl to pick a place to go out and eat. We were already planning on seeing a movie at the galleria, so my girl chose 110 Grill. Now we ate here a few times, I'm a little surprised that I haven't done a Yelp review. Anyway, we're of age to drink alcohol, I had an old fashioned and my girl has some type of martini. Our meals, I had their BBQ Chicken Salad and she had their Turkey Burger with Sweet Potatoes French Fries. Our waiter was kind, quick, and patience with us. We planned to go here for our birthdays and we were really excited because of the allergen free menu. Although the food was good (had the fish and chips and the hot honey chicken), we both felt disappointed by the portion size - small for the price. The photos online are misleading for what they actually offer. Wish they had more dairy free and GF desert options. Bathroom definitely needed some attention.
