I went, I found, I purchased! I always stop by a Rack because I am Michael Williams and I am a shoeholic... I like Born, Ecco, Puma, Adidas, Hoka hiking shoes, Tiger, etc... I found some possibilities but opted not to get shoes... this trip. I did find. Very cool and originally priced at a bunch that I got for significantly less and it was such a sunny day, I wanted to get sun glasses for my trip home. I found Ferragamo for 76% off or some crazy markdown. I could not afford full price Ferragamo. Amd got a fancy hard shell Ferragamo sunglass case. The store was laid out differently than the Sandy location so was a weird experience passing the front entrance and not seeing the checkout on the left wall as you enter the store... for those with a compass, near the northeast area of the store. They had the magnetic baby clothes for more than half the price they are normally sold for. I got that for a friend expecting. I also found such cute items for my granddaughter for way less than the normal Nordstrom costs! It's nice to have a store to walk in touch and hold the items unlike online shopping. I love that sales tax goes to that area instead of a random place when people buy online. read more

This Nordstrom Rack is usually a hit or miss for me. It's been awhile since I've been here and was in the area and gave it a try. The store was clean and well stocked for a Saturday night. I found three jackets and two pairs of shoes. They have a lot of women's clothing and shoes. I was pretty impressed with the shoe section for being located in Orem. They actually had some decent brands of shoes. They had a lot of women's jeans as well with brands like Madewell and Joe's jeans. I wish their men's selection was larger, as well as the men's shoes. They seem to be lacking and not having a huge variety in the men's category. Will be back when in the area with hopes to find some new items for my closet! read more

The store was clean, well organized and checkout was quick. We got here around 7 pm on a Saturday so being as organized as it was definitely was a perk. Selection was similar to other Nordstrom Racks. The person at checkout was also really friendly. Coming from Vegas, that's a rarity and it's appreciated. Definitely a fan of this store. read more

This location is a little smaller than the other ones I've been to, but I will say that their sales staff are friendly and helpful. I don't think I had ever experienced returns in a smoother manner than I did at this store... That being said, I do wish the lighting was a little less gloomy read more

Went in for a dress and they had barely any mostly skirts and the prices were no value

They seem to sell older edition and probably defected stuff that wasn't selling for other companies. I bought a pair of $100 ON shoes. Loved the fit of them, but the thin material ripped in a matter of weeks. Took them in to ask about an exchange for another pair and the lady said there's nothing they can do. It was within the timeframe for a return or gift card exchange because she wanted to look that up as well. Nordstrom has always been known for their great customer service and return policy, but I was unaware that it completely disappears when you go to the sister company of Nordstrom Rack. Seems like bad business that they wouldn't at least help you get a different pair and keep your business. Used to shop at Nordstrom rack lots, but this left me feeling a lot less happy about the place. This location is one of my favorite Nordstrom Racks. It has a good selection without being crazy crowded like other Nordstrom Racks I have been to. My favorite things to buy at this location? Accessories and shoes! There's always a decent amount of clearance, and I have gotten some pretty killer deals on shoes here. The accessories are hit and miss but they always have so many fun hats and scarves and jewelry to look through. I don't usually buy anything full price here and live for the clearance sections. I always start with home furnishings, then beauty, then accessories, then I swing around to the shoes. One thing that is seriously lacking at this location is the clothing. Besides coats, I never bother to look at the clothes. There are not a lot of options and I feel like the sizes and items are never where they are supposed to be. I know a lot of that may be the fault of messy customers, but I always struggle to find anything good clothing-wise. Wait times in line are pretty average. Employees seem nice enough but are often difficult to find if you need help. read more

Ventured here for the fIrst time tonight as Nordstrom Racks typically have great deals and markdowns. Had great winter coats on sale under $70 too. Browsed through the clearance shoe section and still found some shoes still a bit pricey even when the price is marked for clearance. This place has really clean bathrooms - so that was a plus! And the bathroom also offers disposable seat covers! Which is kind of rare in Utah - I don't know why every public place does NOT offer disposable seat covers - this should be a law! In California every public place offers disposable seat covers. I did find a couple of pairs of shoes here that I really liked, but still was a bit steep in price. There was also a dress jumpsuit in the clearance section - one medium and one XL. The medium one had a price of $11.98 and the XL had a price of $$20.98. I asked an associate to see if they are the same price, as they are both the same dresses. Usually when this happens in a does a department store, they honor the lower price so when the associate came back, she stated that someone placed the wrong price on the lower priced tag, meaning both dresses were supposed to be $20.98 each. I don't know if that's a store mistake or they were blaming a random customer, but it just gave me an impression that they don't run a tight ship. read more

Typical Nordstrom Rack. At least for the guys, the selection doesn't tend to rotate as much as I'd like. The shoes in particular seem to only rotate once a quarter. If that's their plan, fair enough. But given the nature of the brand, I think they'd benefit from updating their product range more frequently. read more

Orem is really stepping it up in the world by having this great addition. I'm glad that Nordstrom Rack is here in Utah County and not too far from my home. It's not my favorite store that I've been to, but it does the job. I was able to get sufficient Christmas shopping done here, and I've bought plenty of great workout gear and some purses here for myself as well. Something about the set up of this particular store does not Joce with me the way other Racks do, but I can't put my finger on it. The Sugarhouse Nordstrom Rack is definitely my favorite, but like I said, this one is great for here in Utah County. read more

Love this store location. I was so sad a couple years ago when the Nordstrom's left Utah county... but the Nordstrom rack makes up for it a little. Really awful customer service. We waited in line for ten minutes behind one person since only one register was open. While waiting, two more registers opened up and instead of telling us they were available since we had been waiting the longest at the front of the line, the two registers directed shoppers behind us who hadn't waited nearly as long to make their purchases. If I were the owner of this location and saw this happening, I would be livid with my employees. read more
