Made an order from the app at 3 to be delivered to an Allen address at 5. 5 came and no food or update on delivery. Called store and they indicated food was on the way. No ETA given. Door Dash showed up at 5:45 with delivery. Order was not right. Food was barely warm. Small businesses want us the consumer to support them during this pandemic but then don't live up to expectations. Sorry state of affairs. Back to Sams I guess Update: Ryan the operations manager reached out with an apology and took care of us. That's what should be done. Kudos to him for being customer centric. read more

Rude customer service and horrible display. It's like a child was answering the phone I called and was automatically hung up on. I guess he needed to eliminate some of the calls or I don't know what his problem was but Oscar argued with me would not allow me to speak with Roberto whom I know took my order and have seen many times before No Oscar had to argue with me on why I should talk to him because he's the "manager". He mocked me! Can you imagine a person that answers the phone mocking you and arguing with you then he hung up on me when I told him I would leave a negative review he said "go ahead". I had to call back to try and get my issue resolved with my order being wrong but he answered and hung up on me a third time. Everyone here is normally so cool and friendly and I literally love this place. I never have issues but this guy is a disease and he sounds as if he has golf balls in his mouth when he answers the phone. Not very smart to push a customer the way he did. I went in on Super Bowl Sunday, close to half time, hoping I'd be able to pick up some wings but knowing full well they'd be real busy so it might be a long wait. I was wrong. I was greeted with a smile and "Welcome to Wing Stop." Both cashier's had a very relaxed attitude inspite of how busy the kitchen was. I placed my to go order of 10 wings, fries and a drink and was assured that my order would be ready soon. After getting my drink I realized I had forgotten to order some beans so I went back to the cashier and she made an add on to my previous order. Two things surprised me after this. The first was that when she called out my add on, the entire kitchen staff stopped what they were doing, turned to face the cashier, and listened to her to make sure they added the beans to the correct order. The second thing that surprised me was that they got my order out in 5 minutes inspite of the fact that it was Super Bowl Sunday, and I had added to my order after the fact. I know this location has gotten some bad reviews in the past, but it looks to me like they paid attention to those reviews and are making some improvements. read more

This is one of the fastest Wingstops I've ever been to. I ordered off doordash for pick up and it said it would take at most 30 minutes. I laughed because Wingstop is notorious for taking ages, but arrived at the designated time. They had the bag waiting for me and it was all hot and fresh! This was hard for me to deal with after going to the Wings-n-More (by Northwest Mall) in Houston on a weekly basis during off campus lunch my senior year of high school. What's a girl to do? Drive 93.5 miles, each way... to College Station, Texas to eat Wings with my HS friends who went to Texas A&M. This location even became my "Cheers," as I heard an old HS classmate scream my nickname as I walked in the door one night with 5 of my Baylor friends. Flashforward* 2002. After three years back home in Houston, I moved back to Waco. This time I was happy. Because there was a WingStop. Granted, it's no Wings-n-More, but it will more than do. Flashforward* 2005. I move to DFW. I can still find WingStop locations easy enough to keep my buffalo wing fits at bay. Since living in Dallas the past three years, I have attempted to eat wings at a few other establishments (BWW, I'm looking at you.) WingStop. Thank you for being the best in DFW. Your fries are addicting, your blue cheese dressing creamy but still has plenty of chunks, your original hot is a little mild, but that only means that I can still eat wings with an upset stomach and heartburn that comes from being a Wing addict for 17 years. read more

Ok. We have been there 2x in the past month. We love how they do the wings. BUT, they are not good listeners. My wife likes her wings to be all "flats". The first order comes out and she gets drums and flats mixed. Not happy. So I get her another order and told the cashier to be sure they were all flats. Guess what? Mixed again. Duh! So easy to correct. The place is dirty too. They need more space and definitely need to remodel. Great wings just not a great experience. I gave it a 4 star because they do wings well. This Wingstop consistently provides us great wings and friendly service. I did the ultimate test with them, Super Bowl Sunday. I saw you could not order online for that day so I called the store. The employee told me they were doing phone orders only and she would be happy to help. I placed the order on Thursday evening and she repeated the whole order back to me and gave me a pickup time on Super Bowl Sunday. I came right at the pickup time and had to wait 5 minutes but it was worth it for fresh wings and fries. We got home and everything was correct and hot and crispy. While I was in the restaurant someone came back and said their fries were soggy. The manager took the bag and gave him fresh fries no questions asked right away and apologized. Terrible customer service! If I could leave zero stars I would. The food is good but today it wasn't even worth the hassle! I ordered ahead, picked up my food. Got all the way home and there was no ranch, which I paid for. So I called and they said if I came back in they would give me a refund and the ranch bc by the time I got back home my food would be cold and gross. So I get down the road and receive a call from them that he talked to his supervisor and said that they needed all the food back to make sure I didn't eat it if they were giving me a refund. And they would remake the food in the meantime. So I turn around, get the food, drive to Wingstop. THEN, I get there and they say they talked to the supervisor again and he said he couldn't do the new food AND refund so I had to pick one.....I picked the refund and I guess ppl usually pick food bc they had to call the supervisor to make sure they could do that. Maybe the supervisor never came out to talk to me bc he knew I couldn't be mad at the employees bc they weren't making the rules, who knows. If you are drunk and managed not to eat any good food wherever you were, this might be the place for you to nourish before you become hungover. If you are homeless and haven't had hot food in a minute, this might also be your joint; however, if you have ever eaten a decent fried chicken wing, you will be sorely disappointed here. How do you watch someone take wings from the fryer basket, sauce and box them and five minutes later, they taste like they were made yesterday? The Korean BBQ flavor has potential, but the sauce is thick and cloying. The original hot are OK in a very generic way--been there, done that. What seasoning mix do they bathe the fries in? I had a mix of cold and hot fries in my order and I could've enjoyed them if they hadn't been doused with a lemon pepper/Lawry's like seasoning mixture. Stop already--get the fries naked and hot if you can--you'll be grateful. Absolutely NEVER Going here again!!! Do not support this location. I made an order over the phone for a 18 min pickup. Rather than the lazy girl who was at the register call all pending order taken within the last 10 minutes to let them know their credit/debit machine was not working, she waited until people showed up to tell them. Then had the nerve to ask us to go to the ATM down the street to get cash. Most of us are professionals getting off work, and all we want is to get our food and go home. Not show up to be told to go get another form of payment. Who carries cash in 2017?? I immediately called the customer service number to complain about the manager/owner Todd Matten. I usually come here around 9-10 pm after the gym and it's usually dead. Wings and fries are yummy. The tables are clean but I agree with the other reviews about customer service. Sometimes I wait at the register for a couple minutes while some employees look at me and then walk away. Another is the wings take forever to come out. There are times I wait 30 minutes. Wings we really big and tough. some of our wings didn't have any sauce on them, our fries were over cooked and greasy and had NO seasoning on them! I have always had great service here, but today was by far the best!! I came in to pickup my online order and I had screwed up and put boneless wings instead of bone in wings like I needed. The order was already made but they said they would remake the entire order! They went to work on it right away!
