Ah, Food Truck Tuesday has arrived. The BBQ was the first truck I saw (they are in the corner). Yes, I am a BBQ lover. 1. The pulled pork was well seasoned. The BBQ sauce was good, but honestly, I've had better. 2. The chicken was pronounced good. The baked beans were good, and the fries were not my favorite, but still good. The selection isn't the best. You've got the choice of pulled pork or brisket. But the quality of the limited selection is wonderful. And you get quantity to go with the quality. The wife got the brisket sandwich. Well I got it for her because I'm a loving husband who walked up to the food truck and conversed with her via cell phone to get what she wanted. Service was quick, polite and worth the walk. The brisket was full of flavor, tender and they didn't skimp on the amount of meat. Some of the best BBQ to be found. I came to this place while at Smoketown Brewing Station. The staff kept telling us we had to go get the bbq from the truck outside so we checked it out. We ended up ordering the ribs, coleslaw and their unbelievable beans. These ribs were so good. They were most and had the perfect flavor. The sauces we went with were the regular and hot and I liked them mixed together. The beans weren't the usually baked beans - they were pinto and kidney beans but they were unbelievable. My wife ordered a juicy crafted cheese burger with fries and some gold touched homemade hushpuppies! I ordered a perfect BBQ brisket sandwich with fries and refreshing slaw! Disappointing. This food truck was recommended on a FB page supporting local restaurants especially during COVID-19. PROS: Beans are delicious. Ribs were meaty and tasty. CONS: Very long wait. I arrived before my appointed pick-up time and waited over 30 minutes after my scheduled time - outside in rainy weather under a canopy. They weren't crowded, and I had called ahead. Amazingly great. I was in the area on an geohashing adventure (see http://wiki.xkcd.com/geohashing/2013-06-04_39_-77 for my expedition log) and looked on Yelp for a place to grab dinner. This place came up. Located in the Kemptown Mall (actually a convenience store), In10se does lots of catering/events but offers this location so you can get their great BBQ whenever you want it. And it is great. The chicken was recommended as Tuesday is chicken day (Thursday is Ribs Day). I love chicken and this dry-rubbed pecan smoked chicken was fantastic. Juicy and just the right seasoning. They have two levels of BBQ Sauce. I think they call them "Sweet" and "Hot" and they could just as easily call them "Regular" and "Thermonuclear." The hot one is seriously novelty hot. I ended up mixing about 1 part Thermonuclear with 4 parts Regular and ended up with something akin to what most people would call "Hot." I would recommend that the proprietor offer such a third, middle level of spiciness since it can easily be achieved by mixing sauces he already has. I also got the beans, which were also good and quite unusual. I was expecting normal baked beans but this dish had two types of beans, red kidney and regular pinto beans. It tasted kind of vinegary and was good. I think it has four different types of peppers as well as garlic. The proprietor was very nice and very open and honest (and came across as very intelligent and caring as well). If you go, you can take every recommendation he gives you as being in your best interest. He's trying to give you the best experience, not upsell you for a buck of profit. This joint is a sure bet to become a cult hit with devoted suburbanites willing to take their search for great of BBQ to the next level. I have had two brisket sandwiches at the food truck at Trouts Auction over the last month and both times very wonderful! Also great fries, crispy and light. Good dipping sauces too! But the best is the brisket sandwich : beef is plentiful ( probably near half a pound) and perfectly cooked and i thought it was a good value! read more

We checked the food truck out at an earth day event and were hooked! The pulled pork fries are mouth watering! It had a line that went super fast. They catered my wedding and the food was amazing! We had pulled pork and baked potatoes. They set up and served professionally. They brought warmers with covers that matched my table cloths. They also cleaned up quickly and neatly. We got so many compliments on this food! Really, 70 people were impressed and happy with it! At their food truck at Green Meadows they had a long line. No issue since it was busy. We wait in line for 10 minutes only to find out there is a 30minute wait for their only BBQ dish. They could have mentioned that to the line of people waiting. Wasting people's time that have kids with them is offensive. No clue how their food is. Their service sucked. read more

You will not get better quality food for your money. I have ordered smoked turkey for Thanksgiving twice, always excellent! They also catered our daughter's grad party for 100 people and it was the best pulled pork we have ever had! Everyone was impressed. The coleslaw and beans were delicious, too. After getting a recommendation from a friend who had eaten their food at a event and had them prepare the food for her father's surprise party I hired Rob/in10se to cater a birthday party at my home in September! We had him come and cook and prepare the pit beef and turkey on site and everything was served here at our home! The food was outstanding! They brought everything from the tables to the warming dishes, plates, bbq sauce utensils, then they packed up all of the left overs for us! The crab dip was soo lump I mistook is for the mac n' cheese at first! The guests are still talking about how amazing the food was!
