We ordered food from the food truck and got the chicken Caesar wrap, Smashburger (although I'd honestly just call it a burger because the patty was HUGE!), and pork rinds with pimento cheese. Everything was pretty basic, but you can only expect so much from food truck food. The pork rinds were extremely hard--I couldn't even break some of them with my hands--but the pimento cheese was really good. For drinks, I got the strawberry and cream sour, and my boyfriend got the Orange Crush. Both were really good! Since it was such a sunny day, though, they did get warm pretty quickly. The BBQ sauce was good, but honestly, I've had better. 2. The chicken was pronounced good. The baked beans were good, and the fries were not my favorite, but still good. Overall, this is a great food truck BBQ experience. I mean what is not to love, a BBQ pit on wheels that rolls into your neighborhood?
