We had wings the first time back in Jan after reading great reviews and absolutely loved them. We bought them again in Feb thinking we would enjoy the yummy chicken drenched in sauces we choose. The flavor was good but the chicken wings and the boneless wings both were chewy and tough. Seems like the chicken had been sitting for a long time and they reheated and smeared sauce on them. Today we wanted to try again and bought their 50/50 and the 10 piece boneless with large fries and sliders. Sauces were great but the chicken itself was again chewy and super dry. I don't think I will buy again from here. Sorry Wing Snob, you guys need to not overcook the chicken and make it sit for a long time. Wondering if these were a couple days old. I hope not. I have a love/hate relationship with Wingsnob. When it is good, it is really delicious. But that doesn't happen often. This place has so much potential but I never get a consistent product. Wings are often half seasoned or not seasoned at all. Overall, the wings lack flavor most of the time. I'm not sure how I feel about Wing Snob. From what I ate the chicken was moist, the breading was light so every bite you took was chicken. I will tell you this. The Buffalo sauce was HOT! If you like a killer Buffalo sauce this is where you want to be. Now for my 3 star rating. I ordered 2 chicken sliders and got 1 sliders and some wings. The awesome sauce, buffalo, garlic Parmesan wings were very flavorful. I personally didn't eat the barbecue but the family said they were good as well. The wings were crispy and delicious.
