I contacted Morie by email late in the evening and within a few hours she had responded. She was able to fill my specialty order at the last minute and pulled it off wonderfully! Now, let's talk cupcakes! These cupcakes were amazing!! The "apple of my eye" was extraordinary!! The detail that she put into them is unlike any other...the little apple bits inside the actual cupcake, a wonderful surprise! Now, Morie was kind enough to bake a flavor that is not on her menu at my request.
