Service here was quick and they pretty friendly, no rush or anything. So for the food, sliced roast pork was delicious, very tender and only lightly bathed in sauce, plus very thick cut slices. Fantail shrimp was usually over battered affair with microscopic shrimp piece in middle, it's alright. House beef dumplings, man I was hoping hard on them since usually it's pork filling and was hoping beef filling would be better. The filling had this very grainy and milling texture to it, that was so off putting. We finally found a good Chinese spot !! We ordered chicken with broccoli with garlic sauce and fried rice, and a beef with broccoli with garlic sauce. The fried rice itself was delicious and the flavor was exactly what we expected a nice brown sauce with some spice! The eggrolls were good too! Food tasted just as good as if it was in queens! Service was good too the lady at the front counter was friendly and nice which is not often found at the other Chinese takeout locations. read more

This place is in a strip mall with several other restaurants on Main St. Fishkill. They are taking personal safety seriously. At the counter there is plastic from the ceiling to the counter and a box like you'd find in a bank where you give them the payment and pick up your order. You can order on-line, the menu is there, or by phone if you know what you want. We ordered from the Lunch menu; roast pork egg foo yung/ fried rice/ and egg drop soup, shrimp in garlic sauce/ fried rice and wonton soup specials. Pro's - generous portions, the fried rice was not drowned in soy sauce, plenty of mixed vegetables (mushrooms, bamboo shoots, baby corn, onions, scallions, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots). The shrimp were larger than expected, they looked like jumbo 's before cooking, the garlic was not overwhelming or spicy. The egg drop soup was velvety with pronounced chicken flavor and just enough egg to balance it out, wontons were meaty and not a lot of thick wonton wrapper. Overall, a good value for the price. My only Con; was the egg fu yung was a little over cooked - for my taste. At least the brown sauce, served Chinese-American style, was in a separate container. I don't usually have the Fortune Cookie, I'm not into sweets nor have found a "Fortune" that made any sense in decades. We had takeout for the first time ever from Wing Sing after trying to order from the other Chinese restaurant in the Village that was closed that night. We were very pleasantly surprised. We have since ordered from the other place but we prefer Wing Sing and we will be back. Wife had beef and broccoli and said it was the best she she has had in years and the beef was super tender and flavorful. I tried the mu shoo chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was tasty and perfectly cooked. We had fried rice and we agreed it was the best fried rice we have tasted in a very long time. So full of flavor. I also had the shrimp toast, it was a bit overcooked but still delicious. The only disappointment was the hot and sour soup, fresh taste but had very little flavor. It was a light broth and I prefer a dark brown broth with heavy flavors. Overall would rate our meal 4-5 stars. We have clearly found our go to place for Chinese take out in the Village of Fishkill. read more

We serendipitously stopped here after seeing a late movie and they were open. Initially we had planned on eating at another restaurant that was suppose to be open in the plaza but I guess they closed early. So we decide to try Wing Sing Kitchen and we were pleasantly surprised. The portions are huge (easily 2 meals each out of my wife and I's dinners). Broccoli chicken was fresh and very well cooked. General Tao's was a little over fried but still tasted pretty good. Worth a shot if you've got late nite munchies or just want some great Americanized Chinese food. read more

I don't review every place I dine, but I have to say, this is some of the best Chinese food I've had since moving to Dutchess a year and a half ago...and there are a LOT of restaurants! Granted, they are more expensive than others, and they charged us a $3 delivery fee as well as asking us "how much do you want to leave for the driver" when we paid by credit card. We always, ALWAYS tip the driver, but to be asked was a little rude. Took quite some time to arrive, but it was hot and honest-to-God the best Chinese food I've had in...I don't even know how long. The order was correct, the chicken is actual pieces of chicken breast, the beef was tender and nice sized pieces. Eggrolls are small, but tasty. Not greasy and tons of flavor. The beef lo mein was outstanding! My boyfriend doesn't typically enjoy Chinese food, and he loved his chicken dish. Since we don't order delivery too often, I don't mind spending the few extra dollars to get a meal that I enjoyed throughly. I have no issues with blood pressure, however , feeling effects of sodium. Couldn't finish meal it was that awful. After 6 months of living in Fishkill, I've tried several places to be my go-to Chinese take-out. Wing Sing seems to be the best in the area, so they get that title. Food is good, not too greasy, nice sized portions, adequate prices kitchen looks pretty clean. It gets a little busy (as expected) during the 6-8 o'clock hours, but I've walked in and ordered and the longest I've waited was 15 minutes, so that's not too bad. This place has saved me many evenings after a long commute home and there's nothing in the house to eat. I get off my train in Beacon, give Wing Sing a holla, and by the time I get there my order is ready to go. I always order the Sesame Chicken combo although sometimes they give almost too much chicken and not enough fried rice. I can look past it since it is probably the best place to get Chinese take-out in the Fishkill area. I wish their eggrolls would be a little more crispy and less doughy. The seasame chicken is perfectly fried and sauced. That garlic chicken is so flavorful and strong. The best part was the Singapore noodles "mei fun". Usually most places throw in two shrimp and call it a day. But my noodles were crowded with shrimp! Also I've never seen such a deep yellow curry color in any mei fun I've had.
