Is there such thing as some Targets being better than other Targets? If you ask me, absolutely!!…read moreThere is a Target somewhere else that is filthy, always out of stock, and the service is not good at all. This Target was stocked with all kinds of things, along with being very clean and welcoming. I can't think of that many people who want to shop at a Target that has products all over the floor but I have seen another Target that is consistently like that. I love a clean, organized Target dude! The study I haven't done shows people will buy more if the environment looks like and has more products to offer. When you walk in to this Target, you get the typical "bullsye's playground". It is neat and I like that different stores have different products in there--they are not all the same! I found a few good finds in this area. I feel like I need to also point out one of my favorite things in the store as well...Their Oh Happy Dani section was highlighting Black History Month and the products were wonderful. They had notepads, mugs, wall decor, and even a puzzle. Their women's clothing section is pretty top notch. I ended up getting a few tees for super cheap (only $8). Not only did they have a great selection but I also just always love the vibes in Target's like this so I love just trotting around like I don't have anywhere better to be. There may be a Target that is closer to me but I really think I prefer this location!!

Stopped in quick for some food/bevs to take back to the hotel. Good service. Looks like they were…read moredoing some remodeling but didn't interfere with business.

I am surprised by the bad reviews on this NPS location. We have always managed to find a good deal…read morehere, sometimes the deals are hit and miss as far as the discount that is offered but if you shop the items that are on their weekly specials you can often times save 50% or more on some items. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

I was totally disrespected by Salt lake city Nps stores. They display a sign telling you that if…read moreyou can find items priced incorrectly they will correct the price and add 10 % discount. I found a golf pitching wedge priced at 458 dollars. It was not marked correctly when I went to customer service they said they could not do anything no one could correct the price without sending it somewhere else. I asked to have my name put on the item so they could get the price corrected and then I could come back and get they extra 10 percent . the worker said they could not hold the club for me it was not allowed. I said you are not living up to your policy one of the employees actually mimicked me by putting his hands in his ears flapping his jaws and making fun of me and this issue. Please do not visit the Salt Lake Store they are disrespectful and will not live up to their own policies shown on signs as you enter the store. I will never return due to the poor customer service and sad conditions at this store. Management is not in control and the employees are not trained to help you. Thanks for reading this I hope it keeps other people from experiencing the worst store I have ever entered

Everyone I know hates on Ross. They say it's too messy, not enough stuff, never find anything in…read moretheir size. Like... Okay. I get it. Yeah, it sucks looking through their clothes racks, or scouring through the shoes for a pair of size 10 shoes that aren't ugly (some people got big feet ok? And we don't want to wear Tivas or Skechers... sorry.) BUT there is no better place to go for home goods stuff at a super reasonable price. I'm moving in a few months and I know for a fact I will be buying almost all my kitchen wares and bathroom towels/rugs at Ross. What they may lack in clothes or shoes, they make up for in home items. I love these aisles. I like Ross better than TJ Maxx because the prices are better. I recently just bought a 3 piece frying pan set for 20 bucks. TWENTY DOLLARS?! Then I go the register and find out it's actually only 15! Lawd... give me a glass of water cause this place is too much. Occasionally, I'll find a cute top or a jacket that I LOVE and is in my size, but I never put my bets on it. But this store is WONDERFUL for makeup brushes, electronics like portable chargers or bluetooth portable speakers, luggage, FRYING PANS!!!, cups, fancy wine glasses, tupperware, candles, bathroom rugs.... NEED I GO ON? I love you, Ross. You've always treated me good.

Ross bills itself as a fun shopping "treasure hunt" I guess in their minds, the folks that run the…read moreOrem Ross think they're steering into this and giving you the option to play on "expert level". Maybe I'm just boring but what crackhead thinks that trying to shop and find things in your size with zero organization is fun?!! I gave up after 15 minutes and walked out. I generally like Ross but the shopping experience there has suffered significantly since the deadly combination of the pandemic and Bidenomics. That combination killed far more businesses than the pandemic killed actual people. This has led to less variety and product availability. Treasure hunts are only fun if you find some treasure and I find significantly less treasure now than I did 5 years ago and any point prior to that. I have three daughters and live in Las Vegas. There's a major East/West road that cuts across the entire valley and has about a dozen Ross locations on, or within a mile of it. My kids used to love it when I took them "Ross Crawling" on a Saturday but the joy of that has dried up pretty significantly due to less product and variety. It would be awfully hard to #RossCrawl if there was no organization of clothing items by size since you're rolling through at high speed looking for specific items, which usually includes clothes/shoes. Thankfully, the only location that consistently seems incapable of grouping similar sizes of clothing and shoes in their corresponding sections is the Orem location. Seriously, I'm not talking about a couple of items that have somehow been moved to the wrong section, it's the whole store. I've stopped at this location nearly every time I've visited UT the past 15 years and I'm done. It was so bad on my last visit that I gave up forever. I realize that many stores move their stuff around regularly so you have to hunt for stuff, which causes you to maybe find things you weren't shopping for that you might choose to purchase. To be fair, I don't love that either but this is ridiculous.
