When I did, she barely looked at it, had an attitude as if I did something wrong, and never once apologized for the situation. To make matters worse, I wasn't even refunded the full amount. I had been a regular customer up until this point, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. This situation could have been handled much differently with a simple apology and some professionalism instead of rudeness and inconsideration. Lacks flavor, especially the dumplings and very overpriced. They also do not have baby corn which we love in our Chinese food. I'll try another place. read more

Lunch specials always a good buy and the entree is always a reasonable portion with a choice of an egg roll, soup or soda. Service always friendly and even a few tables if you wish to dine in. Highly recommended for delicious and fresh Chinese food. read more

I ordered a chicken and broccoli in light garlic sauce with white rice on the side when I was in town on a Friday noIt was "alright", it wasn't really that good. The chicken wasn't that firm, rather very soft and lacked flavor. The broccoli and garlic sauce was alright, with the garlic sauce being very thick and not exactly "light" as requested. It came with a very small rice. All in all, I'll stick to Green Garden off of N. Plank, which has the best Chinese in the area IMO. This was definitely a miss. I only finished it because I didn't want to waste my money. read more

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I only have one problem with this place. If you order and pay online, you have to pay $1.50. Consider moving your online order site to https://restaurant888.com I ordered Chinese food from a restaurant near where I work in New Jersey. They're site uses restaurant888.com and there was no charge to me for using it. It's convenient ordering and paying before you pick up your order. tried here after food shopping, the kids at the counter too my order quickly but seemed distracted with delivery orders and call ins and felt like my order was going to get messed up. so I ordered BBQ pork spare rib tips (char sui) with pork fried rice. so I waited a while and someone from the kitchen asked me have gotten my order and what was it and she said a few more minutes for it, the kids at the counter should followed up not the kitchen staff. so after the wait I got my food and left, the pork tips were moist and I like how this place bathes them in sauce rather then just cooking them and leaving them dry, the rice was pretty good, hot and fresh. overall the food was good, but I think the service itself could be better. read more

The lady who takes the orders always gets it correct. Food is always hot. Unfortunately, so is the restaurant itself. Ceiling fans are spinning but there is never any air conditioning on. My wife loves the sesame tofu. Most Chinese places don't offer vegetarians tofu, so that's why we eat here. Egg rolls are a little too greasy, but food is overall good. read more

There place always looks dirty, they have kids running the cash register , there food is a hit and miss. But what really gets me is they charge you a $1 for delivery and tax you on it!!! Like who does that.. this is the only place around that charges for delivery.. read more

They don't deserve any stars. Placed order for delivery at 6:41 and was told without question they would be here 45-50 mins. Confirmed with 2nd gentleman that spoke English. This is hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had. No headache after which is really my number one criteria. My mother is usually dragging me to Chinese and now I'm dragging her. The vegetable lo mein is excellent. No huge unidentifiable white things, just baby corn, carrots, broccoli, etc. The sesame chicken doesn't leave you wondering what parts your eating just whole white or dark meat pieces. It's my new favorite place to take my kids once a week after karate. It looks like every other Chinese food place but the quality is much better than I'm used to getting. read more
