Gen'l Tso chicken with lo mein

It's in a good court. I been wanting Lo Mein for a while. Today I took the opportunity to get it I also ordered Grneral Tso chicken. The meat was tender I also got the cabbage and broccoli. It was made for me not Al dente or mushy. But just the way I like it

Today I felt like eating Chinese food. If you live near the Poughkeepsie Galleria, you should visit China Max. China Max is a small Chinese restaurant in the food court of the Poughkeepsie Galleria. I ordered vegetable fried rice, lo-mein noodles, and sesame chicken. It had been a while since I had Chinese food and when I had my first bite, it was good. The chicken had a good crunch to it. The rice was hot and really tasty, so were the noodles. I recommend China Max to anyone who likes Chinese food.

This food was so good. Portions were large and food was fresh. We had it delivered but the Dasher said "the place was hoppin"".

SERVICE: College age servers do a nice job- My server, August, is friendly, attentive , and knowledgeable about the menu. He stated that my Allium allergy was not a problem. The food came out at a good pace and was very fresh. FOOD: The menu is a bit more extensive than the original location in Wappingers Falls, but I recognize most of the tried and true favorites: My order: Jasmine tea, SOUP DUMPLINGS: the same excellent flavor as the regular dumplings with very little soup inside. They are delicious but pricewise, I recommend opting in for the one dozen pork dumplings at 10:99 - a better value and the same flavor. Beef and carrot pan fried: Scrumptious!! One of my favorites. Shrimp and pork steamed $13.99 sweet, jut-right shrimp coddled in sweet sausage. Delicate and delicious! TO-Go for my daughter: MALA TANG- Shrimp, Quail eggs, vegetables $17.99 I'm hoping that they packed it well for travel Nice meal, Chef!‍ CONGRATULATIONS on your new location!

They answered the phone , "Yes we are open to 10pm" so we make a bee line to Yeungs Kitchen. This place was packed with people picking up orders and more coming in as we waited for our food. Super busy spot off Dutchess Turnpike just past Adams. We ordered Fried Dumplings, Shrimp Toast, boneless spare ribs, General Tso with veggie lomein and Sweet Sour chicken. So far hands down best Chinese food since moving to Dutchess County. It's a bit of a drive from Hyde Park and we pass 3 other Chinese restaurants but I honestly think the food was amazing and not greasy. I will Definitely try them again and hope to make this my go to Chinese take out place. PS they are open Christmas and New Years.

Nice change of pace to find a place that good to customers and starts the food fast. I barely waited 5 minutes and my order was ready, as like wow less than usual 10-15 minutes standard. Plus thanked for my order as well. So for the food, shrimp were cooked perfectly same with broccoli and bathed in plenty of sauce, so glad they were not cheap with it, skewers were tender and flavorful. Even though it took a shorter than usual time to it, there was no loss in quality. I did notice this first place I found not to offer a soup with lunch specials, was bummed about that, but on the flip side their lunch specials were cheaper overall price point.
