We just purchased a Lexus LS400, I had a stange gas smell and looked everywhere and couldnt find a leak. I serached Yelp and found Yota pros. I noticed first off all the reviews. I called and the owner he called me right back. we dropped off the car at thier shop that night. I recieved a call the next morning from the owner I was told that they may have found the problem and should be solved soon. just before I left to pick up the car I got another call from the shop expaining that they double checked and had concerns that the problem has not cleared up. after 24 hours they solved my problem! First Im 55 years old, I have worked on my own cars for years. I dont have the time to work on them as much as I want to. and I dont want to take my cars to someone that works on every car out there(this is why I picked Yota pros) and I just dont trust most of them. We just moved to the valley and I went on a quest to find a reliable, honest shop to service the 2 Toyotas in our household. I was suspicious of all the 5 star Yelp reviews but the dealerships in the area are questionable for service so I thought Id give Yota Pros a shot. I checked out the website and was confident to call and ask about the work I needed done. One of the owners answered the phone and the service has been awesome ever since! I told him about a few minor things I needed done and he worked me in within just a couple days. One of the items was something that would only be repaired with a Toyota part. He offered to install it for me if I wanted to order it from Toyota myself to avoid any mark up (who does that anymore?). Their prices are very reasonable. When one of the items we both thought was just a bulb in the tail light turned out to be something else, they called me immediately as a heads up. It wasnt a bait and switch type call...these guys have been completely upfront and honest. I have little time but I feel like the guys at Yota Pros went above and beyond and have earned the high praises you see here. Im completely impressed with the personal service! Great job Yoda Pros! I have a 2010 Lexus RX 350. The car didn't have any problems for years so I didn't have any experience with an auto repair shop. Recently, when I had my oil change at a Lexus dealer, I was told that the rear shocks are leaking. I knew I need to find a good and reliable auto repair shop. I saw Yota Pros had so many good reviews, so I went to this shop and they helped me to inspect the car first and identified the shock problem. Michael asked for a reasonable price and they replaced the shocked in a timely manner. Wes already made my car and everything ready when I went back to pick up my car. Simply put: These guys are amazing. Two of my friends had their Tacomas worked on by these guys and they recommended I check them out when I needed some work done on my truck. I had them do my timing belt and water pump on my 04 Nissan Frontier. They did exactly what they asked and when it ended up taking an extra day because a part needed to be ordered they set me up with a loaner car. They told me about a few other things that might need to be taken care of in the future but they didn't push me to get it done right then and there like most shops would. Friday was the first of many future service appointments with Yota Pros. The shop is owned and managed by the Williams brothers, both veterans of the automobile industry who have decided to leave the confines of the large local dealerships and open an independent shop. The facility has been completely remodeled, clean and fully equipped. They performed service on a used xB I recently purchased for my son. They kept to the quoted time and cost for the service I requested. Note, this is my first online review, I was impressed and wanted to say thank-you. I'm adding to my review after 3+ years of service on my car at Yota Pros, they continue to provide outstanding service. They recently replaced a defective shock adsorber (no fault of Yota Pros) after 10 months of use at $0 cost for parts and labor. The shock adsorber was under warrenty and Yota Pros did not charge for the labor! Thanks again and I will keep coming back. read more

Auto repair in the Phoenix area is one of those businesses where you just don't know who to trust. The small companies often don' t know what they're doing, the dealerships charge too much and the small corporations...well...don't get me started. One word describes my experience at YP - Wow! The vehicle they worked on was not even a Toyota, it was a Ford F150. These folks are honest as the day is long. There were a few opportunities they could have hit me with in terms of charging more or being unscrupulous, but, never happened. I was referred to them from a friend, and I'm glad I went there for the work. Very very fair price, stand behind what they do. This shop is absolutely amazing! I was having car trouble and took my Toyota to the local Toyota dealership, they wanted to charge me over $1000 for an oil leak (i wasn't even sure there was a leak to begin with). In a panic I searched for a reputable shop where I could take my car to get a second opinion. One of the owners, Mark, answered the phone and explained how Yota Pro's could help me... they said they would look at my car for free and if there turned out to be a leak they could get me in right away for fix it. Took my car into them the next day and they were able to confirm there was a leak and they could do it for considerably less! Mark even brought me into the garage where my car was lifted and let me see the leak with my own eyes. I was so impressed this shop. They made me feel reassured that they were giving me the best quote possible and we not trying to rip me off. They had my car done within a day and even drove me to a rental car place so I could rent a car while mine was being serviced. This is a family fun business and their mechanics are Toyota trained (and work on other cars too) best of all, they work hard to give you the best price possibly and don't leave you feeling screwed over. I took my 08 Tacoma into the dealership for a recall. When I got my truck back they said I had several oil leaks,water leak and a bad battery. Seemed fine to me & nothing on garage floor. I took it into Yota Pros so they could look it over. I had 1 oil leak,the battery was starting to go bad & the water pump was just starting to leak. The dealer cost was $2200, Yota Pros was only $900. These guys are guys you can honestly trust! In the past they also worked on my Honda Accord with same great service and price. I simply couldn't recommend Yota Pros enough. I have been coming here with my '98 Camry for a few years now and have never once been disappointed or put off in any way, and beyond that have always been incredibly impressed at the professionalism and kindness shown to me by these people. The many instances of over the top service have made me and my family lifetime customers. As a 20-year-old woman, it's often difficult to find mechanics who both respect me and whom I respect. They have never failed to be clear with me about what my car needs and what work they've decided to do, as well as the price tag that may come along with it. They're understanding of my needs as a broke kid, and they often quote me a reasonable price much lower than competition (And they're always clear about upselling - if it's not absolutely necessary immediately, they tell me so!). I will forever be grateful for having this place close and available to me! My most recent visit was highlighted by Mike inviting me into the garage to see my car up in the air so he could demonstrate exactly what they were doing and looking for after I told them I thought I had a gas leak. He walked me around the car, pointed stuff out to me, etc. I've never felt more respected and included in my car repair, which is the most important part of the whole process for me. I took my Toyota RAV4 to them for the 30k service and the staff was very friendly and professional the lobby is very clean and comfortable not like a typical repair shop. The cost for my service was almost 1/2 the price the dealership wanted and they didn't try to make an extra sale on me for work that is not necessary.
