Pretty speedy and though service. The shrimp and broccoli was delicious, shrimp was very large and not overcooked and broccoli was firm to the bite. Sauce was pretty good and glad there was enough of it to bathe the shrimp and broccoli. The wontons in hot oil, first it was garlic sauce not hot oil, not that garlic sauce was bad. Food was very tasty. Order was accurate too. Sad you need to put that in a review but so often I find that's not the case. Called in the order and was ready on arrival. The Dim Sum was delicious. I've been here before the pandemic and also during, and I have to say, these guys have safety and well-being down pat. Their food is great and the price is even better, and the service is always amazing. They have a setup right now where you can stand outside the restaurant, call in your order, and have it done relatively quickly. It prevents a mob of people and they usually suggest only one person going in at a time. There's a bunch of sanitizer and they do everything they can to keep it clean. A+, worth the drive. read more

I went here 25 years ago and thought it was dreadful so I've been going to other Chinese places ever since. Never thought of going back , but lately the other places I've been going to have started to really slide downhill with taste and service. So I looked at reviews and saw the high ratings and thought, gee, don't be an idiot and hold a grudge from 25 years ago. So I tried it and this place is fantastic. From the egg rolls to the boneless spare ribs to the beef with garlic sauce. Everything was tasty and well prepared. Glad I went back, now this will be my go to place. Lived in Poughkeepsie for 9 years now. We don't eat Chinese food too often but when we do this is the only place I go. Tried some others here and there but didn't like them. Definitely a takeout place. I don't eat meat, but we enjoy the spring rolls, vegetable lo mein, General Tso tofu. Also I find it hard to get a good cold sesame noodles dish and I like theirs a lot.. Hands down, the best Chinese food in the area. We've tried every Chinese food in a 5 mile radius, nothing compares. My go to meals are boneless sparerib combo, or any chicken dish, (i always order all white meat). Only negative is that they are closed on Sunday's. read more
