The brewery also allows outside food, so you can bring along whatever you prefer. They also allow dogs in the outdoor seating areas. I've always had quick service at the patio bar. Inside bar service can be a bit more hit or miss in my experience. This is a regular spot for me, and will continue to visit. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, the staff is friendly, and the business feels welcoming and inclusive.

Both bars are a brief walk from the main seating area. They also have a back patio which seats about 20-30 folks; plenty of space to enjoy the weather while staying out of the elements. The drinks themselves were great; I had the IPA and the cider. I'd be more than happy to get both of them again. My whole group enjoyed the brews that they ordered. There is a semi-permanent food stand on the property that offered a number of sandwich and appetizer options. The food was just okay in my opinion (I had the chicken shawarma) but it was nice to have a convenient food option nearby. They allow you to bring in outdoor food, so feel free to plan ahead and bring your own bites. I highly recommend checking this place out - great for small groups, families, pets, and larger gatherings. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. I took a picture of my receipt since it was a business lunch. I later found the server had added $5 to her tip, according to the credit card report. When I called to get it reversed, the manager tried to defend her and explain math that didn't work as an accident and then that the receipt she could see looked like there were more digits on my tip, which would have been $10 extra and not five. Eventually she reversed just the tip to zero. Cannot recommend this restaurant anymore based on server behavior and management response.

The salmons ones were quite tasty as well but the shrimp beat it out. The steak bites and eggs is also a solid dish. Super tender and flavorful and perfect if you have a big appetite or wish to finish later. The presentation of the food was very nice. I was upset we weren't informed - really I don't know if it was done on purpose. When I asked the bartender why we weren't given the happy hour menu, he just said he forgot. ​I ordered the Cajun pasta and didn't care for it, though my wife ordered the pork chop and enjoyed it. Another bartender eventually took over and did a great job trying to ease our frustration. ​Arriving at 6:30 PM on a Friday to a completely dead restaurant should have been our first red flag. Me and my crew grew up on Essence so Saturday we converged. The forecast for severe afternoon t-storms almost made me stay home, but I've been given a lot of flack from my homies for bailing because of weather so I was determined to push through :) I'm glad that I did. It rained STRONG for about an hour in the middle of the festival, but after that, the headliner performed and cranked like it was 1990! Talk about nostalgia.. Omg!! We had a ball! Full disclosure, it was about half the normal size crowd, so I'm not sure Linganore will take that type of money loss in the future, but thanks for the memories.. I definitely needed that!!!

You could tell a lot of planning went into making the experience smooth and enjoyable for guests. The music, food, and overall atmosphere made it easy to forget about the weather completely. This was my second time here, and it definitely will not be my last. I'll 100% be returning.

Today, my buddy and I stopped in for lunch while out on a motorcycle ride, and the service was fantastic. We both ended up ordering the Steakhouse Wedge salad, and it blew us away. The tri-tip was cooked spot-on, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. This is hands down the best wedge salad I have ever had. I already can't wait to go back and get it again!

This was a long hike, and we were all worn out. The organizer of the Meetup said let's go to BJ's in Frederick on the way back to Montgomery County (where his Meetup group was based). I was looking forward to getting the pizza I enjoyed at BJ's Tysons 5 years earlier. Service was decent as I recall, but the pizza was smaller than I remembered and didn't taste as good. It wasn't bad, but it was kind of small for the price; so overall I was kind of disappointed. It was also a bit dark inside the restaurant, which I like getting a nice view of my food. This Meetup group did a variety of activities but often walks & hikes. It was an introvert Meetup. I'm more of an ambivert meaning I'm sometimes extrovert but other times can be an introvert. My friend is a total extrovert and was loud & boisterous at lunch. I don't think the organizer of the Meetup took too kindly to her. Then, that friend became a girlfriend, and I took her to another of his Meetup for games in August 2019 for games in the park. Organizer seemed disappointed in me (even though I wasn't particularly close with him) when I introduced her as my girlfriend as he remembered her from hike & BJ's. It was kind of an ongoing joke with us how he didn't like her. Maybe one of these days, I'll go back to BJ's; there's a location close to me in Laurel, but I'd get something other than the pizza.
