A smaller food court compared to most malls. For there only being 3 days until Christmas I was shocked at how dead it was. We had pictures with Santa at 12pm and I got there early as I anticipated a full parking lot. But nope no issues parking. Found Santa right away in the middle of The mall by JCPenney. That truly is a beautiful set that he's in. He's also a good looking Santa! We didn't stop in or purchase anything in the stores, although we did walk thru Round 1 which was a cool arcade / small bowling venue. Lots of empty stores. . The center elevator was also out of order. So you I'd be nice to see a restaurant in here and eventually attend the Mammoth hockey practice arena to watch them practice. Also a Mammoth or Jazz souvenir shop would be really ideal.

You never really know what you will find at a Preloved since each booth is filled with items from different sellers but that also makes it exciting since you will find things you never knew you wanted or needed. They run different sells throughout the week but the real deals start on Friday where most sellers will clearance their items anywhere from 25%-90%. It definitely gets busy on Friday mornings but all of the other times I have been it's been calm and quiet. I have heard mixed reviews about selling with Preloved but I do appreciate those that do put up booths because I usually find something when I shop here. Highly highly recommend.

Very small mall but very clean…read more The biggest anchor store is JCPenney. They also have the new Utah Mammoth practice rink and newly opened Team Store. There's a lot of small shops, a jewelry store, a Hallmark store, a very small Home Goods, a Round1 entertainment venue that has arcades and bowling, a smaller food court as well and a car museum. For me, the feather in its cap is the Rodizio Grill, a definite step-up from the other Brazilian carve-of-the-skewer, all-you-can eat restaurants (Tucanos and Braza, I'm talking to you). It's a great "dinner and a movie" shopping center with a Cinemark megaplex right next door to the Rodizio, as well as a Pier 49 Pizza and Firehouse Subs close by. The Meadows is also a good place for the department store lover: Target, Kohls, Gordman's, Michaels, Ulta, HomeGoods, Walmart; Bed, Bath, and Beyond; Best Buy, and Ross. You'll also find an epic "Spirit Halloween" store there in the fall. It's got room to grow. The Applebee's that went under makes me think the locals expect quality ... I'm hoping to se more like Rodizio in the future! They could take a page from a very similar outdoor-type shopping center in Taylorsville and put up a lot more signage to make driving around easier. On Saturdays, it's packed. It's hard to be able to look at every booth. The line for the dressing rooms is so long. Today, I waited over 40 minutes for the fitting room because multiple people (family or friends) share them. They left them insanely messy as well. They need to have someone managing the dressing rooms and maybe having a limit of 10 items. It was ridiculous!

This setup is pretty common-outdoor store entrances that face the streets, not like the indoor mall of the 80's and 90's. The nice thing here is you can easily navigate to the store you're here for. Or you can park on one end and walk up and down the row and hit many shops along the way. Parking is plentiful-there are stalls in front of all the stores, as well as larger parking areas scattered throughout. Be aware that many of the roads are one way, so watch for that. But I've never had a problem finding a spot, even on the busiest of days. They are also well lit at night, which I appreciate. The variety of stores that you'll find here are also pretty common in these types of places-a few big box stores (Ross, Michael's, Kohl's) as well as a handful of other chain restaurants and shops. Of course, there's the token cell phone stores mixed in with boutiques. I like the charm of it-a little something for everyone, and maybe check off a few errands while you're there too.
