How does my fave brewery in the area get even better? Saints row now has wine options to go with the amazing beer! The vibes at this spot are always the best. The bartenders are super friendly and they have delicious beer options that rotate every month. And now they have white wine and red wine cans from old Westminster! Can't recommend enough!

A big shout-out to a great (hidden gem) brewery in Olde Towne Gaithersburg. TONY, the owner/Brewmaster is incredibly friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable about his great beers. Great beer, great atmosphere and great people!

My family had a fantastic time at Saint Rows Brewing this weekend! It was our first time visiting Saint Rows since they left Rockville. We loved their creative beer flavors and we were happy to see that their menu still featured unexpected flavor combinations. My husband enjoyed their IPA and imperial stout. I loved my shandy which is half beer and half lemonade. You can pick any beer, and the employee recommended the peach Bellini. The peach Bellini beer on its own is fantastic as it is sweet yet not as sweet as a cider. When paired with the lemonade it was such a treat on a hot summer day. I loved the aesthetic inside of Saint Rows. Their old location got loud quickly and at this new location it was easy to talk to my husband and the environment was not too overwhelming for my 6 month old. Additionally they are dog friendly inside and outside. My dog enjoyed meeting the dogs present at the dog adoption event they were hosting as well as dogs brought by owners. I love that this location is very close to a large parking garage. Parking is completely free and only 0.1 miles away from the brewery. My family has a great time visiting Saint Rows. While it is a bit of a drive for us, the parking couldn't be easier, the beer was fantastic, and the environment was so family friendly! We will certainly be back to try more of their rotating beer menu.

Pretty nice local spot to just hang out with friends and drink beer. Love the atmosphere. It's located in old town Gaithersburg and there's a parking garage across the street. Plenty of parking. They allow outside food and that's awesome! This is basically a great combination of factors. The downside I would say is that it gets busy and it's hard to find seating. It was quite tough on Friday night. I saw some people walk in and out because of the limited seating. So it is a small place and not enough seats for how popular this place can get. Once the spring rolls around and the door opens, it would be much better.

Witches Brew was AMAZING, and paired well with the pizza truck that was outside! Service continues to be friendly and inviting, and the cool weather makes the experience all the better!

Today a food truck wasn't on site but that was fine. The service was great as always. Very chill vibe. My dog and I just sat outside enjoying the fresh air. I ordered a beer flight with numbers 3, 4,8 and 11. I enjoyed all of them except number 3 which was an IPA. Overall, very good experience as always.

First time coming to a local brewery in Gaithersburg, MD. Usually for breweries you would think of going to Frederick or just anywhere outside of Gaithersburg. I ended up coming here on a Tuesday afternoon for drinks and I accidentally ended up coming on Trivia Night, which was super funny but it was actually a lot of fun. They do this every Tuesday at 6PM. It is a nice place, friendly staff as well. There are about 15 different beers on tap, the flight I got was priced just right at $13. I would recommend this place if you're trying to go to a brewery that is local, but be careful though as it is right next to a police station... so you know what I mean.

I was in the area and met up my friend here. You can easily miss this spot as it looks like a small garage. The lot is small but there's a lot of additional parking in the back. The ambiance is simple but nice. They have outdoor and indoor seating. We went on on a late Saturday afternoon and there was a couple of groups. Service was friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions and let you sample some of the beers. They do not offer food, but they do have food trucks come by. We got a couple of beers and enjoyed the afternoon. The beers were pretty good and the prices were actually pretty decent. If you are in the area it is a worth checking out.

Grew up in G'burg and came to visit some family. Stopped by and was shocked - a brewery in old down Gaithersburg! Place is spacious, stocked with a variety of brews, great service and overall a great time. Definitely come!

Hidden gem and tiny brewery in northern Rockville. These guys definitely know what they are doing with their beer. Plenty of styles, clean flavors. Recommend the dunkelweiss and juicy IPA. Plan to comeback when their barrel aged stout is released. I've been to lots of breweries in the NoVa/DC/MD area. Most of them produce drinkable beer not much better than the stuff in a grocery store. Saints Row is way above the mediocrity of most lock breweries. Do yourself a favor and skipsome of the winery/distillery/brewery larger places...and find this place. I have a feeling they won't stay this small forever.

Saints Row is a top-tier brewery, offering a variety of beers each as drinkable as the last. My wife and I stopped in on a quiet weekend afternoon and shared two flights, 8 beers. We sampled brown ales, stout, a sour pale ale, barleywine, a farmhouse, and a saison to name a few. Each one was something I'd order again upon returning. It's not often I find a brewery where everything I try to be an excellent example of its style, but Saints Row clearly knows its brewing.

Fantastic local brewery with great people. This is a smaller spot, but still plenty of room to bring a group and no food offered (besides when food trucks are scheduled) but you can bring whatever you'd like with you or get something delivered. They have a weekly lineup of activities (trivia, ticketed classes, etc) and food trucks. Love their brewed in gburg pint glasses! The same owners have opened up an adjacent coffee roaster - can't wait for them to open up the coffee shop portion.

Ask the Community - Saints Row Brewing

Does Saints Row have any non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes they do! Canned coke and a few other sodas are available alongside a water cooler.

Would this be a good place for a work-group type social event (with children in tow)? Thinking about a weekend day event and not traditional happy hour timing. We'd have a group of about 20 people and the ability to bring in outside food is great.

Saints Row accommodates closed private events, as well as public access hours with reserved tables available.… Read more

Um did this place move? The location on Taft is empty?

Yes they moved. They just had their opening event yesterday at 15 Fulks Corner in Gaithersburg.

    Is this place pet friendly?

Yes. Well-behaved dogs are allowed anytime.

Do they have outdoor seating available?

Yes. A few (5 or 6) tables and when weather is nice, they open the doors so all tables are essentially outside.

Is there handicapped parking? Is there wheelchair access?

Yes there is handicap parking in front.

Jay and Sandy are really great and provide excellent customer service. My favorite beer is Moonscribe, but even when they're out, I always find something else to enjoy. They have plenty of options to cater to most beer drinkers and alternate quite often. The vibe is chill, and they have events often. Expectations were high, after my sister's go to craft brewery closed down and her husband took to Stone Silo immediately, signing up to be a club member. The building itself did have a stone silo on property that opened up to fields. There was a rustic, farm type feel walking in the front door. Welcomed by stone and dark colored woods, the facility was quite large and clean with ample seating. A glance outside there were fire pits and chairs to sit set, along with an 'adult only' section if you don't like your craft with a crying 2 year old. I sampled a few beer including the IPA, which was a bit underwhelming, but expected since the West Coast is known for quality IPAs. I settled on the Japanese rice lager, 'Nojo with Yuzu.' What a mistake! Not something I could get behind and I like yuzu too. Just too tart for a lager and not what I was looking for in my light beer selection. Second round I tried their Czech style dark lager, Clever Crow. Not sure what about this was supposed to be lager, it really felt more porter-ish to me, did not drink light and just not what I was looking for in a dark lager. The grounds and staff were great, it was a fun place to hang with family, but maybe I just made two poor beer decisions. Expected a bit more from the taps but would be willing to go back and give Stone Silo a second chance, as I know my bro-in-law will want to go back since it's close to the house

The beer itself is quite good, and the bathrooms are clean. No complaints there. The issue is atmosphere, or the lack of it. Service was efficient and accurate, but the bartenders ranged from detached to noticeably unfriendly, which doesn't exactly set the mood. There was a live band the night I visited, and they were good. They were clearly trying to get something going, but it just didn't take. Part of that may be the crowd, which I realize a brewery can't fully control. But it's a strange fit for the location. Seven Locks sits in an industrial park in a more modest part of Rockville, and the clientele skews heavily toward families who've come with kids, tablets, and dogs, and who aren't particularly interested in talking to anyone they didn't arrive with. There's nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't make for a lively bar experience. The result is a place that has the ingredients for something great but feels oddly joyless in practice. I'll probably try it again hoping something clicks, but right now it's a hard place to love.

I'm going to be honest.. this was not really a place that I think is appropriate for a show, a drag show at that. Lots of kicking, spinning, vogueing - and it was distracting to getting my drink down. I wish the space was more opened for the event. Additionally, the parking wasn't the best either. We parked on the street, about 0.2 miles away and were pleased to see there wasn't a charge posted on the meter. Almost an hour into the bingo show, my friend and I were hungry, and did not want the bags of chips floating around 7 Locks. So we left without finishing the game and went to go settle those hunger sounds. Overall, I don't think I would return to 7 Locks. There were a few missed moments and to top it all off, the crowd wasn't the most inviting either, as I asked a gentleman at a single table by himself, if the seats were taken (as my party of 2 stood for the first hour), and his response was that he would "let me know" once he finishes his pizza. Just - kinda rude in my opinion too.

Both were outstanding. The property itself is one of the biggest draws. There's plenty of seating spread across the farm, creating a relaxed atmosphere where it's easy to settle in and spend a few hours. Even the outdoor Airstream-style restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the visit, adding to the laid-back experience. I also noticed a few Broad-headed Skinks scurrying around the patio, unofficial mascots that seemed perfectly at home in the farm setting.
