I have been going to them the last 10,000 miles. Was going to to the dealership but was not happy with work and attitude. Referred my kids to them and they are happy. read more

I only trust Yota Pros. Having been to different Toyota dealerships around the valley and getting more and more frustrated with their poor customer service and shoddy technicians I was thankful to find YP's. Not only do they give you honest, sound, no nonsense advice regarding your vehicles needs, but they provide great customer service with a smile and kindness over the years I've been coming here. My Tundra is my sole form of transportation and they understand this and take great care to keep me going ensuring I have a safe and reliable vehicle that I can trust driving in and out of town. The brothers know their business, give great recommendations for services they "don't" provide and have yet to fail me for any of my trucks needs. All too many times we're quick to give negative reviews, but we should always make time to reward those who go above and beyond in life's journey who keep us safe on the road. read more

We've been going to Yota Pros for years. They always tell you what needs to be fixed without trying to upsell you on something you don't need done on your vehicle. Very trustworthy and honest. read more

The best run shop in Arizona! The mechanics are top notch as well as Michael, the owner and Mark, his brother. Very fair prices and quality work! Would highly recommend this shop to everyone!! read more

I take all 3 of my Toyota Vehicles here. They do an amazing job every time and I trust them 10/10 times more than the scammy dealerships. I know every time I take my vehicle to YOTA PROS they will provide quality service. I had my 2007 tundra have every service you can think of done and they delivered every time. Best shop for all Toyota/lexus vehicles read more

I had been here a few years. After an oil change I noticed my car starting to run poorly. I checked my oil and it appeared low. I took it to another Service provider and they put four quarts in. When I mentioned this to Yota, he denied and said he wouldn't send cars out that way. Before that, I had also got my brakes done and they squeaked from day one. Obviously they used cheap brakes. They wouldn't fix that either. Three brothers own this place. The two older brothers were always nice, and the younger one not as much. Fast talkers. After a few years there I left due to the above. read more

They take good TLC of my RAV4. All the maintenance, and help resolve the mysteries (like a broken sensor in the front after a freeway mishap, or the distressing problem of my back hatch getting stuck...). Efficient, thorough, well-priced. Been going here for years, and my partner also for many years prior... This place is a yes. read more

Son with Toyota Sequoia found a trusted shop from a Sequoia enthusiasts owners group. Its south Tempe e of I-10 off Elliott s on priest around traffic circle second exit close to many auto dealerships off the freeway . I met Michael the owner who started the business in 2012 specializing in Toyota repair & maintenance. Very professional ,great communication, & customer service in a quite large repair shop. Best of the Valley posted on front window with other accolades I'm glad my son found trusted repair shop which he's willing to travel a distance for his car needs. read more

Quality work at fair prices. They have been servicing and repairing out Toyotas for years.

These guys are great. They are honest and trustworthy I'm going to be their customer for life

Busted water pump was fixed quickly and an excellent referral to trusted exhaust shop for catalytic converter replacement. Thumbs up

Quick, efficient, very fair pricing and helpful. More and more you have to drop your car off to get an oil change at a mechanic or dealership or the wait is hours. I have a hybrid and will not use a quickly lube. I also believe in 5000 mile oil changes because I keep my cars for a long time. This shop is what I had been used to in the past. Quick service, no pushy sales and straight forward advice. I was out the door in 30 minutes. read more

Excellent service, proficient expertise and reasonable pricing! Michael and his team are incredible professional standouts in several ways, but most appreciably is their customer service. It really has no comparison anywhere else in the Phoenix area. These guys are fair and honest. I won't take my Toyotas anywhere else. Thanks guys! read more

Fast to return calls. Quality work, no surprises. Brothers know their biz! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We inadvertently stumbled upon Yota Pros this morning. The gentleman who helped us out was super friendly and HELPFUL. He stopped what he was doing and immediately took a look at the mirror casing which had popped of our driver's side rearview mirror and FIXED the problem. Kudos! read more

Friendly caring customer service & they do a great quality work. If something is not right they correct it

Mike and Mark run a their shop with expertise, professionalism, and integrity. For nearly two years, I have brought my 4Runner and RAV4 here for both routine maintenance and repairs. Yota Pros consistently delivers quality service at fair prices. I have recommended this business to a number of friends and will continue to bring my cars here. read more

Christian is amazing! He always takes care of our cars and everyone we refer to him! This is such a breathe of fresh air from dealing with the dealership and over priced mechanics. read more

I spoke with Michael about what my 1999 toyota 4runner was doing after about 15 minutes of driving. I asked if they were Toyota professionals and he said they were. They had my truck or over a week. Then I had to call them about what was going on, they still had not looked at it till after I called. Then Michael calls me back about brake work that needs to be done. That is not why I took it there. He then told me they don't have time to drive it for 15 minute's. He sold me a battery and told me to drive it for about a 100 miles and if the problem still exists to bring it back. Looking for easy money. Did not put any effort into trying to figure what is wrong with my truck. No professionalism. That's why the are not affiliated with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. read more

These guys are awesome! Our relationship started off with calling around town looking for a new, trustworthy mechanic for my old Yota. They immediately displayed great knowledge about the old truck and I felt very comfortable with them. One of their mechanics, Bob, has been working on Yotas 30+ years and always knows what's up when the truck is down. For the past few years we have repeatedly taken 3 household vehicles to them (one a Ford). We have had many types of maintenance and repairs done and have been happy every time. Will continue to go as long as they keep up this great service. read more

Been going to Yota Pros for about 8 years for both my Tundra and Lexus is250. Great fair honest customer service, have recommended them too many times to count. New starter install this week Thanks once again Gary read more

Another great experience with the guys at Yota Pros. We've been going here for years and today was reminded why. My wife took our Honda Pilot in for a brake job because the pedal was, in our opinion, a little soft. After checking it, we were told that the pads still had life on them and the pedal softness was just the natural progression for brakes with a little age on them and that the pedal would stiffen back up once the pads, fluid etc were replaced sometime in the next 10k miles. They could have just charged us for a brake job and not said a word but that's not how these guys roll. Highly recommend. read more

Amazing guys who do amazing work. I'd trust them with my Tacoma for all the work it would ever need. No b.s.

Honest clear communication, work done on-time coupled with fair prices, what more can one ask. Okay, there is a waiting area with a TV and some magazines and a coffee maker, but these are all bonuses. I have had Yota Pros address a number of issues over the years with my decade old 4x4 Tacoma and I have never been disappointed by their service. I originally went there because I was tired of the dealer over-charging for repairs, and quite honestly I wish I had discovered them sooner. They have never tried to push anything on me and they stand by there work. Hours are 7-5 PM Monday through Friday, so there are some potential drawbacks but they do have a night key drop. read more

Good service. Knowledgeable staff. Will continue to use them as a one stop shop for all my Taco needs.

I have been bringing my Scion into Yota Pros for about three years now. They are such a refreshing change from the Dealerships. They always tell me what my car needs and not what they want to sell me on. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is quick and efficient. I will continue bring my cars their for a long time. read more

These guys know Toyota vehicles and take a lot of pride in their work. I drive an old 2007 Tundra and will not take it anywhere other than this shop! read more

These guys are top notch. A very professional shop with fair prices. The owners communicated with me as our project commenced. No surprises and much better than any toyota dealership in the valley. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

I brought my car too Yota for the first time two weeks ago, and I was very pleased. They said it would be about an hour and it was. Their office and shop are pristine. I won't be going back to the dealer now that I know there is a better place at a better price. read more

These guys are efficient and professional. As a woman, I've always been leery of taking my vehicle in for service. These guys were friendly, professional and had me out the door in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

My poor Prius dash lights had gone out and I was driving around not knowing my speed. I went to the Toyota dealer and they quoted me upwards of $1000 to get the issue fixed. After some shopping around I found Yota Pros who I had good reviews and a good price. They were upfront and honest and did very quality and speedy work. They even checked out the rest of my car and found I was driving on a corroded boat battery and replaced that for me as well. They were even so nice to fill up my oil! They were seriously awesome and as a broke college kid they are the only place I'm willing to spend my hard earned money at. Seriously recommend! read more

Yota Pros has been great. They keep my 2002 Camry running, through good and bad. They are friendly, honest, and direct. They call with updates and are prompt with their work. I come here for oil changes, power steering leaks, belt changes, weird engine sounds, etc. They tolerate my amateur questions about the vehicle and respond patiently and knowledgeably. read more

I brought my new (to me) '07 Toyota 4Runner to Mike and Mark after it started shifting strangely. Mike and Mark assuaged my fears of a completely blown transmission. They also clarified some misunderstandings I had about my vehicle, as well as brought me into the garage to show me my car on the lift. They showed me the cause of my problems and carefully explained the service that my vehicle did (and did not) need. I was given a ride home, and was called in the afternoon (as promised) when my car was ready for pickup. I am so glad to have found a local, trustworthy mechanic for my car. read more

Service was stellar. Dropped my car off at 2:45 PM for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Was advised that my car would be ready by 4:00 PM. Had someone come grab me instead of waiting at the shop. Around 3:05 PM, get a call from the shop advising me that I should get my brake pads replaced in the near future and that my car would be ready by 3:30 PM. Came back to pick up my car and the invoice was even lower than the advertised special on their website. Will definitely repeat on future services. read more

I drove a Honda for the past twelve years and had my "Honda" go-to shop, but after 240K miles (I obviously keep my cars longer than most) I ponied up for a nice used Lexus and was in need of new shop. Since the majority of the parts under the hood of a Lexus originate from Toyota, I gave Mike and Mark a shot after local dealer quoted me exorbitant amount for small engine repair and not only did they blow Lexus dealer out of water with price, they have kept me coming back with their service. They have a ton of experience at this place and one of their best attributes (at least in my opinion) is their brutal-honesty. They'll recommend something, give you a reason why, and walk you into the shop to show you what made them come to the recommendation they're giving. I will be sending my car back to these guys for as long as I own it. Thanks fellas. read more

Just bought a used Lexus LS460 and needed a few minor things taken care of - they got me in and out and told me not to worry about one item I thought needed to be replaced. Nice to find a good, independent shop that isn't trying to upsell you on hundreds of dollars worth of things you didn't come in for. Will be getting the car serviced here from now on. read more

After having issues with my Scion, I visited a place I had been 7 years ago only to find out it had closed and what replaced it was another Toyota Repair Shop, Yota Pros. With having multiple issues with my vehicle, I went in yesterday to have the issues fixed and am very happy with my results! Michael Williams, the owner and his team are efficient, thorough, cost effective and are great at communicating to you about your vehicle. (My apologies for not knowing the rest of your teams name's) Next time you are looking for a place that is knowledgeable and will work quickly to get your vehicle back to working order, check out Yota Pros! read more

Mark and the team are great, I had an appointment to have my a/c serviced, (which they were $10-$50 lower than anybody else I called) when I brought my car to them it had a wiring issue. Mark helped me out as I was a bit tight financially and I hadn't expected the additional cost. They were timely and didn't try to push other unneeded repairs on me to run up the bill. They addressed specifically what I asked them to and completed it in a timely manner! I almost forgot to mention, without me asking Mark offered me a ride to work or back home as well as complimentary pick up when my car was finished. My opinion? Best shop I've ever been to! These guys get my highest praise and recommendation, I will be going back for all of my future services and repairs. read more
