Two ordering kiosks. Waited a bit. Wulf Burger whoever designed your kiosk system made it not user-friendly. First issue- removing ingredients. You click the ingredients you don't want, but it's not clear if they're actually removed. The censorship circles over ingredient photos make no sense and just add confusion. Then after a bit realized there's a slight highlight of the censorship box. Next issue- customization. I removed grilled onions and wanted to add raw onions. The ingredient screen gave no option to add them. After wasting more time, I realized there's a "special request button " at the bottom. Typed in "add raw onions." Verified the order. Meanwhile, the person on the other kiosk was struggling just as much. Then we hit Pay and it immediately asks for a tip. For what? No service, no help, no interaction. That's pure greed.(hire people) We hit no tip. Maybe different if the system actually worked well or got assisted with the kiosk. After that, the screen tells us to go see the cashier??????????? That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Me and my wife walked out. Total waste of time. This is what laziness in society looks like -- no customer interaction, not enough staff, dont help customers unless absolutely have to or forced. Sad. Suggestion - Employees should engage before customers get frustrated. Ask if help is needed early, not after time is already wasted. Time is the most valuable thing we have. We don't have much of it, and I dont want it wasted. read more

We ordered Wulf burgers tonight and had no regrets! I ordered the single smash burger and my for the double. I had regular fries and he ordered sweet potato. The burger had such an excellent flavor to it. It was a great example of a smash burger with crunchy bits of meat hanging off the side. Oh my goodness, it was delicious! On my recent visit while charging my car at the nearby Tesla Supercharger, I discovered that the prices charged were 20-30% higher than what's posted on the in-store menu. When I asked about the discrepancy, the employee told me that the menu "hasn't been updated since last year." That's completely unacceptable and misleading. If you're going to post prices, they should match what you charge customers -- anything else feels dishonest and borders on fraud. I will not be returning. Amir. I won't be a return customer. Yeah the burger was decent for fast food. As to why I won't be an ongoing customer...Nothing to do with this specific location. It's the dynamic in general. This is not a place you really want to hang out to eat. Maybe takeout only. Very sparse, basic uncomfortable benches etc. wife equated it to eating in a gas station. You order from a kiosk. As soon as you want to do anything as simple as leave off lettuce or similar, you end up writing in the special instructions section. It's super tedious. And we paid about $32 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, one soda. So in the end I don't see it as a good value at all. I can spend the same money and go to places like Twisted Root, Rodeo Burger, or similar and have both a much better experience and a better product. Wulf Burger does a body good! I was very happy and impressed with the quality and taste. Now I'm not a big burger fan, but every now and then I crave a good burger. This burger did not disappoint. The onions, the special sauce and grilled taste was scrumptious. It was cooked perfectly and they remembered to take off my lettuce and tomatoes request. I added pickles and it was yummy to my tummy. The fries won me over and I love crinkle cut fries so that was a bonus. My fries were golden, crisp and hot. Everything tasted fresh and looked AMAZING. I love the red box it comes in. Cute packaging and it reminded me of the KFC box with chicken. I tried the red bun and it was super soft. However, I think I will stick to the classic bun. The red was lovely for presentation, but was weird. The inside of Wulf is simple and clean with a few tables inside. You order your food at a machine so it's contactless with the workers. Or they have an app and you can order via that and earn points. Overall I left feeling satisfied and I will return. I don't repeat often, but they won me over! read more

I was hesitant to try Wulf Burger but another yelper's review convinced me. I was not disappointed! I ordered the Wulf special combo with no onions and sweet potato fries. What I received was an incredible burger and prefectly cooked, delicious fries. The burger was juicy, very tasty and set on a beet bun that makes me believe I'm eating healthy. ;-) The service is pretty much non-existent, so be forewarned. Also, if ordering to go, be cautious of the to go box as it will fall apart. I live 5 minutes away and the box was starting to give way. I recently treated my cousin to Wulf Burger. She lives 20 minutes away, and I had to hold my box underneath. Otherwise, my food would've landed on the floor. I will definitely return for a great burger and highly recommend. read more

My son and his friend wanted to eat here, and who am I to turn down the kids. We show up, and it's a strip mall, Burger joint. It's not much to look at, so my expectations lower just a bit. The place is clean, but the tables look like they're plastic and there's not many of them. When you order, you can either walk up to the front register, or order on a very large iPad, like screen. Me, being the nerd, I am, I chose the iPad like screen. There was a line of three people, and each one before me had issues. When I finally had a chance to order, I put my order in and it would not accept my credit card. After signing impressing, numerous button, finally the gentleman behind the counter, came out and took a picture of my order, then put it in at the register. One thing I will say, they need to figure out the e-commerce system, and get it fixed fast! Nobody wants to be frustrated while ordering, and this will eventually hurt the business. The food arrives, I asked for a side of ranch, because that's how I roll. I fill up my drink cup, then sit down and dig in to my fries. The fries were hot and pretty good. The fries to me are a little above average, I'm not into crinkle fries, so I found them a bit underwhelming . Onto the grass fed burger. Upon the first bite, the magic begins. The burger was delicious, thick, and worth every penny, I spent on it. After biting into the burger, I can't recall the rest of the meal or the experience there. The burger was incredible, I noticed after eating, my brother, that my son and his friend didn't even talk, they ate their burgers and loved them as well. My husband thought they were great though, but I suspect it was because he was really hungry. It's pretty pricey and none of them include a drink or fries, which is kind of outrageous. You place your order on a kiosk, and pick-up your food at the counter when they call out your name. The tables were dirty, but I guess they expect you to clean your own table AND give them tips since it's a self service restaurant. We ordered 4 Combo. I got the Wulf Junior combo, no onions with sweet potato fries. I thought it was an okay burger, nothing special. The burger was flavorful and the sweet potato fries were good. My family said theirs were good but nothing special either. They also liked their fries. Overall, it was okay. Price was okay. Only thing is the combo should come with a drink for the price. And the reason I'm giving a 3 star is because, we paid $2 extra for the mac and cheese and we didn't get it. And my son requested sauce on the side and he didn't get any sauce, not even on his burger. I tried to call and it kept going to voicemail. The service here is TERRIBLE! I'm currently sitting inside the restaurant. My order was placed at 1:24pm, it's 2:05pm and I'm still waiting for my order. I've told the people at the counter about my order and they said they're busy but it's coming. I've checked in with them 3 times. I've watched 10 families order, eat and leave. Watched several others pick their food up and leave as well. I won't be coming back. This is ridiculous! The people behind the counter have ZERO consideration and lack compassion. Giving 5 stars because when things go right, the food is excellent. But if you are the manager reading this, you need some quality control measures. The Frisco location is a consistent, delicious, no hassle experience. Can't say the same yet about this location. First time ordering my sweet potato fries were badly burnt. Also, the chicken sandwich was extremely underwhelming, very small chicken tender for the sandwich. Probably will only get burgers from now on. Second time ordering, my burger was slightly overdone, on the drier side, and some of the onions that were smashed into the patty were burnt to the point of being black. It was as if a few onions from the previous burger being made had remained on the grill, were cooked even further, and then smashed into my burger. It made for a few very bitter bites. To be fair, my wife's burger was good and more like the Frisco location quality. Also, the first time I went in person and it took nearly 30 to 45 minutes between placing my order and getting my food. Entirely too long considering there was only 1 other person there waiting for food. Long wait is likely due to poor staffing, only one guy was there trying to do everything. The second time though was much faster since they had 3 guys working. Sadly, if this location doesn't fix these issues soon, they will not be very successful in this area I imagine. read more

First time at Wulf Burger and I was excited!! I have seen multiple ads on FB and TT for decent looking burger on a red bun and it has had me intrigued. The only dine in order method is on a kiosk, which is fine, but there needs to be more than 1 kiosk. Seating is pretty limited to small round tables, but we were able to squeeze 3. My burger was great!! Fresh not frozen patty, everything on the burger was perfect! Sweet potato fries were on point! Fountain drinks were not normal Coke/Pepsi products except for 7up and Dr. Pepper. I have an off brand Mexican Coke and it was delish!! The only thing that made my husband's Burger an 9/10 was he added avocado and he thought it was gonna be a few slices, but they added what felt like a full smashed avocado.
