CHECK POSHMARK FIRST IF YOU WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BOUTIQUE. I'm sure it's full of people with brand new clothes with the tags still on because Bella Ella rejected their return for a frivolous reason. You know it's bad when you have to pin your return policy as the first post on your Facebook page and disable/hide all comments. This place is a scam. As others have noted, they are incredibly liberal with what they deem as "damaged" and what they'll reject in their return policy. I ordered two sizes of a dress. I had the dress on no longer than to gauge between the two sizes that I ordered. I tried to return the dress and they said it had an "odor" and rejected the return. There is no way this had any more odor on it than what happens when you try on something when you're physically in the store. They embellished the "damage" by saying they let it air out and the odor was still there; an outright lie as this was on my body for 30 seconds. To add insult to injury, you have to pay for shipping both ways. So when I do resell this item, I will come nowhere near breaking even. Check Poshmark or do a Google image search on the item of clothing you want. It's the same stuff that other boutiques carry and hopefully you'll find somewhere that's a much more reputable company to give your money to. read more

Just returned a dress today that actually was cute and good quality, but I ended up going with a different option. The worker let me know that their return policy was ONLY store credit--sure wish they had told me that when I bought it in the first place. Also wish I had seen their very low Yelp reviews. Who knows how long this little Utah pop up will even be in business basically paid for nothing and now will have credit that probably doesn't get used. Huge win for them Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Trevor Williams when I contacted customer service about a return that was not refunded. He responded that they were way behind. As this is not acceptable given the time that had passed, I disputed the charge with Paypal. He proceeded to send me a threatening email accusing me of stealing from the company. This is completely unacceptable and some of the worst customer service I've ever received all for simply requesting a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! read more

The shirt I received looks terrible, the quality is horrible. The front of the shirt where the horizontal lines meet the vertical lines is sewn crooked. Bad enough where you wouldn't even want to wear it... see below. Naturally, I want a replacement or refund. When I contacted customer service with the pictures attached, on two different occasions the response was, "Unfortunately variations in sewing pattern do not constitute as damages or defects, and we would be unable to replace this." The shirt I received is beyond a "variation in sewing pattern", it is a clear defect. After a phone call to customer service, the rep., Trevor, agreed with me that the shirt looks terrible, but then in the same sentence stated, "there's not much I can do for you." He advanced the issue to someone "above him", but the response was: "Unfortunately the policy exception request was denied." So I issued a return only to find out that the only option is to get store credit and, after calling, they refused to issue me a refund, only store credit. So, if you want to purchase from a company who not only sells products of poor quality, admits that the product is poor quality and that they "can't do anything" to reconcile the issue with their poor quality products, go ahead and click "add to cart" and purchase something from Bella Ella Boutique. read more

Avoid this company if possible!!!!! Bought a sweater for my wife. Terrible customer service and wouldnt exhange for size....not worth the trouble. Will stay with more legitimate company who actually cares about customers from now on. Actually wish I found the reviews before I bought as this company looks to be goign out of business. read more

Agree with everyone else here-- Buyer beware! This company has terrible customer service. I bought a dress, didn't fit, so I returned it. Did not realize returns are only refunded as store credit. Annoying but not the end of the world. I then used the store credit to order a shirt and when I got the shirt there was a hole in it. When I reached out, customer service was condescending and suggested "I donate it to a local charity." They could refund me in store credit but not my original card-- the perfect scam to make more money off the customer! Moreover, they deleted my posts and blocked me on social media. Very unprofessional. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This boutique has cute clothes, but they're wildly over priced & they do not refund your money. I had some issues with shipping. 1 out of two packages arrived to my house, but the other one got sent back for some reason. Customer Service reached out to me requesting I pay an additional shipping fee for it being sent back & to resend it to my address. I was very frustrated by this because the first one made it just fine. When I asked the Representative about it, she proceed to blame it on me saying I should've put my correct address in in the first place. Basically they have over priced & poor quality clothing and some of the worst customer service I've seen in ages. Don't waste your time or money here my friends. read more

Unfortunately I should have read the return policy before I purchased anything from this website - they will only issue store credit. I attempted to purchase a dress on two separate occasions from this website.. the second time solely to use the store credit I was issued after I returned the first dress. Both dresses were so cheap looking, especially for the price. I unfortunately learned my lesson and will never be shopping here again. read more

Read the reviews before purchasing I almost ordered - so glad I checked Poor quality & no credit on returns store credit only that speaks volumes read more

Miserable customer service and BS return policy that they intentionally hide.

Save your money and headache. If you are outside of their return date, no exchanges or store credit. If don't respond to them within 5 days, they will restock your items and take your money. All sales are final and any returns will result in a store credit. The quality of clothes are poor and high priced. They are based in Utah. This business is NOT ready for online business. They should stick to their brick and mortar business. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could.... What legitimate business in the year 2021 refuses to let customers return items for a full refund? I finally received a dress I ordered 10 days ago today and was disappointed; the material was a poor quality and the fit was too loose and flimsy. I attempted to initiate a return online and discovered I could only receive store credit (as if I would ever opt to shop again at a store with such *poor* customer service policies!). Oh well, I'm out $75+ and stuck with a crappy dress that I could have purchased on Amazon for $20. Learn from my mistake and take your money and business elsewhere! read more

Really awful company to deal with. They are unreasonable and lie to suit their needs then double down when caught in the lie. I ordered a dress 15 days before an event. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Even though I had confirmed my address multiple times and it is the same address as is on my driver's license, they claimed they couldn't ship the item because my address was invalid. I had already received a confirmation email from them about the payment and purchase. I believed the transaction to basically be finished. I like Bella Ella clothes and I read their advertisement emails fairly often. However, on average I receive about 3-5 a day from them, it's a lot. They sent me 1 particular email on the day I purchased the dress asking me to confirm my address again...I missed it. So, I confirm the address eight days later when I realize they still haven't even sent it. But, they won't cancel and refund the order!!! They claim they have to ship it because I confirmed the address. A Better Business Bureau report has been filed against them in order to request a refund for an order that still hasn't been fulfilled. According to USPS, they haven't received the package and the boutique is now closed for the weekend. I'm sure I won't get my money back. But, avoid this shop. There are other places to shop! read more

I have purchased a dress to wear to a wedding and it was supposed to arrive a few days before the event. It never came on time, in fact it was delivered almost a week later. The dress I have purchased looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The color was much darker and it was significantly oversized. The quality of the item was absolutely terrible. The seams were crooked and the threads were sticking out everywhere. The bottom of the dress is noticeably uneven ( it is about 2 inches longer on the left side) and the collar awkwardly protrudes in the back. They do not issue refunds and only offer store credit. I am not excited to purchase anything from them again considering the poor quality of the item received. Moreover, they charge for shipping if you wish to return or exchange. Their return policy is mentioned somewhere in the fine print so they can blame customers for not reading carefully. I was surprised to see all the great reviews for the item I've purchased. I have left a one star review and photos on their website but it was never posted. I guess they are selective with what reviews are posted, which explains why such an atrocious and poor quality item has so many good ones. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! read more

The girl at the counter wasn't wearing a mask and was just stairing at customers, not asking them if they need help or anything. I was just looking around the store. The clothes were kinda cute but based on all of the other reviews I would not purchase anything. read more

Horrible! Their items are cheap quality and defective. They will lie and blame you... see all other reviews where staff are not "allowed" to accept returns of defective items or exchange them... that is literally fraud, selling items that are not functional or as described. You'd think if you order a top or dress it would not arrive falling apart??? Terrible customer service and items. Their BBB RATINGS ARE ALL Fs AT EVERY LOCATION AND ONLINE. BEWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. read more

This boutique is the absolute worst!! Do not waste money on it. Their clothes are never consistent in the sizes, they are awful quality & their return policy is garbage. They won't refund you but give you store credit. That is the biggest hint that they're struggling financially & by judging by their other reviews, I can tell that as well! Their customer service is sub par. Apparently their manager is on maternity leave but nothing can be done until she is back. I don't understand how they feel like they are an honest company. Absolutely could not stress this enough: DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THEM! They also blocked me on their Instagram bc I left a review saying "your return policy sucks." hahaha apparently they don't like being transparent! read more

I would give them zero stars if possible. They sent me items with stitching falling apart and sewn like a pile of spaghetti on each cuff. I sent photos and "Trevor" stated "I don't see anything, it's clearance so you can't return it. I want to remind you our return policy is clearly stated on our site." Soooo..... you sent a defective item and it is MY fault??? A quick BBB search shows they have ONLY 'F' RATINGS as well! DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY SEND JUNK OR WRONG ITEMS THEN LIE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX THEIR ERROR. read more

Definitely avoid this company. No transparency about their return policy - store credit only which is SO below par compared to industry standard, especially when the bulk of their business is online. Clothing is cute in photos but often fits poorly or off - I would know, I've ordered 5-6 times over the years and have lucked out but also struck out. There are too many great Utah based boutiques to stay with this greedy group. read more

Deceptive practices, you sell products without size charts, you don't allow refunds to the original payment and ONLY store credit, you make customers pay for returns, your clothing is so small that my very average body would have to order probably a XXXL as the large didn't even fit over my ribs, and WORST OF ALL...you are not showing bad reviews on your website. You only display the good reviews. I only took a chance and purchased from you because of said good reviews and now that I see your deceptive practices, I am very disappointed. Why would anyone ever order from you? You give zero reason for repeat customers because you are deceptive and make the process difficult every step of the way. I may have wasted $90 on that dress but I'll make sure no one else gets scammed. It will now be my mission. read more

Not surprised by the low rating. This company does not take responsibility when its shady shipping partners lose a package. Most ligament companies take some form of responsibility when their shipping partners lose a package. My package hasn't moved in nearly a week and Bella Ella customer service told me it was not their problem and I can file a claim with their shipping partner. It is not worth the risk of ordering again. Stay far away from the company. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a dress and decided I didn't want it anymore after purchasing. So emailed within 2 hours of buying to try to cancel my order and receive credit. They claimed they were unable to refund me and that I would have to get the dress and return for STORE CREDIT if I didn't want it. Beware when buying from here because on top of their horrible customer service and horrible return policy they also make you pay to ship your return item back !!! Very poor experience. I also found the same dress on a different site for almost half of the price so if you are going to buy from here make sure you look around before doing so. read more

READ the return policy..... cheap pop up from China with a single mom sob-story!!! Store credit for immediately returning 2 items that didn't fit! And They only take the good reviews on their website- so make sure you search for reviews other than what's on the website! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. Don't buy anything from them. I never write reviews but this shows how upset I was. Denied my return after I returned it in the mail and made me pay for shipping to get the dress back. I will never ever buy anything from here again. read more

They have a very "fine print" return policy. Basically you will never get your money back if you are unhappy with your purchases. I checked out the policy before I completed my purchase at the top of the site where it says "returns" because that makes sense right? It says "items discounted 30% or more or marked as final sale are not eligible for return." OK... I made sure to not buy any items that fit this description, but it turns out they have another "fine print" -very hard to find I might add- extensive return policy that has more specifications for final sale items. Most people would not know to look for these specific qualifications as final sale but I think the whole thing is really deceptive and I feel very taken advantage of. My mistake for believing in reliable customer service... You'll find many items are not even eligible for a return and if they are they ONLY give back store credit. The dresses are also pretty expensive and they sell a lot online so it's a big risk you're taking since they won't accept returns if the items don't fit or you don't like them in person. I kindly asked the customer service team for an exception since their return policy is so fine print and hard to find on their website but it was a no go. Really disappointed I spent almost $300 and am not happy with any of the dresses I bought and now I'm basically out that money ‍ read more

I ordered 2 dresses that never made it to me when they were shipped back to the company I had to pay an additional $7.95 in shipping and another tax making it an additional $15.00 for a $220 order. Super frustrating. I still don't have the dresses. read more

Save yourself the trouble. I paid for expedited shipping on two orders and my dresses arrived late. they will tell you it is your problem not theirs. also, the product was not well-made at all. Customer service with this company is nonexistent. Once they have your money, you are not gonna get it back unless you fat very hard which is what I did. it took a lot of work to get my credit card to return my money. Bella Ella felt very hard to keep my money, they really suck. Do business with anyone else but them. read more

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought three dresses as options for a wedding. None of the clothes looked like the photos. There was wayyyy too much fabric and it all fit horribly. Not like the wrong size horribly, but just made like crap. One of the dresses I ordered was pictured with a slit going up the side of the dress. When I tried it on the slit, it went up the middle to my belly button. Not only that, but the gap which was the "slit" showed EVERYTHING. From my feet straight up to my belly button, straight up, you could see my whole underwear, nothing was covered. I spent $202 on 3 dresses that don't fit or look like the photos. Now get this, I returned all 3 dresses (and had to pay $6 for shipping). Then I get a notification that the $196 remaining, I do not get back. Instead, I get an e-gift card with MY money. So essentially, I wasted $202 on clothes that were nothing like the photos and now I can't even get the money back AND I am expected to buy more crap quality clothing from their store. DON'T DO IT. read more

Won't return money! Horrible customer sevice!!service!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered several items from this boutique and when I received one of the sweaters I realized they either completely wrote the description incorrectly or it was the wrong product. I reached out for help the day after receiving it and went back and forth with someone (13 emails) to eventually find out they weren't going to assist me because it was on sale ($19.97) and they don't return sale items, no matter what the issue is. ALSO, the sweater was from H&M??? So I feel like this company is dishonest and scummy. I would understand if I ordered the wrong size or misread the description but unfortunately this boutique just genuinely doesn't care about the customer. read more

I was spammed by their ADs. I read their online return policy, which stated they accept returns within 30 days. I purchased items and when they arrived they were extremely cheap and looked nothing like the photos online. ONLY once I received my items was I informed in the return slip that they only offer store credit. They are an extremely deceitful company with the WORST customer service. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. read more

Horrible and unprofessional company. Spend your money elsewhere. This company thinks it's high end because they jack up their prices, but the quality, shipping pace and the customer relations are all fails. Avoid this company like the plague. They are awful and obviously hurting financially to push a fraudulent charge through and offer no refund. They will most likely be out of business soon. Hard pass on this company! read more

TERRIBLE costumer service! Already a very pricey boutique and not willing to accommodate returns or store credit for never worn items. - I bought the same dress in two different sizes, hoping to return the size that did not fit. NOPE! Not the case! In addition, the dress was very cheaply made considering the $70 price tag. Reminds me of a Shein purchase. - The lace ripped the very first (& only) time I wore it. There are many great online boutiques, but this is not one! read more

BEWARE of their return policy. I purchased a black dress which did not fit and they did not have the size up at the time, so I decided to go ahead and return and keep an eye out for the size when it came in stock. I sent the return in and they claimed it had dog hair on it and could not accept the return. I find it highly unlikely that my dog's black hair was so eye catching on an all black dress that they could not accept the return. Also, the dress was out of the bag for a total of 5 minutes for me to try on and immediately put back in the bag. I asked them to send me a picture of the dog hair, to which they never did. After many emails, I finally was able to get store credit, yet they shorted me $6.00 for shipping. Which I payed for the shipping in the first place, so I'm really not sure how I purchased something, paid for shipping, returned due to it being the wrong size, and now got shorted for the dress and paying shipping again to get the correct size. In addition, I purchased a green dress for around $75 and to be honest the material did not justify $75 worth and was see through on the backside. I decided to return and they claimed it smelled like detergent. No issues with it besides it smelled good apparently. I decided to have them send it back to me (because lets be honest they were going to put it back on the shelf to sell). To which they emailed me an invoice to PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO RETURN MY RETURN. So I paid more for this damn dress in the long run. I really did like this shop and have bought and loved many other items. These are the only two items I ever had to return/exchange.. it's unfortunate customer service was so passive aggressive. I hope no one has to deal with the same issues. read more

This is the most overpriced boutique... This is the most overpriced boutique for basic clothing. The items I received were not the right color because they edit their pictures to make the clothing pieces look more attractive. You can LITERALLY get the same clothing for 1/4 the price at Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshall's. Don't waste your money. Their customer service and returns policy is a joke. If you want a cute boutique, try Bohme or Fancy Frills. This is a waste of time. read more

Horrible customer service. I wanted to cancel the order I had placed 2 minutes ago and they denied my cancellation. I could not use my refund coupon for my order and the store wouldn't do it for me. Their dresses are not true to size so I always have to go up a size and they don't carry XL. I will most like be returning and getting store credit that I won't use because they don't carry larger sizes. Very disappointing! I suggest using Lulus they have a wonderful return policy. I will not be purchasing anything from this store. read more

Absolutely terrible in every way. HORRIBLE cheap quality material. I've purchased better dresses at TJ Maxx for a fraction of the price. They also have the worst return policy i've ever encountered from a clothing boutique... Store credit only (even when returned in their 30 day window) and you must pay return shipping. Do not waste your money here, they clearly have no respect for their customers. read more

I would start by saying that their sizes are Way off, and when they say 3-5 business days it took 9 working days ( ordered on the 2nd got it on the 15th), ok I could deal with that, but when I wanted to return the item they wanted it back in 2 business day. What? So I get a 'gift card' to use, so..I did. HOWEVER I did not noticed until after I clicked the button that (1) item showed up as a Small- IMMEDITALY emailed, tried to call and get this fixed. My response was " sorry, our policy clearly states no adjustments or cancellations after submitted". Terrible! Seriously! I noticed it the second I hit 'place order', and turned around within Seconds to try and fix it. I would NOT recommend this Boutique to anyone! I have already told All my Coworkers and Family to Stay Clear of this site they are NOT ethical on Customer Service- I will stick to Local Boutiques Only! read more
