labi's pizza very good. if u want to taste great Italian food order their pasta dishes

Let me just start by saying I'm born and raised in the NYC area and have grandparents born and raised in southern Italy so I'm extremely critical of 99% of DFW pizzerias. I got a margherita pizza from Labis and wow was I impressed. The thin crust was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They use high moisture fresh mozzarella and don't skimp on quality mutz like some of these other "margherita" pizzas I order in DFW. Their sauce was also vibrant and sweet and not overly seasoned with unnecessary dried herbs. Their sauce was simple and high quality. Also included fresh basil. Seriously a great pizza. And I was able to get a 12" for $12 which is a great deal (there is a serious lack of slice joints and personal size pizzas in DFW). Highly recommend! I would've shared a picture but the DoorDash driver didn't hold the box right and the cheese slid off. But it didn't mater, the quality was all still there! read more

Placed on order on Valentine's Day, it didn't seem busy but our small pizza was soggy . It was literally falling apart and hard to eat. Ordered with Labi's before and didn't have that happen. Not sure what is going on. Online no longer have the option for thin crust either. read more

We placed a to go order and something wasn't available, they immediately contacted us to fix the issue. We arrived and food was warm and so delicious!! Mozzarella sticks were not greasy and simply full of flavor, haven't had yummy mozzarella sticks in a long time. The place is mainly a to go place but there is a cozy seating area. Compared to all pizza in Texas, this is definitely an improvement. We ordered take out through the website. It was timely and accurate. We picked up our order at the location and it was pleasant. We ordered a pizza and garlic cheese bread. None of us liked the garlic bread nor sauce. The pizza was pretty good. We rate it four stars for Texas pizza. We will order again when we want take out pizza. read more

Tonight my long time search for a good pizza place that is local, and run by folks who care about food has come to an end :D My wife is a big pizza connoisseur and is a difficult customer to please and she liked what she ate! As I had vegetarian folks at home, I have not tried their meat pizzas, but I did try their Margharita and Vegetarian pizza today. The Marg pizza was phenomenal! I had the luck to eat the "ORIGINAL" marg pizza when we were in Naples, and this is the closest I have had to a good one in a long long time! Loved that the people inside were pretty nice and they actually cared enough to call me when my pizza was just sitting there and I had not yet gone to pick it up. Got to go back to try some more of their food and their desserts! read more

New York style pizza! Right in the neighborhood. 1. The crust is cooked well done. The number one way to tell great pizza is the crust. Full stop. Thin but not ridiculous. Even without doughy bubbles. It's well made!!! 2. You gotta find the little burnt edges that means it's done! Too many people were raised on Papa John's to know what this is about. 3. It's not expensive! NY Pizza is not expensive. It's everywhere for everybody. A slice is a slice no matter who you are. You can save Grimaldis super expensive, long wait times. By the time you get home it's soggy anyway! Do yourself a favor and try this guys pie! It's Bronx style. My favorite is the ricotta and pepperoni. read more

I finally went into our favorite pizza delivery spot to pick up! True NY style pizza in Allen...so good! And don't sleep on their meatball sub and pasta...they are idis inducing deliciousness! They are also great on delivery, but much cheaper if you can just do pick up. The location itself is small NY type location but cute seating and they had the game on. Overall my fav pizza in TX! read more

Pizza in Allen, McKinney and Plano is sub par. We like durkins in McKinney but that's not New York style. But honestly, there is no great pizza in the area. Or people who think there is great sports don't know pizza. I get my nails done by this place. It changed from another pizza place about 6 or so months ago. I think it was called Romeo's? We had pizza there once and it was blah, yuck, the same as all these other spots around here. But let me tell you what... this is the first decent slice of New York style pizza I have had since I moved to dfw 5 years ago. The chew, the crunch, the right amount of salt. I'm in heaven. I saw reviews previously and they are all spot on. This is real deal, Bronx style pizza right here in Allen. Please eat here. I am going to tell everyone to eat here.
