Fantastic atmosphere and people And food. The best of everything Great spot for watching sports read more

The wings were great, the fried pickles are to die for! The fried Mac and cheese are great as well. The service was good other than the fact we asked to sit outside and the host seemed adamant to not sit us outside because he would have had to assign someone outside which I thought was off putting. The ambiance was great. Traditional sports bar vibes. read more

Always the best food and service! We've been longtime customers for a reason. I highly recommend the Bakers Gold flavor for your wings and a side of their homemade chips! read more

Our server tried his best, and we are not mad at him at all. He was doing what he could, and we understand that some things are out of his control. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, there were about eight dirty tables, and we had to wait for a table to be cleaned before we could even be seated. After waiting around 30 minutes, we were finally seated. Then the food service was just as frustrating. It took approximately 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and to make matters worse, our children's food and appetizers came out last. Food was even taken to the wrong table, resulting in our kids having to wait even longer to eat. Throughout the entire experience, not one manager came over to check on us or ask how things were going. Considering the long wait, dirty tables, food mix-ups, and the fact that our children were served last, you would think someone from management would have checked in. What makes this even more disappointing is that the suggested tip is calculated based on the pre-discounted total, despite all the mistakes and issues we experienced. Again, our server was doing his best, and we do not blame him personally. The problem was the overall lack of organization, management, and customer service. We came in expecting a good dining experience and left feeling disappointed. Management needs to do better, because customers should not have to wait this long, deal with this many mistakes, and feel like nobody cares about their experience. Pluckers do better!!! read more

Our food was fine. Our waiter was atrocious. I realize that it was rather busy, but he didn't even come back to check in and see if we needed more water or anything. I had a single glass of water, fighting for my life against buffalo sauce. He came and took our drink order, took our food orders, and was there to give us our food almost thirty minutes after we ordered it. Everyone at our table was a bit mad. I think I just need to stop giving Pluckers a chance. read more

We love Pluckers! We went for their trivia night for the first time and had so much fun. Cant wait to try it again!

Visiting from Florida before an Allen American's Hockey Game. Lived here many years ago and Pluckers then the game was a tradition. The wings tonight were as good as ever. Way better than anything in Florida. Unfortunately, the service was horrid. To make it worse, we were seated near the Kitchen where you could see all of the servers gathered, yanking and totally ignoring their guests. Took eight minutes after we were seated to get anyone to come over and take our order. Others wanted to leave but I knew that the wings would be great. Just need a good manager! read more

Very disappointed with the lack of communication at this location. It started with the front desk staff, and then the GM reached out appearing concerned and wanting to address the situation. However, once I responded, I received no further communication. After being a loyal customer for over a decade, this experience has made us decide to take our business elsewhere. It's unfortunate that after so many years, poor communication and lack of follow-through are what ultimately ended our loyalty to this location. read more

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Our party of four arrived at 6:45 pm on a busy Friday, and while the waitlist was managed well--we were seated in 30 minutes--things quickly took a turn for the worse once we sat down. It took nearly 10 minutes for our server to take our drink orders, then our food showed up before any of the drinks arrived. During that period, there was a loud commotion when someone in the restaurant dropped a crate of beer glasses, which the staff later blamed for ongoing delays. We received our beers when we were already halfway through our meals, and they were completely flat. The waitress explained that the long wait and the poor quality were both due to the earlier incident. Our mocktail and soda refills also arrived late and only after we reminded the staff multiple times. Throughout the evening, the staff seemed overwhelmed and short on supplies like pint glasses, which led to a frustrating, disorganized atmosphere. The whole experience suggested that better management and training are badly needed. I would not return or recommend this restaurant, especially since there are plenty of other local places that serve better wings and beer for the same price. read more

Pluckers Wing Bar - Allen - 15 Wing Combo - Chicken Wings Near Me - Allen, Texas

I had their Honey Bbq burger. It was pretty good for place that specializes in chicken wings. My problem was all their rules and restrictions. Went there tonight, meeting teammates for a going away dinner. Apparently they won't seat you until everyone in your party arrives. Something I have always found lame, especially if most of your party is there. We were missing one person of 8 and they wouldn't seat us. Then everyone arrived and we were seated. I generally like to start with a drink so I went to the bar, which wasn't busy, and was told since we already had a table I could no longer order at the bar. I have never heard of any other place ever imposing such a rule. I didn't want to wait for my server but the lady at the bar quite rudely kept telling me 'that's company policy'. I had my debit card out and would've either kept tab open or closed it but the wouldn't even take my order. I ended up going back to my table drinkless and finally after a long wait got my drink order in, which was terrible. I ordered the simplest drink to make, a vodka tonic. Not sure how they messed that up but they did. Tonic water was low and seemed like it was cut with water. Couldn't taste the vodka and I had ordered it with Tito's but it could've very well been Smirnoff or Russian Standard because I couldn't taste it. Then there's the automatic 20% gratuity because of our party size. That I know they are not alone in doing but not everyone does that. I won't name names here but within a quarter mile there are at least 4 other places that do not have auto gratuity. Probably won't be coming back here. Like I said, their burger was decent, but I can get the same quality burger most anywhere else and better service. read more

Great service by the hostess I placed an order online and was ready when I went to pick it up, I wish it could've been great as usual but this time I had a hair in my wings, not my hair I have red hair and my boyfriend has curly hair read more

As always, the food was great. The service was wonderful and I love the atmosphere. It's one of our favorite places to go.

Nice staff but the food came out way too fast.. like before the drinks fast and it was cold. Idk how that happens but It had a good taste. Stale fries and cold chicken could mean that they have the food fried and just toss the items in hot temp sauce when it's time to serve . read more

Went to Pluckers wing bar in Allen Texas today and the food was great! The servers were fantastic! And my husband was really impressed with all of the sports that he got to watch on the many TVs there. I had a burger and it was great. It was cooked to perfection. And he had the wings as well as a friend of ours. She also ordered the macaroni and cheese and I tasted it and it was fantastic. And the dining experience was very nice. We loved the restaurant. We wil be back! read more

Apologies, I forgot the waitress name, she really is the exceptional server. it's a busy weekend due to the World Cup. Our drinks was always filled up, asked how was everything to make sure we have been taken care of. The food is #1 always, we never left upset, been to Allen location since my daughter is 6 and now she's 22 years old and they still has those Tuesday kids eat free. Thank you for always providing the best service and food, its the one that makes us want to come back for sure. Keep Rocking i!!! read more

/ 5 -- First and Last Visit First time trying Pluckers Wing Bar and I even signed up for the membership, thinking it was going to be a great experience. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. I ordered 10 wings and only received 2 flats -- the rest were drumsticks -- and the wings came out cold. Really disappointing, especially for a place known for wings. My wife ordered boneless and I got bone-in, and honestly neither of us were impressed. The fried Oreos appetizer was the best part of the meal, but that's not enough to make up for the main dishes falling flat. On a positive note, the atmosphere was nice, lots of games on, and the servers were friendly. But the food is the reason you come here, and it just didn't meet expectations at all. read more

Always love the multiple TVs during sporting events! Of course the wings and salads are also great!

I had such a great dine-in experience at Pluckers! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious, and everything we ordered was full of flavor. The service was also great and made the whole experience even better. It's definitely a perfect spot to sit down, enjoy some good food, and have a great time with family or friends. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I absolutely love this location and the friendly staff! The food is always fresh, and the wings are served in appropriate sizes.

great service, great wings. highly recommend if you are looking for some great wings.

they are never organized with the reservations. I had it for 6:30, came in and asked for my table and she said she'd be right with me. Literally 30 mins went by and I asked and she said I was off the list and I needed to put myself back on it and be in the back so I left. I've heard good things about the food so it was a bit disappointing read more

We always get seated quickly. Food is usually always good. Very rarely we had anything that's not up to par. Tuesday is worth coming for cheaper kids prices. certain nights they do a type of trivia night. It's on Thursdays. It's fun but it's a little too load to try to talk to somebody. Lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken is the best. read more

Very good lunch today. Sports motif and TVs well positioned. Bar is well designed and perfect for quick drink and appetizers. Menu has much to offer and everything ordered today was delicious. One note of caution, the Heat rating and suggestions are Hotter to the taste . So try one rating less than your normal pick and that will add to your experience. Been going to Allen location since 2010. always so good. Haven't ever ordered something that wasn't good

Pluckers keeps aggressively going down with service issues. This has to be a Management and absolutely a GM/RM issue. This is not only a waitress issue. Waited for 20 minutes for the waitress to come by. I went to the bar to order drinks for the table. Food comes out cold. Manager comes by to apologize and then proceeded to lecture me about ordering drinks. Ordered dessert which never showed up. Cancelled it. Wow. Last time I ever come back here. This place is awful. Stay away. Here is a picture of the bathroom...and the rest of the restaurant looked similar. read more

Long story short. Had a party of 12 we were told that the table was ready when all the people were there. We were seated at a table for 8 and were told that there were going to split up the group.
