I've had my eye on this place for a long time. This place was so cool and unique. Unfortunately I did not go to the spa but I did enjoy sitting in the brewery and having a drink. The decor is definitely nothing I have seen before. It's bathtubs and rubber duckies! There's darts too and other assorted games. There is an expansive beer list and the service was quick and the bartender was really nice! I look forward to coming back.

Treated myself to another birdbath spa day today to celebrate spring break. You are allowed to arrive 15 min early and have a drink at the bar while you wait for the spa to be ready. Enjoy once you go back you get changed up into your swim suit and a robe then head to your spa. I recommend wearing your swim suit under your regular clothes to cut down on your time changing. Once you are in your spa your get 50 min to soak in a mixture of hops and regular hot tub toiletries. The room is comfortable and you get unlimited beer and wine while you ate at the spa. The menu is on the wall for your convenience. You can also order food as well. Once your time in the beir bath is done you get ten minutes in the infrared sauna. Then you can get changed up in the restroom that has a full shower with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. I enjoyed myself and decided to have an additional drink at the bad and a bite to eat. Definitely a nice place to treat yourself. It's very affordable at $100 for a hour at the spa with unlimited drinks. The attendant was very attentive and friendly. She checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable for my stay. I will definitely be back and they earned every star .

This is a unique craft beer bar and spa. The atmosphere is very bath time with your rubber ducky while having a beer. The location is nicely tucked on the backside of the shopping center. Makes you feel like you are discovering a really good secret. Lots of parking spots close to the door. When you walk in the space it is very open and spacious. There is lots of lounge seating and tables. My favorite is the bathtub couch. As well as high top tables. And of course you can sit at the bar. There are board games as well as darts to keep you occupied. Or just simply take in the artwork. This place is good for small groups. And is kid friendly. The board games and dessert menu will win over the kids. You can fill up a growler here with one of the menu beers on tap. The craft beer menu rotates weekly. So there is always something new and exciting or different to try. The beers are very unique and I haven't had one that I didn't like yet. Even the stouts are pretty good and I usually don't like stouts or porters. The wine selection is really good as well and of course they can make you a cocktail of choice. There are lots of activities like trivia night, Latin dance night, and yoga. There is also a bier club that offers special perks as well. The spa is in the back where you can soak in a luxurious bath of "beer" (and I'm guessing epsom salt). It is very relaxing and I highly recommend trying it. I went for Valentine's weekend so my bath was filled with rose petals as well as hops and it was very pretty. After your soak you will have access to the sauna. There are private bathrooms with showers that you can utilize after. It was very clean. I highly recommend.

Such a fun unique experience! I booked 2 months in advance. We opted for unlimited beer with our bath time (worth the extra $20 because we can DRINK). We did have a late start because we arrived as soon as they opened, but we still had the full allotted time to bath, sauna, and shower. The bath is relaxing but wish we could adjust the lights in our room. We had fun playing with the hops floating in our water. We managed 4 beers each, and our server was nice to let us have one last round at the end of our session so we stayed a bit and played darts.

I came on a snow day with one of my friends and we had a great time in the beer bath. We made reservations in advance for a room with 2 separate baths. We got there a little early and had a beer while we waited. The tap list was pretty extensive and featured lots of local breweries which I appreciate! Hope it's rotating. Our bartender/bath server was awesome, very attentive and she explained everything. We changed and sat in the tubs for about 40 minutes. There is a button to press if you'd like more beer (and 2 wines) while you soak which I loved. It seemed like the beer list was restricted while we were in the bath from what was available at the entire bar, but I was not 100% sure. The bath itself was really nice! Great temp and 40 minutes felt like enough time. Afterwards we sat in the sauna for 10 minutes and then took quick showers. Overall the experience was very unique, service was great, and I definitely think it's a special fun thing to do. For me the price tag is what would restrict me from coming more frequently. I might suggest some kind of "bath pass" situation, a loyalty club, or discounts for weekdays/non peak hours. This is a great addition to the area, it looks like the bar itself has lots of events and I'm happy to see something unique in business. Go check it out!!

I am never disappointed with a beer selection that they offer. The rotating drafts are truly rotating never the same thing twice perhaps rarely. Always something for everyone on tap plus they offer plenty of other items such as wine and ciders if you're not a beer person. They host great fun filled events and have great live music on select days

They were good as the ones we got fresh in Florida. We wanted takeout this time, and decided on their $16 Cuban pressed sandwich. It's layers of tender thin-sliced slow-roasted pork, ham, and Swiss cheese. The bread is like a french baguette, pressed and crispy-toasted, spread with yellow mustard and tangy dill-pickle chips. It's a rich handful of a sandwich. It came with generous hot soft boardwalk-style fries. Oscar's was quick and friendly. The sandwich was excellent!

I had gone there many years ago and had many of the same complaints however about a year ago I retried and was pleasantly surprised by changes that were made. I now go every few weeks for different craft beers and other "necessities" and always find it to be very well stocked, clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The best part about Total Discount - they let you do mix-six packs! From what I have found, they are one of the remaining stores in the area that allow this. I highly recommend them for anything you may need liquor wise and if you are into different craft beers, this is hands down the only place to go in Carroll County. Side note - no one has ever asked or tried to make a copy of my license there. My feeling of this story is that the cashier probably wanted to SCAN the barcode on the back of the ID. That's not for creating a database as the store is strictly prohibited from doing that by law unless the customer gives consent. Maryland DOES HIGHLY RECOMMEND that each store scan all IDs with liquor sales to ensure the ID isn't fake. Many stores have a policy to do this, due to State and Local pressure. Certainly you can't hold the store accountable for this.

They didn't have the specific brand I was looking for, but showed me where the rum was located after looking it up in their system. They have several check out lines and I was assisted right away. I'm not sure what bottles usually cost so I can't speak to cost-effectiveness, but I did notice there is a frequent buyers program and sales were posted throughout the store.

We had plans on having outdoor lunch at Noras...this was before it snowed....so we wrote down the list of ingredients and planned on stopping at this liquor store for the first time to buy them. But I'm an old fart and I left the list at home. All we could remember was that the drink contained rum, and that the video had two funny guys behind a bar. I still had fun looking at the store's great selection, but we left defeated after not being able to remember the ingredients. Well: while we were eating, the store employee popped his head out and recommended that we stop in again after finishing our meal. When we did, he pulled up a video on his phone and asked us if it was the one we had scene: it was! AND He had already pulled all of the ingredients for us! This is exactly why I love cozy, community based businesses: you're not just another mindless customer. This is our new liquor store. It's not a huge store, but their selection is incredible. Lots of interesting things I've never even seen before. I highly recommend this place (as well as the food nextdoor!) Bravo

I was living in Wheaton and not much was going on that summer because of Covid. I had cabin fever, decided to take a drive up to the Covid version of the Howard County Fair; they were doing a drive thru only version where you could enjoy the various fair foods. I ate badly that day! I had a donut burger; two donuts with burger in between. I found a quiet place outside to eat on the fairgrounds. Then, I kept driving further up north for my free dessert coupon I had at Glory Days, which probably was expiring at the end of the month. I had an apple pie a la mode with whipped cream. It was delicious. Server was nice and efficient. In spite of eating terribly health-wise that day, I did go on a long hike nearby Liberty Reservoir.

A cute little wine and gift shop, hosting Friday and Saturday outdoor concerts…read more We love this little wine shop, both for it's offerings, but especially for the weekend concerts and the outdoor umbrellaed tables. We drove up on a Saturday late afternoon in Aug 2025 and found parking across Main Street. There are other free lots nearby and sometimes a free shuttle around town on Sat and Sun. While waiting for the music, we staked out a table among some that people had reserved ahead of time in front of the wine shop, with other tables just outside the lot and more across the quiet side-street. From the wine shop, we got a nice little pinot noir to take home. They offered plastic glasses and a bucket full of ice, so we could have had that during the concert. They also have beers and ciders, gourmet snacks, and many clever and original accessories and crafts. The wine shop's owner encouraged up to walk to nearby Joe's Deli, and across to the Patapsco Distillery where the band set up under a small canopy, and we also got some food and drink from them for our table. And there's a sweet little ice cream shop across Main Street too! The band played light rock and folk and people were relaxed in conversations and enjoyment of the music. The gentle breeze kept us cool under sun-shielding umbrellas. This is nicely done weekly pair of concert, and the welcoming hostess and cooperative nearby shops make this a pleasant way to visit Sykesville on a Friday or Saturday evening, continuing through Nov 8th.

Choices are plenty despite the small size of the store and at reasonable prices. For those living nearby, be sure to check out Vine on Main's wine club to get more wine at better values. The real highlight of Vine on Main is the owner, who is the sweetest woman you'll meet. She's highly knowledgeable about all the products in the shop, even the non-alcoholic ones and is more than happy to share information about them. Not only does she have excellent wine and booze recommendation, but she'll even offer some free samples if you ask her nicely. Plan on shopping around the area? She'll take your order, bag it, and leave it to the side so that you can pick it up when you're all done instead of lugging around heavy bottles.
