This is sad to write because I really wanted this location to work out. It's the perfect stop before home but now I'll be taking my money further up the road to little ceasars. I would rate this location 0 but in fairness the taste of the two pizzas we ordered at least were good. The service was good, I was greeted almost immediately and my food was out only a couple minutes past the estimated time. Pretty much all the dough was incorrectly proofed. The cheese bread was under, my wife's pizza was over, and the cinnamon sticks were somehow both. The cheese in the cheezybread was as either baked long before I ordered it bc after the 16 min drive home somehow the cheese was already like a hardened gel. That doesn't happen in less than 20 minutes. 2 pizzas, a side, and dessert is $60? At this quality? read more

We decided to try Marco's as the prices were more affordable than another local pizza place. The old cliche "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. The thin crust large pepperoni pizza was like an almost-pizza-flavored cracker... too crisp, sauce nearly non-existent, and too few pepperoni. We actually opened a can of tomato sauce for dipping! Another small pizza was ordered with two vegetable toppings. Since you pay for toppings (and veggies are much cheaper than meat) you'd think you'd get enough to actually taste them, not just a sprinkling. On the plus side the wings were good. read more

Marco's Pizza - Thin crust pepperoni pizza - Chicken Wings Near Me - Melissa, Texas

Hello, I am an Italian citizen. Me, my wife, and my 8 year old child (jackie) decided to try Marco's Pizza, we had no idea what would happen next. We suddenly felt are stomach getting really warm, almost like we were about to have explosive, squirting, diarrhea. I suddenly grabbed my sons wrist and pulled him in the mens restroom. I had to release my demon so i just put him in the urinal and told him to let the dog out. I went in the stall and i got feces all over the bathroom wall i overflowed the toilet so i just left the stall, then i stepped in a gooey sticky mush. I looked down and it was my son's feces it got everywhere (shouldn't have put him in a urinal). I put his pants back on then left. I saw my wife burst into tears because she pooped herself on the way. Then we ran out. 1 star, do NOT come here. read more

We used to order from Marco's years ago when in another town and just had the opportunity to order from them in Melissa, TX. Not disappointed! Delivery was on time and pizza was good, it's another great option for tasty pizza! read more

Unreasonably late. Was on hold over 30 minutes to figure out where my pizza was. We were informed they didn't have any delivery drivers and they use doordash (which is never a good experience). Pizza was cold and 1.5hrs late. Doordash driver was rude. You also are unable to submit a complaint online to this specific store. They are not listed under the feedback section and it is not user friendly. I've tried to request a refund. If they are having this type of problem, it would be nice to notify customer no drivers available. I feel some type of system could be in place to notify or atleast properly update customers on proper delivery time. read more

I recently made a purchase of a pizza from Marcos. I was having trouble with the website so I reached out to the physical location. I had the pleasure of speaking to a nice young lady, trying to assist me with the website because the prices displayed were not what was being calculated. She thought it would be no problem. She wanted me to speak to the GM Paul as it should have been a easy fix. Paul was very unhelpful and a little unprofessional. My daughter had already chosen Marcos for her party so we ordered anyways. Upon arriving I showed him the screenshot of the prices after I already paid full price just to show him, needless to say Paul was still no help. I do not recommend leadership that doesn't know how to do the right thing. read more

Marco's Pizza - Uncut pizza - Chicken Wings Near Me - Melissa, Texas

Ordered my pizza online tonight for my son and I. We took our time getting there for pick up. Unfortunately, the one medium old world pepperoni pizza we ordered was damaged while cooking in the oven. No problem. Things happen ! Waited an additional 26 minutes and that seems a tad excessive for cooking time! Once we got home we opened up the two pizzas and saw that the salami pizza was only half cut, and the old pepperoni wasn't cut at all. I understand they we're probably rushing to get the pizzas out because of our lengthy wait, but please pay attention to detail next time. We still love Marcos and will continue to be customers. (Now almost 5 hours after eating Marco's Pizza my son and I are both violently throwing up) I think we're done with this location and if you don't want to start your own pizza diet cleanse I'd stay away as well. read more

I understand this location is having problems keeping their own drivers. My pizza tonight was delivered by Door Dash, which I have never used. Pizza was lukewarm at best. Being a long time pizza driver over 40+ years here and there as a second job, I do understand. As a business owner myself, i get it. But this is the 3rd time we have had issues with this location. I can no longer support it. I expect only a message from the owner. I actually would like to help. But if I don't, every neighbor, friend or contact will have to be warned. read more

The worst location ever. I can't even bring myself to go there again to give them a second chance. Horrible service, food and overall experience. read more

Pizza is really good when they get the order right. Curbside doesn't actually happen 4 out of 5 times and you have to go inside to pick it up. Pain in the rear when you have a toddler with you... don't offer the service if you can't execute it! read more

I used to be a big fan of this place, but last two times I have ordered from here they were unreasonably late. Once for in-store pickup where they said it would be another 40 minutes after they told me to arrive. I canceled my order. Other a delivery where they were over 50 mins after the promised time and pizza was cold. Going to lose a long term customer. read more

Love the pizza, but every once in a while the pizzas just taste off and smell chemically. Called to ask if something changed and new management insisted nothing is off, refunded the order, then banned us despite being nothing but polite and not asking for a refund. Completely unprofessional and stupid read more

We gave them another chance today. They are still horrible. The cheesy bread was dry and burned in top. Both the cheese and pepperoni pizzas were also burned. Just threw everything out. Do NOT waste your money. read more

Placed an order online for curbside pickup, showed up at the promised time of 9:28. Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes. No one ever came out. Went inside and pizza was sitting there. Don't market and advertise curbside if your people, processes and technology can't support it. Done with Marcos. read more

Absolutely the worst run operation ever!!! Ordered food estimated delivery 30 minutes. Hour later nothing call half a dozen times to be picked up and hung up 5 times and then Just on hold the last time. 20 minutes. Drive up there to figure out where food is to find one person working that says she is too busy to take calls and not sure where my food is. No offer to call driver or cancel order and refund. Who know if I will ever get food or a refund! Keep my money you'll need it when you're out of business! read more

Pizza is always good. Good pricing excellent service. Nice and clean. You always know when you're gonna get a good pizza there.

Every time I order from this place, the food arrives cold, and the wings taste like they've been sitting out all day. This is the last time I will order from this establishment. read more

The pizza is usually good but don't use the delivery service. I've tried three times now and it takes forever, then you end up with cold pizza. As I sit here it's now been well over an hour and no pizza. The person on the phone said the driver had eight deliveries to do. Sounds like they need more drivers and less attitude from the staff. Three strikes, I'm out. Going on two hours now. Still no pizza. I warned you. Update: It took exactly two hours to get my cold pizza. read more

The pizza from Marco's is always delicious. However, I have issue with this location. I placed an order for a timed pick up 105 minutes out. Upon arriving at the designated time I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. That in fact the kitchen just cooks from the top (whatever that means). But if you want pizza from this place, order 30 minutes early as they are clueless how to produce a timed pick up. Further do NOT allow this location to deliver. As I waited for my order, I watched as the wire rack behind the cashiers stood loaded the entire time with orders constantly being added to it. I learned by listening to a call, that ALL these orders were waiting for deliver. They sat there for over 15 minutes so bound to be cold by the time they arrive and bound to get them a negative rating for a quality pizza that turns to a cold one by the time it arrives at your door. As for the staff, kitchen save for their inability to deliver a timed pizza, they are stellar and in constant movement! The front staff need great improvement on greeting and making the customer feel valued instead of basically communicating a too bad attitude and mumbling to the customers in person and on the phone (except for the young man in a black hat...he's good) . read more

Typically I order the same thing for deliver but this time I changed the crust to thin thinking it would be thin & crispy. Nope! There was this weird chunk of something near the edge that could have been cheese or uncooked dough. Also, ordered a garden salad with blue cheese without onion & bell peppers. Unfortunately got the Italian salad with meat & cheese, lowfat Italian and ONIONS!! Returned to the store the next day and they couldn't figure out how to refund. Still waiting for that call from the manager, Paul L. read more

Placed an order for delivery through Uber because for some reason they do not deliver to Anna 8 miless away through their own app. Then the order was delayed over an hour and the poor delivery driver sat at their store for 40 minutes only to be told that they not seeing my order on their end. I had to call Uber support to cancel the order so now dinner is late. Even Uber support couldn't reach this store..... read more

I'm extremely disappointed in this order , food was left at front door with no notification once I realized it was was delivered there were flys and bugs in the boxes that were just left on the ground definitely uneatable and a loss of money read more

I have no issue with the Pizza or workers. Did as I had order and PAID for. My complaint is management, never called or ever responded back when I had placed large delivery order. You know just confirm make sure would be all good, as was for a specific date and time. Which needed or just confirm. So after 3 calls never heard from manager. So this order was paid for 5 days in advance charge on my account moment hung up. Yet day of the delivery about hour after receive notice bank new Charge from Marcos Pizza and almost $75.00 more the originally charged. Called store back oh wow now I'm speaking with the GManager said he called yet my phone records no missed calls, and only calls from Marcos are ones I placed trying to reach him!! So his explanation is the extra was the TIP! Don't you want to tip delivery. Yes, I would but that should be up to me and not someone else to charge on my card. Told me he check with his delivery guy and call me back. Well over 2 weeks and nothing. SO I will report illegal charge to my card. Very sad as wanted to trust local business, and get ripped off. The manager can fix this by calling back as he said he would and credit the charge on my card. read more
