Honestly, I would've totally understood if the staff seemed over it. But Ethan? He greeted me with the kindest, most welcoming energy like it was the middle of the day. Patient, helpful, upbeat--he made me feel completely comfortable and never once rushed. He walked me through the options, made suggestions, and somehow turned my indecisiveness into a fun experience. The food was amazing as always, but Ethan made this visit unforgettable. He truly went above and beyond, and his positivity left a lasting impression. CAVA is already a favorite of mine, but tonight reminded me just how much a great team member can elevate everything. Huge shoutout to Ethan--you're a star!
