This place is in a strip mall with several other restaurants on Main St. Fishkill. They are taking personal safety seriously. At the counter there is plastic from the ceiling to the counter and a box like you'd find in a bank where you give them the payment and pick up your order. You can order on-line, the menu is there, or by phone if you know what you want. We ordered from the Lunch menu; roast pork egg foo yung/ fried rice/ and egg drop soup, shrimp in garlic sauce/ fried rice and wonton soup specials. Pro's - generous portions, the fried rice was not drowned in soy sauce, plenty of mixed vegetables (mushrooms, bamboo shoots, baby corn, onions, scallions, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots). The shrimp were larger than expected, they looked like jumbo 's before cooking, the garlic was not overwhelming or spicy. The egg drop soup was velvety with pronounced chicken flavor and just enough egg to balance it out, wontons were meaty and not a lot of thick wonton wrapper. Overall, a good value for the price. My only Con; was the egg fu yung was a little over cooked - for my taste. At least the brown sauce, served Chinese-American style, was in a separate container. I don't usually have the Fortune Cookie, I'm not into sweets nor have found a "Fortune" that made any sense in decades. I loved my "Fortune" today - "When you get something for nothing, you just haven't been billed for it yet." Tried to Check-in from home, but it said I "Was too far away."

Three orders of dumplings were just delivered completely burnt. When I called the restaurant so they could exchange them I was told, "Only three pieces were burnt when we sent them. I'm not sending you new ones." Everyone makes mistakes; however these were delivered and the chef/owner knew they were burnt before even sending them out. As the pics show the entire order was black. How is this okay? When I informed them I was going to take pics and post I was informed, "I don't care." The pics of the dumplings are posted. No exaggeration in this post.

General Tso's, broccoli chicken and home made sweat tea.

We serendipitously stopped here after seeing a late movie and they were open. Initially we had planned on eating at another restaurant that was suppose to be open in the plaza but I guess they closed early. So we decide to try Wing Sing Kitchen and we were pleasantly surprised. The portions are huge (easily 2 meals each out of my wife and I's dinners). Broccoli chicken was fresh and very well cooked. General Tao's was a little over fried but still tasted pretty good. Worth a shot if you've got late nite munchies or just want some great Americanized Chinese food.

BURNTTTTT!!!! Gordon Ramsey would be disappointed!

ALL of my food was burnt! My fries were burnt and soggy. This is the second time in a row that I have gone there. I figured I'd give them another try and I will never go there again. Just gross!

Small, 5 tables, eat-in or take-out. Typical Chinese menu…read morefor around here. Gone are the "one from column A and one from column B places". Definitely not like some of the places in Chinatown NY, but then neither are the prices. Nothing over $19. Most during the $12-$15 range. The portions are relatively large; sufficient to fill you up. It's all made to order. Tried the lunch special: roast pork egg foo with fried rice and an egg roll $12.98 with tax. Two large fluffy egg fu young omelets filled with char sui and vegetables. Not tough overcooked eggs. The brown sauce that comes with it, was on the side. It was smooth, all gloppy like some places serve it. The fried rice was also pretty good. Not loaded down with soy sauce. The egg roll wasn't oily nor greasy, hot - YES. I noticed one of the cooks was hand rolling egg rolls, and putting them on the side. So they're not from Restaurant Depot. Not a bad lunch and later dinner.

Only the fried rice I did not care for.

But recently last night they did not meet the mark. We ordered our food with no issues over the phone. We went and picked up our order and that was a breeze. Once we got home and started opening everything up and enjoying our food, we ended up not really enjoy enjoying it and through quite a bit out. I opted for the sweet-and-sour chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I also got the sautéed string beans and a small vegetable lo mein. My vegetable lo mein was actually pretty good no complaints there. My sweet-and-sour chicken was fine as well. It was a little more doughy than I generally like, but it was fine. The pork fried rice that it comes with was dry absolutely dry. Some of the pieces were even kind of curled up because of how dry it was and or hard. I didn't really eat it. The egg roll it came with was actually not too bad. It had a spice flavoring. Very minimal kind of like cinnamon. I've had it before at other locations where I've had that taste. I don't mind it. The string beans were pretty good and that's where everything else became downhill. My aunt got chicken ciao with Angel hair and she stated that the chicken was like gristle. My uncle got sweet-and-sour shrimp and it was full of the batter. His shrimp fried rice also was not the best. It was as if they fried up some rice and then just added some sautéed shrimp to it. In the end, they threw away just about everything except for the string beans the container of white rice and the leftover lo mein. They kept saying that it's never like this and they wonder if there's a new ownership or anything of that nature that we're not aware of because the quality has definitely gone down. They said multiple times that they're probably gonna just have to find a new Chinese restaurant because this one just isn't hitting the mark now.

Today I took it back with the rice and pancakes, completely full. I brought along 5 recipes for MooShu that all included other ingredients, including mushrooms, shredded carrots, some also had slivers of other vegetables. I said my dish was all cabbage.....was told "It's not my problem." I left it all and walked out for good, you can't reason with that level of customer service. If they had described the dish as nothing but cabbage with some chicken I wouldn't have ordered it. Will never return and that's also "not my problem". (I have ordered MooShu Pork and MooShu Chicken for 40 years. This was the only time it was just cabbage).

Disappointed that ran out of hot oil for the day though. Steamed shrimp dumplings were very good, plenty of diced shrimp, very minimal amount of veggies and skins were perfectly cooked and not gummy in texture. The dipping sauce though was really good, rather than a just a tangy vinegar soy sauce dip, they added their own flair with a lot ginger for a more tangy taste,at least they live up to there name, ginger here. Thai special fried rice was mixed, decent amount of shrimp and chicken, the usual green peas and carrots, pineapple was interesting choice as well as green beans. Rice was well seasoned and bounced back forth from savory to sweet in taste. Rice was good, but if had hot oil could been better.
