I have always had great service here, but today was by far the best!! I came in to pickup my online order and I had screwed up and put boneless wings instead of bone in wings like I needed. The order was already made but they said they would remake the entire order! They went to work on it right away! I am so impressed with their willingness to do this for me on such a busy night as New Years Eve! It also saves my party. The worst customer service I've ever had, they've placed me on hold for more than 6 minutes then when I called back he said you need to wait more, people at the front was rude and unprofessional playing with their phone while the customer is waiting, I definitely look for other branch if I've decided to eat wings. read more

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my 6 wings. I finally went to the counter and they grab it off one of the back counters and bring it to me. The others had to wait over 20 minutes as I watched them bring them out. Very slow service. I could remember why I had been there in a while, but I now remember. Terribly long waits. The garlic wings were good. I could tell I got the bottom of the bag of fries. All small pieces. Everything was pretty tastes though. Not the best restaurant in Allen, but has some pretty great wings. I would say it's terrible, but it's not the best out there. I absolutely loved the Honey BBQ sauce and the fries. I wouldn't necessarily go back to the restaurant itself, but if I was having a tailgate or football get together I would definitely order the family size wing combo. This restaurant in my opinion is only good for the wings. I visited this location witch is close to my apartment a few weeks ago. It was late and I wanted to go eat with my husband at a sit down place. With it being Sunday and after 10pm there was nothing open but fast food. We were about to go to taco bell and saw an open sign at the Wing Stop so we went. The last time we ate here before this visit was about a year ago and we liked it. We opened the door and they had all the chairs up on the tables and were sweeping about to mop. So there went to sitting down to eat idea. They did not offer to get us a table the guy sweeping just watched some tv then when he finished the girl who took or to go order started moping. We were sitting on the bench by the register and the front door it being the only place to sit and she mopped every inch around us witch annoyed me because she could have waited until we left and the smell of cleaner was very strong and giving me a headache. So we got our order to go even though we wanted to stay and would have spend more money on beer... It was about 11pm and they were closing at 12. We got home and it was kinda gross I got boneless and my husband got bone in and his were dry and seemed like they had been laying around all night. Sad to say with both got sick and I was throwing up. So maybe no wings an hr before close.... Not fresh, not good tasting, just a waist of money. read more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered wings online and was given a 30 minute wait time. I showed up when I was told the wings would be ready and they hadn't even started making them. The young white lady at the front said it would be another hour! I asked her what happened and she tried to tell me they just received the order, at this time I then showed her my email confirmation that the store received the order and the email letting me know it would take 30 minutes. I asked her what they could do for my inconvenience and she said nothing. I left and came back in an hour and she swiped my card, so I asked her if she thought it was right that I pay full price for an order that was an hour delayed and she said sorry but nothing I can do. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I took my kids on a Sunday evening to order some food to go, mind you it was only a small 24 pack. They said it would take 30 minutes due to high orders and we were totally OK with that. After waiting for 30 minutes we went back to ask how much longer and they's apologized and said it would be 20 more minutes and we said OK that's fine. We ended up waiting a total of an hour and a half!!! There was a cowboy game that started at 7 o'clock so I guess orders were crazy. These wings are small and hard. The flavor is good but I would not recommend this Wing Stop. The wings taste like they are not fresh and possibly frozen too long in freezer or thawed too quickly. Yucky! I do not plan on returning. read more

I love the sixty-cent boneless deal on mon and tue but at this location you have to buy ten to get the price. Chicken prices are going up everywhere so maybe that's not a super big deal. And my ten boneless wings were tasty as ever. Not impressed though, when I walk in and half the tables are full, so they're not too busy. And the other half are dirty, not like somebody missed a spot, but like trash on every table. And the whole time I was there, over half an hour, nothing changed. I know that take out is the main deal, but if you're going to have tables you need to give them some attention. Most horrible Horrible customer service I've ever had and to top it off it was with the manager of the restaurant or it may just have been the head cashier she was Hispanic with an accent kind of tomboyish I think her name was Julie I may be wrong but I read other complaints about her on Google reviews. I placed my order online at 10:50 am. 10 minutes before they opened but the website made it clear that we could still order, my order was supposed to be ready at 1 o'clock but when I arrived they said that they never received an order for me I gave her my name and as soon as she looked it up in the system I received the confirmation email so I believe its not that they didn't receive it she just forgot to look up the orders that came in before they opened. instead of it being ready at 1 it was not until 1:20 that I got my food and I was on my lunch break I was supposed to be back at work by 1:45. She never apologized she just said that the order would be out shortly she didn't offer anything as a courtesy like most managers would when there is a error in somebody's order. Before I left I asked her for an extra ranch and she wanted to charge me $0.90 for it I told her if it wasn't free then I didn't want it I started to explain to her that they had messed up on my order so I feel as a courtesy she could have just given it to me she cut me off and said that she didn't want to hear what I had to say she kept saying it over and over I don't want to hear you I don't want to listen to you here just take it so she gave me the ranch and I told her that her customer service skills were very poor and she waved her hand in the air telling me to just leave!! I hope Wingstop retrains this so-called manager because it's not a good look for them she acted this way in front of the two employees that were there with her and there were customers eating at the table all quietly watching her act this way I hope the the owner or district manager finds out about this. read more

At this location, the service is always slow and the fries never have any of the typical seasoning. Even if you specifically order extra seasoning, the fries come bland. I've put up with it bc the wings are usually still good across the board at any Wing Stop. However, in the past few months, my order had been messed up at least 4-5 times. Tonight, I called in an order and went over it 3 times and they still managed to mess it up. When I stared at the counter girl and asked if she was serious bc we went over this 3 times on the phone, she didn't offer any apology or try to do anything to help fix the situation. The wings were ok but what really drove the review was the customer service. We ordered on line for pickup. When we got there, they didn't recognize our name and I had to tell them some of the items in the order. They found it. I checked the bag for containers and it looked ok. However I got home and the coleslaw was missing. I had order a combo with 4 regular wings and 4 boneless wing. My husband ordered 8 boneless wings. The sauce wasn't even correct on my husband's wings. How can you mess up an online order? It seems they rewrite the order on scrap paper. We do not plan to go there again. read more

Regular lunch stop for me. I come here because i like Wingstop wings over others out there. Not sure why all the comments about it being dirty. Not like a full service restaurant where a busboy comes as soon as someone leaves. It's on par with other places that are more self service places like Jason's Deli, la Madeleine, and Fuddruckers. During the lunch rush it's going to have a few tables to be cleaned (just like everyone else). It's acceptable to me maybe since they don't have as many tables as other places it looks worse. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! BOOOO! The manager refused to talk to me, so she doesnt care about her customers at all. The owner Ryan really needs to know about whats going on there. I have never left a review on yelp but I feel compelled to warn people about Wingstop on McDermott in Allen. They messed up our order completely, but will not take 5 minutes to refund the order, they are too busy and shorthanded.
