Everything was excellent except when I order a chicken tender meal and only got the chicken tenders and drink.

Although the wings were fairly good, the service and cleanliness of the Allen, TX location was terrible. The woman taking orders was more interested in sitting on her phone than cleaning it even interacting. When every table in the place was dirty, I went to ask her for a wet rag (she sat in her chair looking perplexed and said "I will have to see if we have something"). She did come out and clean our table (note here that all of the other tables were noticeably dirty). At this time she did notice that the floor was littered with food and trash - she got a broom, swept up 2 pieces of food by our table, looked around, and decided that was good enough. Although we told her we were eating in, she brought us our food in to-go containers and bagged up - not a big deal, but paints the overall experience. One thing to note here, the dirtiness of this location was at 11:30AM and we were the only patrons, so dirty tables, floor, etc. were from night and/or days before. I got the cauliflower wings and would not recommend. They were not evenly tossed in the sauce, and also were pretty soggy and not crunchy. What's more, they were sooo oily, like literally swimming in oil. I understand that most people don't go for the cauli-wings, so if that's you, please disregard this review. I can't speak for the quality of their normal wings, but I definitely would not get the cauliflower ones again. I gave them an extra star though because the people were really nice. read more

After stopping here a couple times during normal business hours only find them closed, we were excited to see that they had reopened and really wanted to like this place. My overall rating is "Meh". We spent almost $75 on wings and fries for three people, a kids meal, and a side of their pretzel knots. While counter staff was friendly, the service was slow.... Bringing out our orders one at a time, about five minutes apart. I'm guessing they can't make more than one meal at a time? They ended up messing up the orders... forgot the cheese for the pretzels, and the blue cheese and ranch dips we paid $1 extra each for. The wing themselves were small, and overcooked.... Kinda like eating chicken jerky. The sauce on my sweet chili wings was flavorful, but my wife's garlic Parmesan wings were overly greasy, didn't taste like they had any garlic, and gave her a tummy ache. But to my surprise I had additional charges on my check for ordering all flats, additional charge for flavouring on fries and charge for one dipping sauce. I was surprised because the order taker didn't tell me upfront when he asked me if I wanted flavouring on fries and if I wanted a dipping sauce. Just so that you know at Wing Stop there are no additional charges for these extras and they have lower meal prices. read more

I will give my experience today 0 stars. I specifically came here to support this location. I've been here several times the foods been good descent customer service before. But not to day. I walked into the restaurant and wasn't greeted by anyone. The cashier was messing with the cashier register and never even looked up to acknowledge my presence. When she took my order she took it incorrectly. The computer system was slow processing my order and she walked off. Another cashier had to come Vance that order and reprocess my order on another register. I told her what I wanted just to make sure it transferred right. She said ok quite mater of factly I get my order and go to the car. I see I don't have fries. I specifically said meal... I spoke to an older lady and asked about the fries and tried to explain I wanted the meal. She has an attitude with me, I'm livid... I'm like the cashier clearly didn't hear my order correctly, then she been rude. So the old lady with the attitude starts to argue me down the girl wasn't rude for not greeting a customer. She continues to be rude, have a bad attitude, act nice nasty, and tells me yeah we know your not happy we just got your bad review. Oh do I guess she's mad about my bad review and is going to be even ruder than the previous reply! My son and I love wings. We have looked forward to trying a new wing place. Wing Snob. We stopped for a late lunch. A lil after 2. We were surprised by the prices of the menu items, as they seemed high for a causal restaurant. But like I always say, good food isn't cheap. So we decided to give it a try. Two 8-piece traditional wing meals with drinks, over $35. They were out of flats, only had drums. Not off to a good start. The wait wasn't too long and we started in. Wings and fries looked good. The wings were crispy outside but kinda dry on the inside. Fries were cooked to perfection, but I'm not there for the fries. Lemon pepper tasted pretty good but the Jamaican Jerk were lack luster at best. I'm not sure what flavor they were, but almost no heat at all and just a sticky wet mess. We didn't get any veggies or coleslaw and dipping sauces are a dollar each. And for the service, not great either. They seemed understaffed but no manager presence at all. read more

A good place that specializes in wings and mostly everything Chicken. We got 10 piece 50/50 wings and 4 sliders. Wings came in two flavors and equally split into Boneless and Bone-in. We selected BBQ Sauce and Sweet Chilly (which is rated at level 2). Selected Buffalo sauce for the Sliders. Let me say that their sauces are a little milder - not very - than what you will experience elsewhere but that is good as the flavors come out better. The size of the wings both bone-in and boneless is good. They are cooked well and are juicy. The chicken in the slider, in my opinion is a bit thick, which makes eating it bit clumsy. I will prefer thinner filet of chicken but that is my personal preference. The restaurant is not large but spacious enough and the service is good. read more

I'm always skeptical at first but these chicken tenders really are FRESH and well above average! The wings & flavors we tried were also good -- Better than other big chains around. The cornbread was yummy too! A little sweet but not TOO sweet and exactly the right fluffiness. Lastly, the fries were not overly greasy, which I appreciated! I think they just opened since their menu boards weren't working, and it took 20 minutes for my combo to come out of the kitchen instead of the 10 I was quoted. There are only 2 tables inside, so this is definitely a take out focused spot. The staff member working the register was friendly and offered some great suggestions and explained the menu when I mentioned I had never been to a Wing Snob before. I did see at least 3 staff members in the open kitchen wearing their face masks on their chins the entire time while I waited for my order, which was a little concerning especially since 2 of the 3 appeared to be management. Not a great look, especially considering how tiny this place is. The menu covers all the basics and some fun options like cauliflower wings, sliders, and some fun cheesecake options. I opted for lemon pepper and mango habenero 10 piece bone in wing combo with fries, veggies or slaw, and a drink. The staff member that took my order was nice enough to keep me posted while I waited and made sure I got my drink cup before I left. They serve Pepsi products, but hey, they at least had the sense to ensure they have Dr Pepper. The wings and fries were packaged nicely, and still crispy, even after a 15 minute drive home. The lemon pepper wings were basic, but not the salt bomb that it can sometimes turn into at other wing places. Mango habenero wings were tasty and flavorful, but definitely not the 3 flame spice level it shows on the menu, I would classify them as a mild wing. I wasn't asked if I wanted veggies or slaw with my order, so I'm not sure if one is supposed to be the default, but I didn't receive either one, oh well. We got 10 wings...the dasher grabbed one bag and the employee saw it and didn't say anything, didn't run out the door and say "hey hold up you got some more bags in that order" The dasher who is suppose to insure all items are on the receipt and they have them in their possession. There were 2 pressing concerns here, one about online order and the other is rudeness of your staff. 1. Online order issue. In your website it says I can order a large corn on the cob but you don't have it actually on your store. You billed me anyway and the staff said they can't do anything about it. There is no refund option on website either. Lost $5 for that. No manager on site to resolve this issue. 2. Staff issue. I can guarantee you that your staff is absolutely one of the rudest I've met. Did not offer any help on my issue. They simply didn't care. Doesn't even look in the eye to speak to me. Directed me to a manager that was not even at the store. They even insulted me on giving away their tip jar to compensate for what I'm missing but mainly to make me look silly. Look it up, these are 2 dudes working today at 1:30pm (August 30th) I'm not even sure if this will be attended to or I'll even get a response. We had wings the first time back in Jan after reading great reviews and absolutely loved them. We bought them again in Feb thinking we would enjoy the yummy chicken drenched in sauces we choose. The flavor was good but the chicken wings and the boneless wings both were chewy and tough. Seems like the chicken had been sitting for a long time and they reheated and smeared sauce on them. Today we wanted to try again and bought their 50/50 and the 10 piece boneless with large fries and sliders. Sauces were great but the chicken itself was again chewy and super dry. Tried this place twice now, carryout both times. Really, really love the wings with Awesome sauce and the garlic fries. Love them enough I'm happy to drive 20 minutes to get to this place. Doesn't look like much whenever you pass it by, but me and my friends were hungry and craving wings. We came to WingSnob with a open mindset. I ordered the 10 piece traditional buffalo lemon pepper and Cajun. I can say both these flavors were disappointing. The Cajun did not have much dry rub seasoning so it tasted like regular wings with no flavor/seasoning. The buffalo lemon pepper was lacking in flavor as well. One of my friends ordered the buffalo Parmesan and said "it was one of the worst wing flavors he had." Keep in mind he was HUNGRY and the staff recommended the flavor to him SMH.
