My dad and I used to frequent this restaurant a lot when I was a kid. Now I'm an adult and it's still my favorite Chinese takeout spot. The food is always good and calling in is easy. I always get the sesame chicken combo plate and would highly recommend it. Their pork fried rice is to die for. They've also really upgraded the inside!! read more

so I am came by here to grab a dinner for home, I ordered the chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce and a side of apple sticks. I saw the people immediately make my food and I could watch them cooking where I was sitting, enjoyed the show. my food came out piping hot and fresh that much I say. chicken was tender and moist. broccoli was cut neatly and not wilted. I found that maybe their bit too much sauce since it dipped from the side. the garlic sauce was good and even more flavorful after I added the hot oil. the apple sticks which I would have called apple tots even their shape were sweet, like little apple pie in a tater tot form. what would made them even better if they rolled in cinnamon sugar on the outer shell. overall decent food and freshly made. read more

The son is playing video games every time I go there, cussing and yelling up a storm. So unprofessional!! If I could give China One a zero I would. We are new to the area and thought that rather than cook after unpacking moving boxes all day, we would get delivery. China One didn't have the best reviews but they were alright, so we tried. After an hour and a half wait we checked our order and was told it was out for delivery. After two and a half hours we called again and were told they were really busy and that it was out for delivery...After three hours of waiting we made our own dinner and stopped waiting. They never came and never called to let us know. I would absolutely never try these guys again and I would suggest, unless you enjoy being hangry, not ordering from this truly disappointing restaurant. read more

The food here is very good, however as of late they do not seem to be open, when you call the phone number you will hear a message stating that the gas was turned off, due to a gas leak. The message than goes on to say that the restaurant should be open later on that day. This message has been playing for at least two weeks at this point. Hopefully they open back up soon. read more

As I see everyone else has the same problem as I did with the two and half hour wait for delivery. I called to ask where my food was and was told that it was out on the way and then the man hung up on me and then I had my father call again after twenty minutes and he was mad because I ordered the food at 5:16 and it didn't show up until 7:02. I ordered on Grubhub and when I complained the restaurant decided to give me a 20% refund. I didn't get my sodas like I ordered, the food was cold and very bland. Absolutely awful. My fiance and I ordered at 730pm after calling almost two dozen times. The phone would ring until I was disconnected. At just about 9pm a car pulled up, I go outside and meet the driver who seemed oblivious to the world. I asked him if he had any idea why no one was answering the phone. He asked when I tried calling, I told him for the last 45min. He looked in the distance and responded with "Oh really? Well we are kind of busy. They have 3 lines so I don't know why." Crab rangoon had a sour taste, dumplings were soggy and had barely any filling. Roast pork was dry and "jagged" boneless spare ribs were beyond gross and the eggrolls were even worse. The only thing that met any standard was the white rice and the free bottle of coke, which after $40 was a 20oz soda. Never again. Please save your time and money. read more

Everything used to be fresh and fast, but the last time I was in there they had me waiting over 25 minutes just for bubble tea. And now it doesn't even taste like their food is fresh anymore. They slacked off so much that they totally stop serving bubble tea because it was a hassle for them to make. They always mess up my orders. It's a shame because I spent lots of money there and when I buy food from them we order like $60 an order and I always give the delivery guy a good tip. This time was too much. They didn't send the apple sticks. Ok fine. It's a small thing but we paid for it. I called them to tell them they forgot it and the woman was very nasty to me. She LIED to me and told me that she did send it like I wouldn't know! Who is she kidding?? Who does she think she's tricking?? Like I wouldn't know what I ate! Then I spoke to the manager and he said I should have called back the same night. The menu they sent says they close at 11 on week days I didn't realize they close at 12 on Fridays. They claim they don't have to send the apple sticks because I didn't call the same day but it was past 11 and I thought they were closed. Mind you, never this whole time did I even ask them to resend the apple sticks. They just immediately went in to this thing about how they don't need to correct anything in the order. I'm fed up with getting attitude from people I'm giving money to. It's depressing. Call Yummy Taco instead. I recommend them. It's Mexican food and Japanese food on the same menu. When they messed up my order A WEEK LATER when I called, they remembered they messed it up and sent an EXTRA soup for free with my order. THAT is how you treat your customers! I was a big fan of this place, however, the delivery often takes forever and the phone manner of the person taking your order is awful. Today was my last day ordering from there. I called to complain that I had order the Shrimp and Broccoli Combination special and the shrimp to broccoli ratio was insulting ( 5 shrimp to the entire farm of broccoli). When I asked to speak to the manager, the person on the phone ( whom sounded young) stated that the manager wasn't. I then explained why I was calling. I kid you not, the phone went silent for like 6 minutes, like she was standing there with her mouth open or something. She then proceeded to tell me that was standard that 5 little itty bitty shrimp come in a $10.00 Combination platter. What kinda idiot does she take me for. I reinformed her ( as she should already know because im sure they keep a computer system) that I order from them alot, especially around luncy ( which I never got my free lunch special ) and that this was the last time I would be ordering from them, before I could get another word out she hung up on me. Very rude indeed, not the first time I had to speak with this "child" on the phone.
