Same owner as the Palace Dumplings in Wappingers Falls, this place has the same menu and quality. I love the sauce choices they have available on each table. I came here by myself after shopping. The dumplings are delicious and come out fast. My waiter was very polite and quick, it was a great experience. Just a side note, for sanitation, they now have chopstick extensions for single use. You may notice the plastic chopsticks are shorter than usual, that's because they are missing the tips. Don't use the plastic chopsticks as they are, you will find a pair of short wooden sticks in the paper wrapper, these are for the ends of the chopsticks. We were so looking forward to this restaurant' working out. Simple interior design so far so good. However that's where the good ends. The dumplings were filled with water which took away from their quality. Ivy and dumplings in the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and even up here in Hyde Park and never had a dumpling that had water inside of it. I understand they probably need to boil them. However, they need to be completely closed because it was not an enjoyable experience. In addition, the chili oil on the table was not cleaned. It seems like forever and the place is relatively new.
