This place is simply beautiful. The drinks and food were amazing. We went during happy hour before an improv show. Our servers were amazing and so attentive and sweet.

I was searching Yelp for new restaurants, and this place came up. I made reservations a day prior. When we arrived there was nowhere to park, we drove around for about 10 minutes and finally decided to park pretty far away. The restaurant was mostly empty when we came in. I ordered a cherry sidecar cocktail, that was absolutely fantastic, one of the best cocktails I've ever had! We ordered off of the holiday 3 course menu. We got the lobster bisque, and goat cheese. The lobster bisque was awful, it had too much tomato paste, and the 2 pieces of lobster still tasted frozen. It had a very fishy smell. They were out of the Halibut, but they substituted the fish with redfish. The entire dish was delicious. My husband ordered the short rib papardelle pasta, I thought the dish was good but not great. We ordered the cookies and cream and the pecan squares for dessert. Both were good but nothing great. Overall pretty good place

Attended a gala, The Daily Fix this past weekend and it was such a beautiful venue. Food tasted fresh and delicious. Staff were nice and in it. If you live in Houston or visiting and looking for an event venue for galas, parties or even weddings, this is your place. Such a sexy and classy vibe.

I've been to Warehouse 72 several times since my first review and want to update with the latest. The food is very good, with some dishes being excellent. On past visits we've tried many dishes so I'm posting some so you can see the marked improvement since my review a couple of years ago. Of particular note on the dinner menu is the Purvian Roast Chicken (no pic), Tuffle Pasta, Seafood Risotto, Black Truffle Arancini and Roasted Beet Salad w/Goat Cheese. On the brunch menu I love the Chicken and Waffles, and Pork Belly, Spam and Eggs. I loved there pork chop but unfortunately it's no longer on the menu. Service is always great and Daniel takes good care of us. Not sure why Warehouses 72 is crowded, sometime for brunch there are on a few tables occupied. They also have some great special events with wine dinners, whiskey dinners, and more.

Went back and most likely will go back again! Tried to get a table at first but of course went back to sit at the bar because they're just so nice even though I accidentally ordered every appetizer I read on the menu. The staff is absolutely welcoming and still hilarious. They recommend the spicy tuna bites of course and they were delicious with Serrano used to make them have a perfect spicy kick which I of course ate the entire plate accidentally. My favorite was the charcuterie board actually, it came with prosciutto, salami, sausage, age white cheddar, sliced Brie, and a great fruit pairing of fruit to balance everything out. Even the couple next to me ordered it because I asked to have them all brought together with the New York strip which I didn't even get to. Their menu is extremely unique with every type of option so I wanted to try a little bit of everything. 100% will go back to try the entrees I couldn't get to.

First time at Warehouse 72 and we stopped in for happy hour before going to Immersive Gamebox for an elite event! We were seated at the bar and able to place our orders right away. Ordered an espresso martini, French 75, mozzarella bites, and truffle fries. The drinks were really great. The social hour bites were good, but nothing I feel led to double back to. Service was good overall.

This place is exceptional. Our waiter was so kind, the food was delicious and the ambiance was so cool. The chicken and lasagna dishes were rich with flavor. Their complimentary bread and whipped garlic butter was so good we had to keep asking for more. The cocktails were perfect and the dessert was fantastic. I can't wait to go back soon!

Came in for a bite to eat before we went to Immersive Gamebox. They serve brunch on weekends until 3pm. Hubby had the Steak and Eggs. Contrary to the name, it actually only comes with one egg, so he ordered another egg. I had the Brunch burger served with their brunch potatoes. The burger was juicy and I loved the potatoes cooked with peppers and onions. We both were happy with our meals. Our waitress Kacie was really nice and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and that our food came out fast before our game reservation.

Great place. We had the prix fix menu which was amazing. It was a little expensive but worth it. Great service, too!

The service was impeccable, the ambiance was amazing the restaurant was spotless. I came here on business and had a business dinner here. I can't remember the name of the drink it was a blueberry lemonade martini I think, I had the mac and cheese with pork belly and the pork belly was cooked to perfection! We shared the grilled octopus for an appetizer and it was just as delicious!!! Very tender and that's hard to do with octopus. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town!!

Happy patient!

Went for restaurant month and the place was nice inside. Great ambiance. Service was awesome! Really top notch. The food was great. Fresh. Flavorful, easy to eat. The first bite was as tasty as the last. Great place to have a nice lunch or dinner date. Would come back.

Ask the Community - Warehouse 72

Do you have a kids menu? If so are there chicken tenders and fries on that menu?

Yes! They offer a 3-course meal option which offers a choice of 3 appetizers (fried mozzarella, salami board, or a salad) 3 entrees (my kids opted for a pizza on our last visit, it's their usual so I don't usually look at the other entree options),…

Are their gluten free noodles?

We are happy to offer gluten free penne and spaghetti noodles.

The Bacon & Egg sandwich is a pretty big and was tasty, with the chipotle aioli being a nice touch. The Chicken & Waffles is solid too, with the crispy chicken being the star! Great batter, which a nice touch of spice, and not at all dry. For lunch, I thought the Blackened Redfish on grits was very satisfying. I also recommend their Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which I asked for spicy. Very satisfying! It comes with a side and I chose Caesar Salad. I also had their Roasted Tomato Soup and was a big fan of the garlic chips garnish. Their Roasted Marble Potatoes are fine, if a bit mid. Their Charred Broccolini is worth getting.

The bar was nice, but I did not care for oversized TVs in such a small space. The Tx Caviar was not well seasoned; we would not order it again. The Roasted Tomato Soup was thicker than my taste. It was better with the homemade croutons from my husband's Caesar Salad. He added Blackened Red Snapper to the salad that was lightly seasoned and overcooked.

We made a reservation on a Sunday evening, but it wasn't busy at all. Parking was easy and their lot is actually quite large. The decor is dark and intimate. The vibe is upscale and most patrons were dressed appropriately, however there was a table of patrons nearby who had on t-shirts and shorts. Maybe they didn't enforce the dress code that night because it was a slow evening. For my beverage, I ordered the Fleur-de-lis Martini. It was a grapefruit martini and it was good. It came with a small carafe on ice so that the glass could be topped off. My friend had a mocktail called Lyre's Pineapple Margarita which she enjoyed. 1st Course: Deviled Eggs - I love deviled eggs, but these fell short. The yolk was dry and bland. Ironically, the plate was garnished with paprika. The eggs could have used some of the paprika and some other seasonings to kick it up a notch. The yolk needed more mayo or cream because it was dry and crumbly. 2nd Course: Brasserie Chicken - I enjoyed this entree. It was panko crusted chicken with lemon caper sauce. The chicken was flavorful. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes and broccoli that accompanied the dish. The portion was much larger than my friend's 5 oz. Filet Mignon. I had plenty for leftovers the following day. 3rd Course: Carrot Cake - It was served warm and was very delicious! The icing was sweet and the cake was moist. Service was great throughout the meal and the food runners brought out each course in a timely manner. With the exception of the deviled eggs, I thought the meal was pretty solid.

I wandered in not expecting much, but my experience here ended up much better than I thought…read more I went with their August prix fixe and went with their Truffle Deviled Eggs, Crispy Sweet & Sour Shrimp, and Key Lime Tart. The deviled eggs make good comfort food and was satisfying. This version doesn't have much of a kick, but it's very creamy and you can definitely taste the truffle oil. The homemade potato chips also add to the texture and salt between bites. The shrimp dish was fun with a light and crispy batter, well-seasoned and drizzled with sweet chili sauce. The cool ranch surprisingly added to the shrimp and enhanced the chili sauce rather than overwhelming it. The made-in-house fries were far better than expected. I was somewhat expecting dense, oily, boring fries, but these were very crisp and somehow didn't feel too greasy as far as fries goes. Almost seemed like an injustice for it to be served with ketchup as it was too good for it. Lastly, the tart was a great way to end the meal without it being too much. Loved the crust. The tart shell tasted really good and went well with the filling, which had a lighter consistency than pudding. Fruits tasted like they were on season, even though it should be a bit too late for strawberries. I'm also a sucker for meringue. I'll have to come back to see if it wasn't a fluke, but there were a lot of dishes here that looked good. Maybe even swing by for happy hour, we'll see. I wasn't sure what to expect based on the name of the restaurant, but essentially their seafood options are spectacular. And it feels like an exclusive club because the decor and service are both very much high class and special. We tried the coconut shrimp as the appetizer and really liked it. It was lightly fried and the shrimp was cooked to perfection - not under and not over. I would highly recommend this one to start. Loved it. If you're looking for a fair-priced meal, they have lots of salad and sandwich options. I tried the salmon poke bowl and it was so delicious. The fish was extremely fresh, and all the flavors blended together really well. It was like a healthy party in my mouth. It was great decision. You wanna splurge a bit and live large like YOLO? You gotta get the crab cake. Now, how good can a crab cake be? Well, if you're paying close to $50 for one crab cake, you better believe it's gonna be freaking awesome. And alas, it was. Best crab cake I've ever had in my life, no joke. And I've tried a lot of crab cakes in my many decades of dining out. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back many times. Enjoy! Quick note on parking - plenty of parking in a huge lot shared by many businesses such as Kenny and Ziggy's. Only annoying part is several sections of the lot are designated for specific businesses, so just look for the signs and be willing to park a little bit further away towards Taco Deli and Bluestone.
