We are visiting our daughter in Anna, TX and my husband saw this place when we went to the supermarket next door. We came to try it out and omg, if you're in the area, make sure you give it a try! Theit pizza is delicious! The crust is to die for! Their Franks Hoy wings are so good! And the mini churros are amazing! I came here because I heard it was a great pizza. But I was appalled by what I got in return. I order a thin crust pizza and what I got was a paper cut pizza that had no cheese and it was ridiculously thin. What really made me upset was that the employees all went to the back and were all laughing and looking at us like they really got us by cooking a thin pizza. I want to speak to the owner of this establishment because them having employees like that treat their customers in that fashion don't deserve to be working and representing your restaurant. I will definitely tell everyone to please don't buy from there. Finally great pizza in Melissa ! The pepperoni pizza was the best we have ever had! I heard someone say there was not enough sauce on their pizza and the guy working there said yes that's the way they make it but you can definitely say extra sauce next time ! They are NOT CONSISTENT at this place and they laugh at you when you walk away like if you're not looking. We sat to order the bacon pizza the first time we went here and it was good with plenty of bacon and some crunchiness to it. The second time I ordered a pepperoni with mushrooms and Italian sausage for pick up but had very few pepperoni and mushrooms it was already cold. We were not as pleased with it. The third time I ordered one with bacon and sausage and olives again, but had very few pieces of bacon when I asked them what happened there's hardly any bacon on it, it's not like what we had before and also they messed up on giving me the senior discount and it looks like they charged me twice cause they had to correct it. Anyways they made me another bacon pizza and I noticed it had a little bit more bacon so I took it. When I walked away to get napkins, chile and Parmesan I turned around to look back and saw that the girl and the boy were talking and laughing with each while looking at me. It was obvious they were laughing at me after I got the pizza they remade for me in the back. That was rude of them and showing lack of respect. To prove they are not consistent; I sat in the parking lot the second time I went there and ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza and I saw a man taking his pizza back inside in a hurry cause there was something wrong with it. My husband and I are disappointed in this place especially after I noticed when I opened the box before I drove home that they did not drain the grease off the bacon this time. The pizza was greasy on top like if they just fried the bacon in a frying pan without draining or blotting off the extra oil on a paper towel and just throwing it on top of the pizza dripping with greasy oil. It was too late for me to blot it off it had all sunk in and spread.. I just didn't want to take it back inside again and deal with them again. I had enough and couldn't put up with their snickering and laughing at customers. Will be trying another pizza place till we find the right place to visit frequently! Oh the game room is a joke!! Do not repeat do not order delivery!!!! They use door dash who does not understand the concept of delivering a hot pizza. Our pizza was 30 Minutes late. The dasher blamed traffic. I said the store is 3 miles away. Then he says well I had another delivery! I told him I never ever want to hear that again. As far as the pizza, I requested extra sauce . No extra sauce. I requested well done crust well it was cold and was ok at best, chewy doughy crust probably better tasting in the restaurant right out of the oven. Again do not get delivery. This was our first try using Mikes. May or may not use again. The garlic sticks were so bad and so cold I tossed the whole box in the trash. What a waste of money and food. My wife says they did not even looked baked! I always always tip extra because I expect phenomenal service from people who understand delivering a hot well made pizza. I've had frozen pizza from the grocery store that was better than this pizza. The only glimmer of hope was the pepperoni was spicy. Got a taco pizza and what I picked up looked nothing like the photos online, almost no meat, no spice, no flavor. The crust is thick, but very pale on the bottom, not sure if they are using pre-formed frozen crust, but this was not good in any way. Also, it did not appear to have any sauce on any of the 3 pizza's I picked up. Very expensive for the poor quality. read more

There is no way any of the reviews giving this place 5 stars is a regular customer. I am going to assume it's most family and friends of the restaurant. The pizza is literally about as good as chucky cheese. The front worker was rude some older lady with eyebrows painted on or something. The younger girl was walking around on the phone half the time via air pods. The wings tasted like old grease and frozen chicken. Breading on everything including cheese sticks were burnt or soggy soaked in nasty old oil. Please do not eat here. Let a new restaurant come in that's half way decent. The environment was a not there as this seemed to be more of a take-out type pizza place. I'm not usually a pizza person; I like bougie pizza when I do eat it. However this place was pleasantly good. I really enjoyed the crust to the pizza. It was soft but with a crispy bottom. They had a ton of choices for specialty pizzas and of course a build your own. I love that they have an alternative to red sauce. They offer salads, appetizers, desserts, sandwiches and wings. Apparently they have an AYCE lunch special. I popped in Thursday afternoon around 3pm. There were two tables eating. The young man at the counter greeted us as well as a lady (whom I think is the owner). This isn't a sit down dine in place where you get waited on; it's a go to the counter and order and someone will bring it out. Not my favorite style of restaurant but that's the norm these days. The young man at the counter was so polite and charismatic; we ordered some breadsticks, mozzarella sticks and a pizza. The mozzarella sticks were normal mozzarella sticks; nothing out of the norm. The garlic cheese breadsticks were really delicious and garlicky. The pizza we got was half cheese and half the robbers roost with white sauce. The pizza was cooked perfectly and everything came out in a timely fashion. Price point here is good; I love that they offer non pizza items. The place is very clean, and the bathrooms are easily designated. I wasn't super happy for another pizza place in Melissa; but I will admit this is the only one I'll be going to. All the others are just take out franchises or not great. This place definitely trumps Palio's and Red Feather. So happy another restaurant has opened up. read more

Delivery service is subpar. A delivery driver left the pizza on our doorstep without knocking or ringing the doorbell in 80 degree weather so it just sat out there without us knowing it was delivered. He said he knocked- We were in our living room 10 ft away and 4 of us can attest there was no knock. When i asked to speak to a manager he said no managers were there. What business has no managers on duty. We like the pizza which is the only reason this got 2 stars. If you spend $60 on 2 pizzas they should notify you when it's delivered. read more

Pizza tasted good. The issues I had were the incredible long wait, almost an hour for pickup. If they would have let me know before or after I ordered of expected wait time I could have made a decision based on that information. The next was the horrible cut of the pizza. Why would you try to cut a 12" pizza into 10 slices? As seen by picture where is the equity? So someone gets a large slice and another person gets tiny tiny slice. Soda fountain provides Pepsi products. Most tables clean, restaurant internal seating area three tables occcupied - lots of seating inside available and more outside. Here is what wife and I enjoy in terms of food: -pizza crust that is light/airy -pizza sauce that classic red/marinara and has bright/acidic fresh tomato notes and extra points for fresh herbs such as basil. -cheese such as fresh buffalo/shredded mozzarella Pizza from the top gets an "A" in presentation. Was not a fan of the sauce, some flavor note i didn't expect but wife didn't notice. Pizza crust had a dense texture to the point where the pizza slice didn't bend when you held it up - if that's your jam then this is the place to go - I am more of a new york slice gotta-fold-it-over guy. I ate one slice and the combo of the sauce and texture was my limit and didn't take any leftover in a box. -Garlic bread/knots, texture is perfect, filling/garnish is perfect. Lots of garlic flavor. Server with choice of dipping sauce - cold marinara for us. A for presentation, A for taste, A for texture. -Desert bread. Buttery flavor notes, fruit puree on top. Again, texture of the crust was similar to the pizza. Not bad, but not my thing nor the wifes as we both prefer more moisture in the topping/fruit puree such as more diced apple. Definitely cinnamon. Mountain Mikes is BUSY, with lots of takeout and that means lots of other people like the product they are purchasing and if the sensory characteristics are aligned with what you like, this is a good place for you to eat. Staff was great, pizza was terrible. We picked up 2 large pizzas and our bill was 63.00. One pizza was cheese and half sausage. The other pizza was sausage, bacon, and half green onions. After patiently waiting for this place to open, i was underwhelmed to say the least. Pizza was not bad, but nothing to go out of your way for. I would say its comparable to a sub standard Dominoes. Food wise, its a 2.5 to a 3. The service was not bad, would rate it at 3.5-4. What killed it was the cost. $62 for 3 medium 2 topping pizzas. I have spent that much on pizza before and was ok with it because the pizza was outstanding, this was not even close to worth that. If you want basic standard pizza, stick with Dominoes where you can spend half as much. read more
