Placed an order thru the app totaling $59.00. Over an hour later while I'm tracking my order, it was cancelled with no reason and no contact from this store. When I called the store, the phone rang with no answer, and then the line would just hang up when I tried calling again. This is unacceptable. Papa John's used to be my go-to place for pizza. Food used to be priced reasonable and service was typically very good. My last order was a disaster. I won't go into the details but let's just say that I won't be ordering food ever again from Papa John's. From over-priced food to shrinkflation (less portions) to "ghost" service fees to disgruntled delivery drivers it simply isn't worth it anymore. Count me out on this take-out/delivery food insanity. 99% of the time the order is wrong, not a little wrong, but it's like they spin a wheel in the back to decide what they will make and then deliver. I've called before, but nothing has ever been corrected. Today was no exception, wrong order and boneless wings with a drizzle of sauce (literally less sauce, than I would use for dipping). it was alright i guess. only because it was cheap. papa johns quality has definitely gone WAY down hill. idk if they switched up their recipes or whatever, but they just aren't it anymore. rather spend a few more dollars on better quality pizza and bread sticks. pizza was SUPER thin and just tiny (i ordered the regular hand tossed original pizza) it wasn't terrible it just wasn't good. the people at the restaurant were nice though, so no shame towards them. the food is just below average for sure read more

This was the worst Papa Johns pizza ever. We don't eat out often. Normally this location is good. But this was the grossest pizza i have ever had in my life. Worse than school cafeteria pizza. I've been a Papa John's fan for a long time (would order at least once a week). It has been a while since ordering from this location due to tight budget at home. First off when I called and asked about a teacher (which I'm a teacher) discount I was originally told yes. After ordering the pizza I was given a total of $25 and some change for 2 pizzas. I asked what the discount is and was then told they don't offer it any more due to new management. However when they told me their special prices on pizza the total should of only been $21 plus tax. Odd they wanted to charge me $25. We went home to see if we had coupons or better online deals but couldn't find any. The decision was made to go ahead to make an order (thought we would splurge for the heart pizza). My wife picked up the pizza (which we live only 1 1/2 minutes tops away) and the pizza was luke warm at best. Not to mention we had no idea the heart pizza was so small. The pizza lacked the quality that Papa John's thrives on. There wasn't much sauce on our large sausage pizza and lacked a fare coating of cheese. For the price we paid I expected better from the company. We will not be ordering from this location again. I guess we will stick to the high quality of Dominos and Little Caesars. read more

The staff is always very friendly and polite and even opened the door for me tonight while picking up my to-go order. The pizza is always prepared to order with our correct modifications and is ready exactly when they say it will be. A few months ago, the wait was about an hour, but we agreed to wait because, well, pizza. The MOD comped our ticket and profusely apologized, even though we had been fine with waiting!
