Horrible Experience, I would never recommend. My brother in law told me about him and highly recommend him, after I order he said 3 weeks and it would be done. After 4 weeks go by a call and find out he'd never ordered it. Then he call back and he has my order all messed up and weird fabrics and weird embroidery . Then it finally get done 7 and a half weeks after I ordered. A week to the day before the wedding. And when I asked for discount for all the Trouble. He tried to blame the Tailor and when I called him out for it being 100% on his end and not the tailor he screamed threw his phone at the desk And stormed off. He eventually gave me a discount. Garth is one of the most honest, caring people you will meet. He has a lot of personality and helps you find what you want for your wedding. He has experience in many different wedding cultures and tells you bluntly to "choose what will make you happy because it's your wedding and no one else matters". A friend told me about Perfectly Suited when I mentioned I needed to shop for a suit. He said I would find a great selection of suits and that I could also have a custom suit made for me. He also told me the owner Garth was a great guy and provided super service. Even with the recommend I wasn't highly motivated to make the 45 minute drive to Provo to buy a suit. Shopping isn't one of my favorite things to do, much less clothing shopping, but with a wedding coming and an outdated closet I needed to make the move. I had the morning off and decided I would make the drive down but after checking the website I couldn't find the store hours. I made a phone call and within 5 minutes Garth returned my call and offered to meet me before his store actually opened, normally 12noon, so I was feeling better about going down now. When I arrived Garth asked about what I was looking for, about my style, then immediately pulled several suits out that were far better than any suits I had seen at the "factory" stores. After trying several different suits I finally found the one that was exactly what I was looking for. Garth's passion for what he does shows in every way at Perfectly Suited. He really understands what makes a great fit and knows how to make you feel comfortable. He takes the time to listen to your needs and then guides you in finding the perfect suit for your needs. He has his own line of beautiful ties as well and apparently makes custom fitted shirts also. Perfectly Suited displayed one of the worst examples of customer service I've ever seen, and I feel that other people should be forewarned. I bought a suit from them about a year ago. The entire time I was in the shop the salesman was highly condescending and kept offering me things I didn't want. I told him I wanted a black suit with a vest and he kept showing me blue and gray suits with no vest. They were fine suits, but I felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't want. When I finally did find the three piece suit I wanted, we ordered it. When it came in, it was completely too small. I tried it on in the fitting room and told the same salesman who sold it to me that it was too small and very uncomfortable. He assured me that I would be able to get it sized at a tailor. Trusting that he knew what he was talking about, I took it to a tailor and spent over $50 to get it altered. The pants were still too small and the tailor told me that they couldn't be taken out anymore. I'm 5'6'' and 150 pounds. I'm pretty small to begin with and this suit has no wiggle room. I can't breathe when I wear it. When I took it in to Garth (the owner), I explained how I felt that his salesman had done a poor job in sizing me and just wanted to push the inventory out the door without worrying about my satisfaction. Garth's solution to the problem was to swap my suit out for a more expensive one (again only offering ones with on vests that I didn't like) and make me pay the difference. I wasn't happy with that, but I would have dealt with it. In addition though, he was going to make me eat the $50 I already spent getting the old suit altered and pay the additional fees to get the new suit altered. He had a very unconcerned "it's your problem" kind of attitude. I walked out of there feeling ripped off disappointed at the fact that there was no recourse. I've been wearing the suit, but it's very uncomfortable and I hate it. To top it off, the zipper on the pants broke about two months ago (because they're so tight) and now the suit is completely worthless to me. I feel very displeased with the way he treated me (mind you I was very cordial the whole time) and I feel embarrassed that I payed $380 for a suit that has never fit right. If I wanted a crappy suit, I would have bought one off the rack somewhere else for far cheaper. Maybe my experience was the exception, but don't take a chance. Save your money and go somewhere else. As far as I see it, these people are hacks. They're businessmen who only want to sell you something. They don't care whether or not you walk out of their fancy storefront "perfectly suited" or not. read more

Perfectly Suited is without question the finest in gentlemen's clothing that the area has to offer. When my wife and I were married I contacted Garth for a custom suit, he made arrangements to meet my wife and I where we live for our convenience. Garth always takes the time to make sure that you love everything about your clothing and that it fits perfectly. I never knew what a custom suit felt like before, it is a completely different experience than buying a suit off the rack and having it fitted. I am not an easy guy to fit, I wear a 48 suit coat and at the time a 34 waist pant. My suit looks better than a suit that costs 3-4 times as much at Nordstrom. I also have two more suits and half a dozen custom shirts from Garth that are always the source of compliments. I have had the shirts for more than 6 years and have lost a total of 3 buttons, the durability and feel of the fabrics is second to none.
