For me, the feather in its cap is the Rodizio Grill, a definite step-up from the other Brazilian carve-of-the-skewer, all-you-can eat restaurants (Tucanos and Braza, I'm talking to you). It's a great "dinner and a movie" shopping center with a Cinemark megaplex right next door to the Rodizio, as well as a Pier 49 Pizza and Firehouse Subs close by. The Meadows is also a good place for the department store lover: Target, Kohls, Gordman's, Michaels, Ulta, HomeGoods, Walmart; Bed, Bath, and Beyond; Best Buy, and Ross. You'll also find an epic "Spirit Halloween" store there in the fall. It's got room to grow. The Applebee's that went under makes me think the locals expect quality ... I'm hoping to se more like Rodizio in the future! They could take a page from a very similar outdoor-type shopping center in Taylorsville and put up a lot more signage to make driving around easier. Amazing rocket science.. I ask for Hawaiian bread and was walked over to a display of Kings Hawaiian rolls and was told right here to where I said those are rolls. I'm looking for bread and they say oh they don't make it anymore as if King's Hawaiian has stopped selling their number one selling item target is telling me that they don't sell it anymore so I pull up the website and show them and they say oh we haven't sold that in months, but they just told me that Kings Hawaiian doesn't make it anymore. The mall has an amazing play area for the kids, a massive parking garage and events and activities frequently outside. They have several restrooms with child changing tables, and private family rooms. They are always well attended to and stocked. I bought sheets with the wrong fitted sheet and they will see if they had one to swap out but they would not take the return if they didn't have one to replace the fitted sheet. And then the manager asked what was going on and as I'm explains repeated tells me to calm down. I have a respirator issue (not contagious) so I have to talk louder to be able to talk. I told him repeatedly I wasn't upset but it was hard for me to talk. So rude. The staff also made comments to each other like "you'll love this." Like I'm being insane. I've worked in customer service for years and this was awful. I'm no idiot. I can see the rolling eyes and looks they have me and eachother. I'd im spending over $50 on sheets I would like the correct size on the label. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.
