Disappointed that ran out of hot oil for the day though. Steamed shrimp dumplings were very good, plenty of diced shrimp, very minimal amount of veggies and skins were perfectly cooked and not gummy in texture. The dipping sauce though was really good, rather than a just a tangy vinegar soy sauce dip, they added their own flair with a lot ginger for a more tangy taste,at least they live up to there name, ginger here. Thai special fried rice was mixed, decent amount of shrimp and chicken, the usual green peas and carrots, pineapple was interesting choice as well as green beans. Rice was well seasoned and bounced back forth from savory to sweet in taste. Rice was good, but if had hot oil could been better.

Definitely not like some of the places in Chinatown NY, but then neither are the prices. Nothing over $19. Most during the $12-$15 range. The portions are relatively large; sufficient to fill you up. It's all made to order. Tried the lunch special: roast pork egg foo with fried rice and an egg roll $12.98 with tax. Two large fluffy egg fu young omelets filled with char sui and vegetables. Not tough overcooked eggs. The brown sauce that comes with it, was on the side. It was smooth, all gloppy like some places serve it. The fried rice was also pretty good. Not loaded down with soy sauce. The egg roll wasn't oily nor greasy, hot - YES. I noticed one of the cooks was hand rolling egg rolls, and putting them on the side. So they're not from Restaurant Depot. Not a bad lunch and later dinner.

The food, well i was very surprised this was first place i had the BBQ beef that had a different BBQ sauce then other places using the same sauce as the pork for the beef. The beef was very tender and moist, just right. Crab sticks were fried just right, plenty of meat and not shrunken due to frying, plus love the crunchy breading, and nice them to include a cup of tartar sauce with it. Rice was alright, same anywhere you order. shrimp and broccoli were great, shrimp was cooked just right and not rubbery, broccoli was still tender to bite and not soggy.

Our favorites include: General Tso's- large portion, cooked perfect, and I always ask for it extra spicy. Spare Ribs- very meaty, and the sauce is delicious. I also enjoy the boneless ribs, but prefer the meat on the bone. I believe there are 5 pcs in the small serving. Cold Sesame Noodles- just yummy. Peanut Butter sauce, crunchie things going on...Room Temperature is the way to go with these. Wontons with Garlic Sauce- they give you ALOT, the wontons are decent sized and the sauce is tangy but not really spicy, and wonderful. Egg Roll- they are big and packed, and I usually order extra. That's how good they are! Cashew Chicken- love it. Tons of cashews on top. Again, I ask for this extra spicy. The sauce is delish, and I often mop up my egg roll in it. Big pieces of chicken, celery, carrot, baby corn. man, I wish I had some right now!! Kung Pao Chicken- spicy, lots of bell peppers and peanuts. Flavorful sauce. Other items I have ordered and enjoyed: Sweet and Sour Pork, Moo-Shoo Pork, Crab Rangoons, teriyaki chicken.
