After being ignored in Pacsun by their too-cool-for-school employees and frankly creeped out in Vans, I walked into American Eagle as my last resort to find a coat. I tried a few on to which two sales associates kindly gave me their opinion in order to help me make the right choice. They even told me what coats would be better for skiing, which I felt was unnecessary but appreciated nonetheless.
Once I went to checkout, however, customer service was taken to the next level. Lorrin greeted me with a smile and made sure I found everything okay even though closing time was approaching. Of all the American Eagle employees in the Intermountain West, Lorrin is the easiest on the eyes.
Lorrin then proceeded to pull the sleeves out of my coat and display its reversible quality, something I would have never noticed. Then, just when I was about to hand her my card, she broke the news that the coat was 60 percent off, saving me $60.
