I had been here a few years. After an oil change I noticed my car starting to run poorly. I checked my oil and it appeared low. I took it to another Service provider and they put four quarts in. When I mentioned this to Yota, he denied and said he wouldn't send cars out that way. Before that, I had also got my brakes done and they squeaked from day one. Obviously they used cheap brakes. They wouldn't fix that either. Three brothers own this place. The two older brothers were always nice, and the younger one not as much. Fast talkers. Quick, efficient, very fair pricing and helpful. More and more you have to drop your car off to get an oil change at a mechanic or dealership or the wait is hours. I have a hybrid and will not use a quickly lube. I also believe in 5000 mile oil changes because I keep my cars for a long time. This shop is what I had been used to in the past. I spoke with Michael about what my 1999 toyota 4runner was doing after about 15 minutes of driving. I asked if they were Toyota professionals and he said they were. They had my truck or over a week. Then I had to call them about what was going on, they still had not looked at it till after I called. Then Michael calls me back about brake work that needs to be done. That is not why I took it there. He then told me they don't have time to drive it for 15 minute's. He sold me a battery and told me to drive it for about a 100 miles and if the problem still exists to bring it back. Looking for easy money. Did not put any effort into trying to figure what is wrong with my truck. No professionalism. That's why the are not affiliated with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. read more

These guys are awesome! Our relationship started off with calling around town looking for a new, trustworthy mechanic for my old Yota. They immediately displayed great knowledge about the old truck and I felt very comfortable with them. One of their mechanics, Bob, has been working on Yotas 30+ years and always knows what's up when the truck is down. For the past few years we have repeatedly taken 3 household vehicles to them (one a Ford). We have had many types of maintenance and repairs done and have been happy every time. Another great experience with the guys at Yota Pros. We've been going here for years and today was reminded why. My wife took our Honda Pilot in for a brake job because the pedal was, in our opinion, a little soft. After checking it, we were told that the pads still had life on them and the pedal softness was just the natural progression for brakes with a little age on them and that the pedal would stiffen back up once the pads, fluid etc were replaced sometime in the next 10k miles. They could have just charged us for a brake job and not said a word but that's not how these guys roll. Highly recommend. read more

Honest clear communication, work done on-time coupled with fair prices, what more can one ask. Okay, there is a waiting area with a TV and some magazines and a coffee maker, but these are all bonuses. I have had Yota Pros address a number of issues over the years with my decade old 4x4 Tacoma and I have never been disappointed by their service. I originally went there because I was tired of the dealer over-charging for repairs, and quite honestly I wish I had discovered them sooner. They have never tried to push anything on me and they stand by there work. Hours are 7-5 PM Monday through Friday, so there are some potential drawbacks but they do have a night key drop. read more

My poor Prius dash lights had gone out and I was driving around not knowing my speed. I went to the Toyota dealer and they quoted me upwards of $1000 to get the issue fixed. After some shopping around I found Yota Pros who I had good reviews and a good price. They were upfront and honest and did very quality and speedy work. They even checked out the rest of my car and found I was driving on a corroded boat battery and replaced that for me as well. They were even so nice to fill up my oil! I brought my new (to me) '07 Toyota 4Runner to Mike and Mark after it started shifting strangely. Mike and Mark assuaged my fears of a completely blown transmission. They also clarified some misunderstandings I had about my vehicle, as well as brought me into the garage to show me my car on the lift. They showed me the cause of my problems and carefully explained the service that my vehicle did (and did not) need. Service was stellar. Dropped my car off at 2:45 PM for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Was advised that my car would be ready by 4:00 PM. Had someone come grab me instead of waiting at the shop. Around 3:05 PM, get a call from the shop advising me that I should get my brake pads replaced in the near future and that my car would be ready by 3:30 PM. Came back to pick up my car and the invoice was even lower than the advertised special on their website. Will definitely repeat on future services. read more

I drove a Honda for the past twelve years and had my "Honda" go-to shop, but after 240K miles (I obviously keep my cars longer than most) I ponied up for a nice used Lexus and was in need of new shop. Since the majority of the parts under the hood of a Lexus originate from Toyota, I gave Mike and Mark a shot after local dealer quoted me exorbitant amount for small engine repair and not only did they blow Lexus dealer out of water with price, they have kept me coming back with their service. They have a ton of experience at this place and one of their best attributes (at least in my opinion) is their brutal-honesty. They'll recommend something, give you a reason why, and walk you into the shop to show you what made them come to the recommendation they're giving. Mark and the team are great, I had an appointment to have my a/c serviced, (which they were $10-$50 lower than anybody else I called) when I brought my car to them it had a wiring issue. Mark helped me out as I was a bit tight financially and I hadn't expected the additional cost. They were timely and didn't try to push other unneeded repairs on me to run up the bill. They addressed specifically what I asked them to and completed it in a timely manner! I almost forgot to mention, without me asking Mark offered me a ride to work or back home as well as complimentary pick up when my car was finished. My opinion? Best shop I've ever been to! Recently took my vehicle to big two Toyota dealership for a recall on my 2015 Corolla had them change the oil . They also gave me a free diagnostic check on my car I was then told that my car had about $1000 in repairs all seemed urgent. I was skeptical so I decided to take my vehicle to Yota Pros . I was referred to them by a friend they did not disappoint they are straight shooters there . They did their own check on my vehicle and didn't want to see what the dealership cooked up . Took them about 20 minutes to do a full inspection all they found wrong with my vehicle was a cabin air filter needed to be replaced .
