So this is a difficult one. I had an online order I needed to pick up at the store. Admittedly, hadn't shopped at the store for some time. While Kohls has undergone quite a few changed trying to stay a float in the retail world and This location is no exception, I was surprised at the overall appearance, disarray of merchandise and limited clothing sizes that were available. This use to be a store you could count in for great values at affordable prices. This use to be an inviting store, the clothing racks were well arranged and the clothing shelves kept tidy. Unfortunately, standards have really relaxed here. Part of this I'm sure is due to workers shortages but overall, things just aren't the same. read more

I've been going to kohls in Orem Utah for as long as it's been open. Years and years. My family has teased me how I should own stock in Kohls. I'm not sure what had happened over the last couple of years, if management has changed it what? But the clothes look more presentable at your local DI or Goodwill. They're totally wrinkled and in disarray. I finally decided I'm doing a review of this store because it was so bad. I know customers can be slobs and throw things around but it used to be there were night crews who would make the store presentable for the next day. But I don't understand when staff , what there is of them anymore, walk around, don't they see what customers see? They must just walk on by and ignore it. Elijah (one of the workers in Orem store) had common people skills. It was nice he held a conversation being a mom of 2 babies at the store trying to handle Amazon returns. I definitely would give him a shoutout because most kids his age can't handle eye contact or hold a conversation and he did. read more

The employees here are friendly for the most part. I appreciate the people that work at the return department (Amazon returns), they're usually kind and respectful until today. There was a long line of people returning items and two employees helping the customers. One of them (short black hair and with glasses), was rude after a mistake she made on one of my returns, as if it was my fault that she messed up. She grudgingly reopened the return bag she packed, took the return out and tossed it on the desk looking upset. I wanted to tell her she might break the items (they were made of glass), if she does it again. I didn't say anything, I just observed how she would handle the rest of the items I was returning. She didn't toss the rest of them but remained unpleasant. Hopefully, there aren't a lot of this kind of rudeness at this Kohl's store because I like this store for the most part. read more

First of all, I need to mention that Lily, the cashier, gave me excellent customer service today. I started shopping here last month. Be advised that they'll sell hard to get you on their credit card program; with the coupons, I admit that it could be a good deal but it could also be financially dangerous without discipline. The fitting rooms need improvement. The mess can turn into disaster. The parking lot is spacious. read more

Great merchandise and great prices. Only complaint is their self order kiosks are a nightmare

As much as I love their stuff it seems like we always had trouble with something. The kiosk doesn't register our Kohl's cash nor hour barcodes on merchandise credit. They won't put merchandise credit on gift cards so we can use them at the kiosk. And it seems like customer service never knows the answers of how to help us. You do get free shipping if you order from the kiosk in the store and that's usually the only reason why we want to go into the store. We registered online there and have enjoyed the things that we get there but everything seems more expensive than it should be . Grantide they do give several coupons quite often. If you like to shop in store and you don't mind spending money this is a great store. Their products are nice but there's not a lot of writing they have specialty items and specialty brands. This particular store struggles with caring variety as well, but as I've been to the American Fork store and had much better luck. read more

Lack of customer service! Very rude and accused of robbing makeup while putting my phone in my purse. Totally embarrassing.
