A chill little spot just outside of olde town Gaithersburg. Stopped by on my way home from DC. I came to try their coquito themed beer called Boriqua Bonita. The staff was super chill and very cool. It's a small taproom but it was well attended despite being the eve of a predicted snowstorm. The tap that the beer I came for was having issues but they did their best to get a pour. I hope to come back and try it again with a normal pour and get it at its best. But I did buy out of their cans of that brew to try at home and to share with friends who are excited about it. You can order food or bring in your own and enjoy over a beer or two. They also have game nights there too. Everyone was having a good time. I went with a few girlfriends to the Ladies Night *Jingle and Mingle* event, and it was a blast. The venue was packed both inside and outside, with two food trucks and several other vendors. Beer and wine were available with ticket purchase, and the bar service was quick and efficient with very friendly staff. I sampled a few drinks, but the sour beer was hands down my favorite. They host special events like this every few months, and this one was definitely a fun night out with the ladies. read more

Saints row Hands down my favorite brewery - I'm so impressed with the the business and relaxed atmosphere that the Prebula family has built with Saints Row. And the beer is incredible - lots of variety and rotation, so there's always something new and fun to try on tap. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, food trucks are usually on site, and very dog friendly. What I love most about Saints Row is how connected it is to the community - a family that grew up in Deer Park and is committed to being locally rooted, supporting local organizations and causes, and making Gaithersburg a great place to live. read more

4/5 April 2026. This one has been on our list for a while after it was recommended by someone we met at another brewery. I wish we'd managed to get here sooner. Our visit happened to coincide with the Lagerfest so we didn't get a chance to try as many styles. The lagers we did have were well done and showed skill in hitting the style they were aiming for. Despite the crowds the entrance and bar staff were helpful and quick. Even with how busy they were the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Attended an event here and it was so much fun! The brewery is easy to overlook as it's hidden around a corner. Parking lot is small but overflow parking is adjacent to the building. Inside is rustic and inviting with picnic tables, murals and brewing barrels. They have mostly beer and some non alcoholic drinks. Food is mostly from food trucks on schedule. Had the panza verde on tap. It was a citrus sour with relatively low ABV. It was smooth, slightly sour taste with no aftertaste. Staff at the bar were very friendly and helpful. My family had a fantastic time at Saint Rows Brewing this weekend! It was our first time visiting Saint Rows since they left Rockville. We loved their creative beer flavors and we were happy to see that their menu still featured unexpected flavor combinations. My husband enjoyed their IPA and imperial stout. I loved my shandy which is half beer and half lemonade. You can pick any beer, and the employee recommended the peach Bellini. The peach Bellini beer on its own is fantastic as it is sweet yet not as sweet as a cider. When paired with the lemonade it was such a treat on a hot summer day. I loved the aesthetic inside of Saint Rows. Their old location got loud quickly and at this new location it was easy to talk to my husband and the environment was not too overwhelming for my 6 month old. Additionally they are dog friendly inside and outside. My dog enjoyed meeting the dogs present at the dog adoption event they were hosting as well as dogs brought by owners. I love that this location is very close to a large parking garage. Parking is completely free and only 0.1 miles away from the brewery. My family has a great time visiting Saint Rows. While it is a bit of a drive for us, the parking couldn't be easier, the beer was fantastic, and the environment was so family friendly! We will certainly be back to try more of their rotating beer menu. read more

Pretty nice local spot to just hang out with friends and drink beer. Love the atmosphere. It's located in old town Gaithersburg and there's a parking garage across the street. Plenty of parking. They allow outside food and that's awesome! This is basically a great combination of factors. The downside I would say is that it gets busy and it's hard to find seating. It was quite tough on Friday night. I saw some people walk in and out because of the limited seating. So it is a small place and not enough seats for how popular this place can get. What a great staff. Very easy to talk to and engaging too. I really like their beer selection with unique flavors. Like their Bright Necessities. Never thought a stout (some real good chocolate notes) wouldn't look like a Guinness, but this one did and tasted great. I am a sucker for some good American pale ale and their Xocomil Pale Ale delivered. I should have asked and I'm sure they do offer a beer flight, so I can taste many without suffering the next day. Location: across the street from G'burg police station (Gulp!). It looks brand new with a long bar with lots of seating and I say 10-12 tables (maybe more), which was full for music trivia on a Tuesday night. You can bring your own food to this place, which I forgot about (next time!). They have weekly events (Tuesday: music trivia, Thursday acoustic guitar from 6-8PM, Friday bingo with food truck on Friday and Saturday). Will have to come back on Thursday! read more

First time coming to a local brewery in Gaithersburg, MD. Usually for breweries you would think of going to Frederick or just anywhere outside of Gaithersburg. I ended up coming here on a Tuesday afternoon for drinks and I accidentally ended up coming on Trivia Night, which was super funny but it was actually a lot of fun. They do this every Tuesday at 6PM. It is a nice place, friendly staff as well. There are about 15 different beers on tap, the flight I got was priced just right at $13. I would recommend this place if you're trying to go to a brewery that is local, but be careful though as it is right next to a police station... so you know what I mean. read more

I was in the area and met up my friend here. You can easily miss this spot as it looks like a small garage. The lot is small but there's a lot of additional parking in the back. The ambiance is simple but nice. They have outdoor and indoor seating. We went on on a late Saturday afternoon and there was a couple of groups. Service was friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions and let you sample some of the beers. They do not offer food, but they do have food trucks come by. We got a couple of beers and enjoyed the afternoon. Hidden gem and tiny brewery in northern Rockville. These guys definitely know what they are doing with their beer. Plenty of styles, clean flavors. Recommend the dunkelweiss and juicy IPA. Plan to comeback when their barrel aged stout is released. I've been to lots of breweries in the NoVa/DC/MD area. Most of them produce drinkable beer not much better than the stuff in a grocery store. Saints Row is way above the mediocrity of most lock breweries. Do yourself a favor and skipsome of the winery/distillery/brewery larger places...and find this place. I have a feeling they won't stay this small forever. read more

Fantastic local brewery with great people. This is a smaller spot, but still plenty of room to bring a group and no food offered (besides when food trucks are scheduled) but you can bring whatever you'd like with you or get something delivered. They have a weekly lineup of activities (trivia, ticketed classes, etc) and food trucks. Love their brewed in gburg pint glasses! The same owners have opened up an adjacent coffee roaster - can't wait for them to open up the coffee shop portion. read more

They have a rotating "menu" of food trucks that occupy their parkjng lot on busier nights, but otherwise they provide a list of local restaurants you can get food delivered from. Overall, compared to other brewery spaces in MoCo, this is about 3.5 stars. Their Irish Goodbye Stout is a solid 4.5 stars though! read more

This brewery is walking distance from my house, which is just excellent. The beers range from average to awesome, and they rotate often. The service is friendly, and the ambiance is casual. Recently they've been putting out some cool merchandise for folks to show off their love of the place via stickers and clothes. There is both outdoor and indoor seating. Dogs are welcome. Beer is served in 8oz or 12oz glasses. Flights aren't done (so far), but i think small samplers in the 8oz glasses may be provided if asked. The best time to come is Tuesday afternoons for Taco Tuesday with Lola's food truck! Tacos, fries, and beer are a holy trinity. Belated post of a pre-pandemic review, but the fundamentals remain true. A homegrown brewer and neighborhood bar stuck in an industrial park. Creative, thoughtful, and expertly crafted brews ranging from cafe Cubano stout, to absurdly hopped yet fruity pales, and everything under the sun in between. With weekly live music, food trucks, and a seemingly ever-expanding seating area in the taproom, it's easy to stop off for happy hour and stay for...surprisingly longer. Making new friends is as common as trying new beers (read: basically, every trip) but running into old favorites is still a significant risk. Beware, may be habit-forming. I went here with my family on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm. There were only two other people there so it was pretty quiet. Once it hit 5pm, more people started showing up and it got pretty loud. I had to shout across the table so my family could hear me. We ordered a couple of beers. I got the Hopamora, which is a milkshake IPA. The beer was okay, but not great. My family thought their beers were okay as well. I did like that you can bring in your own food because they don't serve food. There are plenty of places to eat around the corner including Domino's and Wang Ja Jang (great Korean food). You can also bring your dog so there were a couple of dogs. We just popped in with a few of our neighbors to what we can now deem our neighborhood bar and it was awesome! Great ambience, which is nice, especially as you know that there is so much more to come and that this is early days. Lots of high tops were available, cornhole was set up in the parking lot, and it was both baby and kid friendly which is a super bonus!! Some pallets were transformed into benches and tables and created a super hipster living room adorned with twinkling holiday lights of which one immediately became excited for when the place will be open in the evening. On to the beers...we tried the the Sour, Edified(an ale) and a hoppy IPA and loved them all, specifically the IPA. For today's soft open they were only serving 8 oz pours which obviously meant that we had to have a bunch. We did. The sour had a good mouth, although it will be interesting to see how they maneuver the finish later on in production. The ale was exceptionally drinkable which is bad because you could definitely go through a growler or more and not even recognize you had until you tried to operate heavy machinery. But the winner was the IPA hands down. I could be wrong here, but there were coffee and citrus notes in that brew that made me want 3 more glasses. It was extremely well done!! We visited the brewery on a Saturday afternoon and there weren't many people. The place was much smaller than I expected, but it was still welcoming. It feels like someone's basement, but not necessarily in a bad way. They have regular and high-top tables, along with couple of couches, so the vibe is quite laid back. I tried two beers - Sainted Love and Neapolitan Dunkelweizen (chocolate). I loved both beers! Both beers were smooth and so delicious. My husband's beer was alright though. I wish I knew that we could bring our own food, but we ended up getting pizzas from Domino's nearby. This is a cute little brewery, with very friendly bartenders and interesting--and frequently changing--beers. They don't tend to have many IPAs (which happens to be my favorite beer type), but I still enjoy their innovative flavor combinations. If you like porters or stouts (especially those on the sweeter side), or lagers, this is the place for you. During the colder months, they only have indoor seating, which is limited, but we did not have a problem finding a seat. For food, there is usually a food truck outside. We stumbled onto Saints Row after a failed attempt to go to a different brewery which was super crowded and maybe more kids than adults. We had a Gummiberry and Oatchata beer which were both different and great. The brown ale was also very good. Very reasonable prices and the staff was great. Dogs are welcome everyday! There were 5 or 6 other dogs while we were there and it was a very chill environment! We wish we lived closer but we'd definitely make the trip back here! read more
