Service was good but it was a Thursday evening and not a weekend. The food was average, I got the burger of the month which was a jalapeño popper burger with lettuce and chipotle sauce. All I really tasted was the jalapeños and I got onion rings instead of fries. The onion rings were delicious but at $7.50 I would have expected more than 5 of them. Overall the experience was good, I'd just say a little more expensive than I had expected. You can pay with your card at the table which is nice, but I'm not sure I'd come back as a regular. Came here for dinner last Saturday while in town visiting family. Everything we had was tasty, we especially loved the zucchini fries that were actually like fries in stead of chips. So good! Burgers were made to perfection, and the green chili fries were yummy but VERY spicy so be warned. The service was excellent and very friendly. Really nice burger spot.in downtown gilbert. They have a variety of burgers to choose from and a create your own. I really love that they have gluten free buns which are not bad. The burger is of a large size but it does not come with fries that is extra. The sweet potattoe fries are a bit small and crisp and they come with a yogurt dipping sauce. Maybe it was the day, as there were many high school kids there for what appeared to be Homecoming, but the service was SLOW and the food was COLD. Why have I never tried zinburger up until this weekend? It was sooo good! I stopped by with my family and everyone was impressed. The el Diablo burger was full of flavor, not as spicy as it sounds. I paired it with truffle fries and loved it. The truffle flavor wasn't overpowering which can be a problem sometimes. The garlic aioli was so good too. The only thing the table didn't like was the sides of ranch, it was runny, salty, and kind of lacked ranch flavor. We girls wanted to get some food before we went pub hopping, we zeroed down on this place. Located in downtown Gilbert we went for some food and drinks. The service is amazing, the waiter who ever helped was very patient and made sure each had their own tab and food was split when needed. We went with some Pom margaritas, zucchini fries, wings for starter and I went with El Diablo burger with veggie patty. The drinks were just alright, it was too water down with the ice. Located around tons of restaurants we came to zinburger for dinner on a Saturday night, it was extremely busy so make reservations ahead of time as we had to wait an hour to be seated. We were sat outside by the fireplace which was so beautiful and kept us warm. Our service was great, our server was so kind and attentive along with others who checked on us frequently. We all ordered a burger of course but for starters we ordered: zucchini fries which were fried perfect & so crispy. Farm salad, super refreshing, & French fries + onion rings which were also crispy. I ordered the Diablo burger which is spicy and has jalapeños, so if you can't do spice don't order! I couldn't decide between about 4 burgers so I'm excited to go back and try their other burgers in the future. That is something I greatly appreciate & respect. If you're GF, being "glutened" is horrible, so I appreciate her checking & not just saying "no," out of habit. Wings were delicious. Just a basic wing with good flavoring & seasoned well. I ordered the BYOB & was very pleased. Cooked & seasoned well. No weird faces or questions when I asked not only for NO bun but for no lettuce or green substitutes. Zinburger is on a great location in downtown Gilbert. The restaurant can get very busy due to it's location. I highly recommend getting a reservation. It just makes your dining experience so easy. We were able to walk right in on a busy Friday night and be seated thanks to a reservation. The food at Zinburger is really well done. If you love a good burger then this is the place for you. We tried on of their specialty burgers called the Bruce Lee and it was so awesome. Hopefully they will make it a regular on the menu. It's a really unique flavor combo of sweet and sour. Their truffle fries are the best I've had compared to other places that claim they serve truffle fries and their garlic aioli dip was very good & flavorful. While the burger tasted great, for me it was not spicy, but I really like spicy so I don't hold that against them. It was a nicely composed burger with the toppings they advertise. Unfortunate after such a good first experience with their pies. I don't expect them to be packed perfectly, or even make it home perfectly; however, I was a little shocked when I opened my bag and found the chocolate pie slice to be drastically smaller than the banana cream pie slice. Maybe it was the first slice out of a whole pie and was cut badly? I am not sure. The only thing I asked was that asked for was no drizzle this time since I thought it made the pie a little too sweet.
