The main reason for my visit was I wanted to try the chicken sandwich. I ate it before I took pictures. It was actually pretty tasty. It was well seasoned and I selected the citrus mojo flavor. It has garlic and citrus notes. The breast was juicy and flavorful. The lemon pepper wings were cooked perfectly. The fries were not hot, but well seasoned. This is my only complaint for this visit. Service was good as the staff were nice. The restaurant was clean and my order was ready for pick up. The online ordering process is easy and great. Overall a good visit and I enjoyed my first time experiencing the chicken sandwich. It's not my favorite chicken sandwich, but it's good. It's just better competition out there for chicken sandwiches. The wings are the winners here. read more

A co worker catered wing stop for his birthday and I just say, it was delicious! We had multiple flavors with a range of spice levels. We also had regular fries and their cheesy fries and those were good too. It was a pick up order and they made it a straightforward process, so that was appreciated. I called in to inform the staff, and the new employees that seemed to be hired were uncooperative. This has never happened at other branches of Wingstop, except for the Allen one in McDermott. Went here a couple days ago and was quite impressed. They have a decent amount of seating and it's very clean in the store. The service was excellent and the staff were really friendly. The wings are good. No question about it. Unfortunately, tonight I ordered a 30 piece, bone-in AND a ten piece combo with the veggies and Fries. Look at our picture. What's missing? I was feeling wings one day and got burned by wing stop. I took a 5 year hiatus till today. The service was solid, and they bring you your food fast. You get your lemon pepper and mango habanero wings. Grab your fries, fill up some yello mello, and you're ready to go. The wings itself were a good size, and the lemon pepper wings were well seasoned. My problem lies with the mango habanero. The heat scale up top gives you the idea that there is some serious spice in these wings so I played it safe with the sweet spicy mango habanero. The only thing above it on the chart was atomic. When I got the wings it was all sweet. If you had to put it on a scale it would be below Tabasco. On top of that the fries were too salty for me, but they were cooked well. Overall comparing it to the rest of the wing options out there this doesn't quite stand out. The wings are decent, but sometimes lacking the flavor they advertise. Then the fries were over seasoned. We're from CA and we're not big Wingstop people, but being that Wingstop is a nationally known chain that started in Dallas (Garland to be exact), we were curious to see if maybe having it here would change us. After having it, we're Wingstop people now. We ordered 4 flavors: original, buffalo, garlic parmesan, and the cajun. Wow. Everything was great. The wings were perfectly fried and seasoned. I look forward to trying more flavors. Not to mention, pricing is pretty good! The location is right off the 75, and during the pandemic there's no dine-in but only takeout. The staff was pretty nice, especially when I accidentally ordered a spicy flavor and asked for the milder flavor (my bad)! Tashi is the main employee I seem to interact with every time I come in. She's one of the nicest people and never seems to be in a bad mood. She is always busting it to keep the place clean as she is taking orders. Would give it 5 stars but they need to hire more employees. My only complaint is in their busy time it looks like they need one other employee as the cook and front person are scrambling to do it all. Saying that, I have never had a bad order. The food is always top quality. Food is always warm and fresh. Their drink machine always is stocked with multiple flavors. Nothing is worse than when you go into an establishment with these small speciality drink machines and half of the drink choices are empty. First, I want most of the fat to be rendered out of the wings. There should be enough fat left in the wings to help make them moist and add to the flavor. It's a delicate balance. Too much fat in the wings and more of the wing goes into your napkin than into your mouth. Too little fat and the wings will be dry and chewy. Wingstop does a great job of hitting the sweet spot on the amount of fat in the wings. When cooked their wings are moist and tasty. Second, I want my wings to be hot when they arrive on my table top. Wingstop doesn't start making your wings until you order them. The counter person will tell you how long it will take for your order to be ready based on the capacity of the fryers and other orders that are already in progress. Based on my experience, that's usually about seventeen minutes. When my order was ready, the wings were crispy hot with visible steam rising. Third, I like there to be a variety of flavors available for order. I almost always order the Original Hot. But, when I visit with friends and family, they have other tastes. My daughter, Dana, likes the Atomic Hot Wings. My friend, Patty, likes the Lemon Pepper or Teriyaki flavors. There are currently twelve different flavor varieties from which to choose in either boneless or bone in wings. Celery was not cleaned properly and carrots were not peeled properly.. Order was not ready as requested on time, had to wait longer. Part of boneless chicken had no taste and was not covered with flavored sauces. Fries were sweet and corn was burn.. overall i would give this place a 0 out of 5. Definitely don't recommend this place . Rather go and spend your money at Buffalo Wild Wings or anywhere they have wings at any sport bar but def dont come here to waste your money.
