    I have been a loyal customer of Costco for decades. One of the most important products for me is the organic ground beef. I had a meat subscription for a short period of time, and although I was able to purchase a much larger variety of organic meats I realized that our family favorite meat was organic ground beef so we stopped our subscription and started buying our meats exclusively from Costco again and began to stock up. My freezer got thin and to my surprise they replaced the organic ground beef with halal meat. Spanish Fork is a VERY heavy LDS city (over 90%). In fact, over 95.4% identify as "Christian". Why is the Spanish Fork Costco catering to a religious population that is possibly non-existent in Utah County? My membership is up soon and I will not be renewing unless organic ground beef is brought back to our store. I don't care if they want to sell halal products, but don't replace our quality products with sub-quality products to seem "inclusive". This is just garbage. My membership no longer has value if I can't buy organic beef. This was a major oversight from management.

    Return possibilities! We are a family of 7, so we buy in bulk and keep the pantry stocked. So we love Costco. We enjoy tasting samples and grabbing a quick bite all together without breaking the bank. As for purchases outside of food, my spouse and I often make a decision to buy with the final comment of "its Costco" which to us means we can buy it and if we don't love it we can always return it. Like anytime. We had a heater for the kids room that we used once and realized we didn't really need it so a year later without a receipt they gladly gave us a full refund. We LOVE their return policy. Be more cautious with electronic purchase though. As for their rewards, we get a check each year for using their credit card and gas. We highly recommend it. As for the membership fees, with their highest membership if you don't get that much back in rewards cash they will refund your membership dues to you. So try it for a year carefree knowing if you don't see value in the store they will take care of you. I have to finish with this realization. As we have discussed living in the city or a little more out of the city. My personal quality of life is based on how close I live to a Costco. In different stages of life, whether raising kids or being grandpa I want to make a quick run to grab a short grocery list item and a hot dog or a drink on a lazy Saturday or after work. We are huge Costco fans!!

    So impressed with Costco's efforts to keep customers safe! Shoppers are distanced using a sidewalk square between them. Costco employees stroll the line to ensure distancing and even engage members in Costco trivia. Even gave away Purell wipes to longest members. More businesses should follow their example

    Just went in for tires and went through the sign up process. It was a bit slow to got signed up. The help was good and they covered everything. I wished they were faster because I wad in my lunch break. The tires were about 200 to 400 dollars less here than anywhere else I had quoted. I don't mind a little more but it was dumb to pay a lot more for the same tires. The prices seemed only a little less per tire until I realized they were including in the price many things that others charge for. While I waited I ate, walked around. It was clean and nice. The only downside was the slow service. They told me an hour for tires and it was just I over two. They were not crazy busy, in fact at times mine was the only car there.

    Costco is awesome! Great prices on gas, good prices on other products and they treat their employees well! Unlike Sam's Club. I like the fact that you can get staple items for a discount on large quantities. The employees are always friendly too! You get samples while shopping, what more could you ask for? Take the exec membership for 2% cash back or get the Costco Amex Card for 3% back on fuel and the 2% plus 1% on all other buys anywhere. My advice would be to stay away from the center of the store. That's where the store makes money of you. Lots of impulse items in the middle.

    Great place to shop, and the Employees are great! If you want to avoid the long lines, go during the last hour or so they are open!

    My opinion is more rock solid after reading all the following reviews!…read more So after my lengthy experience with this dishonest company I will never use them again for bulk shirt ordering, let me explain... I placed an order for some bulk shirt items and didn't think anything of it having done this with other companies many times before for years. This company had a shirt I wanted to try and I took a gamble buying it and boy was it a bad one! As I waited for my order to arrive it was around 2 week's that I questioned about the location of my order. Again not thinking about it I called and was told it was lost and the shipping information noted that it was delivered to the east coast somewhere. So this was the start to finding the levels of discourteous patterns I would discover about them over time. Again I had to call back and dreading this it took everything out of me to do it but I needed these items as my customers where expecting delivery. My package was located and after it arrived very late, the order was inventoried to find that one of the items sent was wrong. So now you can imagine my anxiety at this point of having to yet call again and listen to the sharp, and overbearing agent that cannot be told otherwise. I had no idea my day was about to go sideways since the first run in with this guy. I know I'm stuck having to waste my time with this poor representative of a human but he did send out a replacement after pulling some teeth and his instructions were to send back the other item as soon as this one arrived and they would take care of the rest as it would be considered an even exchange. So I believed him and this was an even bigger mistake that given this company my business. This was too good to be true. 3 months later I was charged for this item including shipping. There was no communication from them or a shipping label ever provided for the return. So here we are; items ordered, lost, found, replaced but with underhanded conditions and now a company that is guilty of unauthorized fraudulent charges. So I can't do this anymore, I had to call in to put all this together but as expected it what a mistake. I was told I would not receive a refund and they would not take back the original unused item and so NO refund would be issued. So it's not surprising that others have experienced this push back with this mom & pop outfit. They are rude, dishonest, and misleading. The good news is there are other options out there with higher quality products and far better customer service so all I can do is tell others of my exhausting experiences with this poor company. They also offer no push back or at least a positive reciprocating conversation that doesn't end in utter frustration.

    They are right about one thing- the shirts ship fast…read more But if you have to return them- FORGET IT. The refund takes 3-4 weeks. Mines been 5 weeks total now, and after speaking to a very rude representative, "John", I'm severely annoyed. You are supposed to issue a tracking number with your return. I had asked the postal lady to do that (not knowing I was supposed to get a copy), and I assumed it was on the box. So now that I don't have this number, my refund has been delayed, and I was told I would receive it on Monday - Wednesday. And now it's Wednesday - Friday, and now it could be another week or two. I'M SO OVER IT. Especially because this rep was literally just saying on the phone "well you didn't give us a tracking number, so there's nothing I can do" Not a "sorry, I've emailed multiple people, with no response, I'm trying." it just automatically goes to him being frustrated with me because there was no tracking number. "well we sent you the instructions in the email" so annoyed. Very rude. I just want my money back. Worst service ever.
