Better off going to food court Chicken sandwich was dry and bland Steak was ok chimichuri was odd, but the egg shell underneath :(, salad was limp & old lettuce. Service was slow, The place was not even a quarter pack, And the food took almost 40 minutes, Then a simple order of sandwich and string onion rings gets messed up and I receive fries! The head supervisor or owner a woman who seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I complained about my meal DID offer to lemme keep the fries which was probably the best part of the experience! After hearing good things about this place from several people, we decided to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately, I wasn't as impressed as some of my friends and family who'd recommended it. Big picture, it seems like a management issue. I'll start by saying our waitress was lovely - truly, nothing bad to say. She was super friendly, responsive, helpful. I believe her name is Deja. Deja on her own gets 5 stars, no complaints. However, things that made this less than a stellar trip: none of the beers half our party tried to order were in stock. My husband tried to order probably 3 different kinds, none of them were in stock. I ordered a Diet Coke, it was completely flat. The food was good, but it took a long time to come out and wasn't very hot at that point. The women's bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands. Right before we left, I noticed the salt shaker on our table had a big splatter of dried, dirty ketchup on the side ... eeew. All of this factored into the overall impression that this spot is poorly managed; it seems like they have a good amount of staff (plenty of workers there when we visited though it wasn't particularly busy) yet they seemed to be running behind, poorly stocked, and behind on cleanliness. We may or may not visit again; I'm not particularly eager to, but if some of these issues were rectified I'd be willing to give them another shot. read more

This is the best happy hour I have ever been to in my entire life ! I was in town visiting my college roommate and she took me here because it just opened in her mall. The service was absolutely amazing and the happy hour has a select list of food and drinks 2 for $10 !!! For this happy hour you can get 2 drinks, two appetizers or one of both for only $10 ! The flatbread was absolutely amazing and the pesto made it even better !! The cocktails on the list are also very good and very fancy for the great price of $5 ! read more

Waited over an hour for food that arrived luke warm to cold. Broke my heart. I don't know if I can make it through the night without weeping tears of discontent. Excellent martini though, but if you want food to reach you in an acceptable time and warmth, you'll need to have a few martinis to enjoy it. The wings were great even less than hot as well. If you like wasabi or horseradish this salad is for you .The menu said it was a whole grain mustard vinaigrette, Well something in it had all my head and nose sinuses opened, it was like when you put to much wasabi on your California roll and you have to Pat your head to keep it from exploding type of situation.The waiter was nice enough but no help in helping me find out what was in the salad to make it so wasabi or horseradish hot.Lessoned learned, definitely never having this again that's unless I have a cold and need my sinuses opened. read more

Shocked! I did not know this place existed. I was looking for a sit down restaurant in the mall. This place replaced the chain restaurant that was there before. Why not try it, right? The atmosphere and decor was upscale. Prices were not over the top. Higher than the chains but not ridiculous. The presentation made me think I may have stumbled on a hidden gem. I had, indeed. I ordered pulled pork with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was piled high with meat and crispy onion straws. It was normally served topped with slaw. I'm not a fan, so I asked for it to be put on the side. No problem with the special order. The meat was flavorful and not at all greasy. Fries were brilliant. I would have been happier with the service if our server hadn't been required to discuss the frequent diner club prior to ordering. Try this place. I will go back. read more

Only reason for two stars is because the food was good. Upon arrival we asked to sit outside , and were told it was closed due to a "bees nest". We agreed to sit inside. The hostess who was maybe 16 , took 15 minutes to seat us and the place was not at all busy. I told him we would need a high chair. He sits us at a table with no high chair , and 2 place settings for 5 people. We then wait 15 minutes as the waitresses proceed to walk by and not even acknowledge us. I finally said can someone please take our order? She said sure. We're really busy right now but I can get you drinks to start. I proceeded to order our food as well because with my 1 year old and 5 year old I was not about to wait 20 minutes to place the food order. Once we ordered we wait over a half hour for the food to come out. I checked with the waitress after 20 minutes and she told us ' it'll be out soon enough we're very busy" meanwhile the entire back of the restaurant was totally empty. They also had only 2 waitresses working the bar, and front of the restaurant, which seemed very unorganized and understaffed for a Saturday night. After our meal we had to ask 2 times for the check as by this point we had been there over 2 hours and my children were exhausted. Horrible service , and it's unfortunate because the food was decent. I'm not sure what this restaurant was like pre Covid regulations but our recent trip was great. We got a couple hours away from the kiddos so we wanted to eat together. We were seated quickly and served quickly. We ordered the spinach bread dip, Asian calamari and the spicy shrimp. Great amount quick and tasty. The calamari was a little salty. Not a deal breaker. Main course was the fish and chips and the Thai pork chop. Fish was cooked well. Chips were the perfect amount and seasoning. Thai pork chop and mashed potatoes was great. Sweet and spicy. I did not like the broccoli slaw there were some bitter ends mixed in. Also had a lemon blossom - not much lemonade a lot of Tito's. So yeah would order it again but overall a great meal. read more

This is my third visit. My first time was for lunch my turkey burger came out slightly burnt. My second time was for happy hour and that was fine.(you really can't mess up cocktails)My third time I thought let's try that turkey burger again,with the apples,caramelized onion,goat cheese cranberry aioli on a focaccia bun . I've tried this place 3 separate times and there was never any service recovery and I just can't bring myself to waste my time again. Each time we've had extensive wait times all around: 1) to be seated 2) for our food/basic drink refills and 3) waiting for a check I've ordered apps that never came out because no one here writes anything down and "she forgot" by the time she went to place my order. I was given a free app card and came back, no joke... same thing happened. My son ordered no pickles on his sandwich, some reason the waiter heard "extra pickles" on the next visit. Since this isn't fast food, you're left waiting again for another sandwich to be prepared while everyone else eats. We've never come during peak times yet we wait to be seated every time when half of the tables are empty. The host/hostess will disappear from the front of the house and we're left waiting... and waiting... and waiting. In theory this place should work, it should be successful. For the area, the menu is great, the ambiance is unique, they cater to allergies but the customer service and logistical failures are 110's down falls. read more

Friendly service. When it gets slightly busy, it's hard to get an order in or the check, but once you get their attention the servers are quick to get you out of there (which I'm grateful for). Once I waited 15 minutes to pay (after my check was handed to me). Food is great, especially the calamari. Seafood tastes fresh and not fishy (if that makes sense). I have been to two locations of this privately owned restaurant (Syracuse and Middletown NY). Both locations were excellent. Food is top notch and service is excellent and consistent. You can tell the owners put a lot of emphasis on training I do frequent the Middletown NY location (located in the Crystal Run Mall). Each time the food is excellent and the service exceptional. Have been for both lunch and dinner and have had great experiences A few points that make 110 Grill stand out 1- Scratch kitchen. So don't be afraid to ask to have less said or a different cheese on your burger. They also have a gluten free menu 2- Very attentive to allergies. If you have a food allergy and have been afraid to eat out this is your place 3- Consist well trained service. You want something just ask They have an open view of the kitchen. If you want to see how your meal is prepared ask to be seated at the booths by the kitchen. It's a lot of fun So if you have a chance definitely check out 110 Grill. It's worth the trip read more

The wife and I finally had a day off together and thought a break while running errands would be a great excuse to try this new place out. So I guess we're partly to blame for coming in on weekday after noon. This place is brand new and it shows in every single aspect of service and food. Service - we decided to sit at the bar because no one came to the hostess stand. My wife ordered a cocktail and water for me. We literally had to order both 4 times. This is not yelp review snobbery, she literally asked me what we wanted 4 times. We just ordered to apps because everyone seemed overwhelmed. Food - terrible. Everything was incredibly overly salted. To a stunning degree. The batter on the bang bang shrimp and the dip for the crab Rangoon could easily be used to treat the parking lots come winter. Sorry, I know this place is new, but this is cooking 101. It didn't help the experience that we had to reach into the basket to grab setups because the bartender was cutting lemons. Wife's Moscow mule tasted like concentrated lime. Price - yep, our fault again. 1 cocktail 2 apps and tip was $50. We were 20 mins short of happy hour, which is a separate menu. Would've appreciated the heads but oh well, our mistake. Yes this place is brand new and might get better. It's a nice space. We went for lunch the restaurant is clean and inviting. The waiter David A was very friendly knowledgeable. I had the short rib and risotto and it was heavenly. The others had fish and chips and it was awesome. Not a fast place to get food as it's all custom cooked but worth waiting for Portions were more than adequate and served with a smile. I wanna start by saying this establishment deserves more then the standard of 3 stars. This weekend i drove my daughters upstate to a pool party, so while they played with their lacrosse friends we needed some time to kill. What better place then the local mall, and what better place to eat then a chic burger spot (A New Yorkers Dream). When entering i first noticed the decor and floors design which was very downtown New York. We were greeted by all staff including the chefs on the grill (shout out to you guys because you did your thing). Since i've been on a turkey burger craze i decided to give this place a try. Well seasoned along with preparation, and not over cooked. Well proportioned with meat vs usual adding's (lettuce, tomato, onion). And though i couldn't have eaten more fries i must say i was happy with portion on top of the taste. The kids meal was very impressive. We order the fried cod which seemed to have a baked feel which is always a plus when being health conscious. And a side of steamed broccoli, no complaints there and who really can mess up broccoli ?? "Shame on a Na" (ODB voice). But all jokes aside if your ever in this area i recommend eating here for great food and good service all for a reasonable price. See you again read more

Went here last night for the first time, on a Friday night. The bar was Very busy but restaurant was about average for a Friday night. The food was good -to okay, but the service was terrible. We both got the wedge salad but the salmon was way overdone (completely charred outside, white and dry). The seared tuna was okay, but very little & just dumped on the side of the lettuce. Drinks - even an iced tea took forever to come to the table. We had to ask for it twice. We overheard the waiters telling people they had to go in the back to wash glasses themselves. If the staff could get it together a bit more the place would be average for a mall restaurant. Wasn't terrible, but definitely not the best. read more

My regret to eat there ... Totally disappointed having tried out with a friend for his birthday for my treat. Even my friend did not say anything bad, both of us couldn't finish the food order as they are really bad, overseasinee and overcooked. Very salty on my Asian Calamari and Shrimp Scampi. Felt like paying too much for over $100 for a dinner for two persons with appetizer and entrees for each of us. The worst part is that the food quality was lower than any major fast food chains. I absolutely LOVE this restaurant!! They are welcoming, professional, friendly and have the most amazingly delicious food. It's such great atmosphere and design. Menu is great, food tastes amazing. Was great being able to watch the food made directly across from me in the kitchen, and brought out to the counter for the waitstaff to take. They made sure to document all allergies of mine and cater to it throughout the course, marking all my meals with a "allergy" pick. You'd think more restaurants would go the extra mile for confidence. Atmosphere was great, loved the look of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the only problem I see with this restaurant is the wait times & management. I rarely saw my waiter & we were told we'd be seated in 15 minutes, but waited 40.
