First, i would like to say my food was great. It was the service that i was disappointed with. I along with 5 other friends went to celebrate our friend's 58th birthday. We were excited & hungry as it was our first meal of the day & our time to the restaurant. The, birthday girl, however frequents the restaurant. Several things went wrong, 1st & most important her food had ham when she told them she did not eat meat. Another friend had cold potatoes & the other pancake was mushy & undercooked. I understand t mistakes happen, but it was the way we were treated. It was as if it was our fault. We were told that if anything else wasn't to our liking we're to pay for it. It was no apology, just a punishment for something that wasn't our fault. We had no issue paying for our food, we just wanted what we ordered. I thought it was very unprofessional to say the least. Service was friendly and efficient. I was wondering where the hostess was when 2 groups of customers were waiting a few mins at the hostess stand. She was cleaning the restrooms! Hope she was wearing gloves. Shouldn't this job be done before or after operating hours instead of the lunch hour? The main reason for the 3-star rating is the food. Everything starting with the coffee was bland. I asked for regular coffee and what I got was coffee weaker than decaf. My breakfast - eggs and sausage were bland. If you want to avoid long wait times, you HAVE to download the Snooze app to reserve online. It's more iffy if you decide to just walk in. I'm not a fan of being forced to download an app for every restaurant I want to eat at. The food itself is not bad. It's better than the Addison location and it came out promptly. We ended up leaving because durning breakfast the owner had a delivery where a giant big rig showered the patio diners with carbon monoxide you could literally see the fumes coming over the wall. We asked the owner if he could move the truck and he laughed in my face. There was plenty of space not near diners straight ahead of truck FYI Chris the owner is pretty damned rude. Delivery's durning brunch on a Sat? But by the food, it's pretty clear why they are not packed at 10 o'clock on a Saturday. Literally their tables open everywhere inside and on patio and there's a reason for it. The food is just ok and my eggs were cold and the bacon was certainly nothing to write home about. The eggs Benedict was average and the only excellent dish on our table was the corn beef hash. The gluten-free pancake was dense and I would not recommend. We tried some of their mock tails, but left them on the table because they were so sweet they were undrinkable. Do not recommend but must give a shout out to the serving staff who do their best to try to carry this restaurant. We had an excellent server who was engaging and funny. read more

I went on a weekday morning and it wasn't too busy. I tried the signature pancake flight ($14) with each of the 3 flavors (strawberry, cinnamon, and pineapple). It took just over 10 minutes to arrive but came warm and looked beautiful on the plate. Each pancake had a balance of soft, fluffy, and crispy textures. I particularly liked the strawberry and cinnamon flavors, but I felt the tartness of the pineapple one didn't really meld well with the chocolate crunch it came with. I've heard good things about the vegan pancakes too which I'm excited to try next time. Service was great, and there weren't any issues finding parking. There were even a few people there getting some work done since there is free wifi. Overall would highly recommend this place for your breakfast/brunch adventures and hang outs! read more

Snooze is probably my favorite place to go for breakfast foods. Everything I have ordered tastes so good. On this last visit, I opted for the seasonal special short ribs with gruyere polenta. The meat was well seasoned and tender, the polenta was yummy, and the sweet potatoes the dish comes with were amazing! I don't know why my roasted sweet potatoes never come out like that. M ordered the monte cristo and I thought it was a nice balance of sweet and savory. He enjoyed it very much. In addition, our server offered us a free pancake! I was ready to mourn the lack of sweet flavors from my choice, but she filled that void by offering the pancake. I happily got the pineapple upside down pancake, and this made my day! Honestly was gonna give 2 stars because of how rude the hostess are! BUT our waiter Jaylin won us over and food and drinks were amazing per usual!! The hostess just don't communicate. We were on a waitlist for a patio seat and she walked us to a table inside, I asked if we could sit on the patio (which I also requested when we checked in) and she rolled her eyes, didn't say a word and just turned around and walked outside. They were loudly talking about completely inappropriate things where EVERYONE at the bar could hear. It was uncomfortable, immature, and beyond unprofessional. I waited forever for a drink while she laughed and ignored customers. When I finally got her attention, she acted like I was bothering her. No urgency, no courtesy, just attitude. This is NOT the kind of energy I want first thing in the morning. If I wanted to hear raunchy workplace drama, I'd go anywhere but here. Do better, Snooze. I would highly suggest to get on the waitlist before getting there so you don't have to wait long. I tried Benny duo and chose avocado and Chile verde. I went here for the first time recently for my sister's birthday and we had a wonderful time! The food here really stands out. The pancake flight is one of the top items at Snooze and didn't disappoint. They are so incredibly yummy and not cloyingly sweet, so moist and flavorful that you won't need syrup. Unlike most breakfast places that take a plain pancake and slap different flavorings on top calling it a flavored pancake, here the BATTER is flavored, plus toppings, for a true flavored pancake. Their benedicts also stand out but if you get the habanero pork belly benedict, be aware it's VERY spicy. Their signature bacon was amazing and they have a seasonal menu here too. Service was not particularly fast but not bad either. Unfortunately there's exterior renovation currently going on at this location so it's a bit hard to find the entrance, but the interior of the restaurant is entirely fine.
