This Costco is pretty big, and has a huge snack selection. The staff at the doors are always very friendly, but sometimes the people staffing the self checkout area (if you need a handheld scanner or an override code) can be a bit grouchy. read more

When I first stopped in on my way to Wyoming it was amazing but when I came back thats where it took a turn... I bought 3 whole pizzas and was told to buy 175 plates for less than 50 slices because giving out plates isn't allowed. I have asked the warehouse manager and he stood by it when I asked other warehouse's nearby in Spanish forks and near Lehi they told me they would've gave me a few plates. Yes I made a complaint for corporate online and on the phone to escalate it. Because who knows what would've happened if I wrote a physical one it could've gotten "LOST". read more

The AT&T inside this Costco is a joke. They will tell you anything to sell you a plan and not follow through. My family came in to transfer from TMobile to AT&T and for some reason my phone was put on a separate plan and charged $80 a month instead of $35. I called and went in to get this fixed and they said I had to go back to Utah to fix the issue. Turns out I didn't need to go back to Utah to fix the issue. The customer service agents at AT&T are incompetent and overcharged me almost $300. They kept transferring me over and over and their "policy" is different every time I call. What a joke of a company. I'm really disappointed that Costco can't see this issue and fix it. They have a Costco escalation line because of how common this issue is. DO NOT SWITCH TO AT&T, they are not helpful with your issues and every customer service representative will tell you different things! read more

I was in Utah and we needed snacks for our hotel room. The only problem is when you're there for a weekend you get big bags of snacks. But I always love to see what different Costco's have. Gotta love Costco. read more

Excellent. The biggest Costco in the world. That is no joke They even have whole goats and sheep's to bbq at home. Don't ask. Just do it.

This Costco is definitely in a bush location and can feel pretty packed on the weekends. However, they have amazing items here and I like that they have different food items than the Lehi one! Their produce is always amazing and fresh. Seriously have the best strawberries in the summer! You can also never go wrong with their rotisserie chicken!! ;) read more

Clean, well put together store. Love the prices but what I treasure most is the way everything is displayed when you 1st come in. You pretty much know where everything is. I don't like having to hunt for stuff. Fruit & veggies are in good shape. I do wish there were more salad items to choose from and better tasting bread, sorry but the bread here in Utah really sucks, no taste what so ever. It's Like biting into cardboard especially Grandma sycamore. The meats are really good and a nice variety. read more

Charles provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from any retail employee ever in my life.

I love Costco so much! I like to think it's like a mini vacation when I come here without my kids. Even though it's definitely fun to come with them too! They have the best products, good quality and always something new to find! read more

Costco is a beautiful place where you can buy things in bulk and get eggnog in September. They also have samples which is nice when you need a snack. they have a little of everything. They also have a cheap food court that gets you more for less. So if you need a affordable meal for a date night this is your place. You need a membership of course but it's totally worth it! They also have gas stations that have cheaper gas then the average gas station so lots of pros! read more

I've been shopping at this Costco for a year now. They really do have a great selection, and the staff treat customers really well. This was the first time I visited in almost two months. Items are well stocked, and this location is enforcing face mask requirement for entrance into the facility. For the first time, all berries in the freezer section have organic options! Generally people here maintain a six foot distance and are mindful of space. Plexiglass windows have been installed at each register for our safety. You won't be able to dine in but can still order your favorites at the Costco dining. Polish hotdog is still not back, but the pizza still rocks! read more

Costco Warehouse - It's been almost two months. Miss Costco! - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Orem, Utah

Before I move forward in this review, I would like to publicly announce that I am a faithful Costco membership holder. I am honored to be part of a community of grocery shoppers who demand nothing but excellence from their local grocer- and Costco has never failed me. That is, until I tried the abomination of all processed protein bars, Costco's own, "Kirkland Signature Protein Bar." The box I purchased came with two very enticing flavors, cookies and creme and chocolate peanut butter chunk. Such flavors, coupled with 21 grams of protein are undeniable for a college-aged post-adolescent like myself. Perhaps my expectations of perfection are presumptuous, and I understand if little mistakes are made here and there. Let me tell you, this is no slight mistake. This protein bar has the taste of what I'd imagine fecal matter tastes like, followed by the repulsive aftertaste of chemicals and utter disappointment. I have no clue how or why Costco would ever put their stamp of approval on a product like this. I tasted the first bar and was frightened by the thought that my taste buds may have been tainted, perhaps due to the contraction of the COVID-19 virus. Rest assured, I did not have the virus. I made it through one and a quarter bites and couldn't take anymore. I was sick to my stomach-perhaps due to a combination of the flavor and my disgust in whoever gave the OK to put this product on the shelves. After a few weeks, I mustered up the courage to try the second flavor of this protein bar, chocolate peanut butter chunk. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, can't put the blame on you. Disappointed, disgusted, and disheartened yet again. This is a plead from a loyal Costco customer... PLEASE TAKE THIS PRODUCT AWAY FROM THE PEOPLE. I am saddened by the thought of another person like me being deceived by the enticing packaging and the good name of the Kirkland Signature brand, resulting in the purchase of the worst protein bar known to man. I will raise this review to 5/5 as soon as it is confirmed to me that these protein bars are removed from the shelves at the Costco-Orem location. read more

**This review is for the Costco Food Court** I was feeling a little hungry after making my rounds around Costco today. I decided to hit up the food court for a slice of Pizza and a drink. This was my first time eating at the Orem location and while the food was great, the service was far from the exceptional service I am used to at other locations. There was a dozen employees and a massive amount of people waiting for their food. No one seemed to know how to expedite the orders or who even ordered what for that matter. After waiting quite a while I was asked for the third time what I was waiting for and they then promptly figured out how to get me what I needed. The seating at this location is a joke. It is a very busy store and seems to have the least amount of seating out of all Costco's I have been to. The food did end up being good, as expected and loved from the food court there. Hopefully next will be a little better experience. read more

Still. Many many months later. Not actually making sure customers wear a mask. Having a mask approximately around your face but covering neither your nose and/or mouth is still not acceptable. It comes from the top and still employees haven't gotten the memo. Finally giving up and canceling membership after being able to safely go to Costco every few months. Management and corporate - you should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Everytime I go in I deal with the worst racism. For the past time I have had workers check my receipt write the line but than right when they are bouta give it to me they look at it again. I don't see them double checking white peoples receipts only minority/poc. I was patiently waiting for free samples and the lady said not for you and proceeded to give someone else one. read more

Waited about 45minutes for my food. I went up to the attendees a few times with my ticket to mention that other people kept getting their food and I hadn't. They kept repeating that they would get it to me and didn't. Then they realized they had lost my ticket and hadn't made the pizza yet. They didn't apologize or anything, super annoyed at this. read more

It's a nightmare. We often stop at Costco when we travel. We always enjoy looking at Products, clothing that's different than our local Store. This Costco is packed and you better move out of the way, otherwise you will be slammed into with a Cart or Person. It's truly unbelievable that they are so aggressive. Even the LA Costco was so busy but not like this. Parking is also not fun. Honestly, I would NEVER EVER go to this Costco again. read more

I love costco usually, but today, Sunday, I went to get a patch on my tire. I was told it was slow and would be an hour at most. We were there an hour in a half, so we walked out thinking it would be done. NOPE, it was in the shop not even started. I had to wait an additional hour for a patch to get on my tire. I understood being busy, that's great for them however communication is key. Telling me it should be an hour gave me that expectation, not close to 3 hours for a patch. I just was at the end of it when they were done and tried to upsale me on a new tire. I don't need a tire I hit a nail. I never leave reviews but this was not right. read more

I feel absolutely insane writing a review that has 2 stars for Costco. It's crazy, honestly. What comforts me is knowing I'm not alone as Jake Rounkles has had this experience. As I was looking through these reviews; most are positive, which I agree! I'm not a member here but I wish I was! My friend is, which makes him a friend work keeping. Anywho, to get to the beef. Costco is amazing. You can take back Christmas gifts you got for your kid 3 years ago just to turn around and get the new version of it and they won't even question it. Their customer service is comparable to chick fil a. Immaculate. Following the 3 compliments to 1 critique, their protein bars are absolutely horrible. As a desperate college student, my work gives us free snacks purchased at Costco and I thought one day I was thinking about the healthy choice, I chose one of these protein bars. Peanut butter chocolate chunk to be specific, as I took I bite, I chewed twice and didn't even have to think twice before I through it away and went for the 'grandmas' cookies. May not be the healthy choice but i was desperate to get the ratchet taste out of my mouth. I'm concerned for those that tasted it and then thought it was a good idea to represent such a great store with the product. Disappointed. 2 good things came from this. 1. I ate 2 'grandmas' chocolate chip cookies. 2. I made a dear friend from this moment looking through to see he had a similar experience as me. We are now going to be roommates, best friends, and going to try and date best friends to be even closer. The boycott of this particular protein bar will live on until they are no longer on the shelves. I will also stand with Jake Rounkles when he says "I will move this to 5 stars when they are no longer on the shelves" #bettertastingkirklandprotienbars2022 read more

This update is for the pharmacy. Though their prices are good the service is hit and miss. Most of the time the employees are amiable at best but never overly friendly. I understand they have a lot if customers to serve but a lot of pharmacies serve a lot of people and are more polite or smiley than I have experienced. I have had some of polite interactions but most seem indifferent or neutral/bothered to be answering my questions. read more

Just called to price out tires for my vehicle. An extremely disinterested sounding employee suggested I come in rather than call to see if they had the tires I was looking for. I stated that I would rather call, since I would rather not drive all around town to be turned away. I only needed two tires (they are completely bald), and the other two were just fine. He said that since they did not carry the brand to match the other two tires I was keeping, that they couldn't do it unless I bought FOUR. When I explained a had a long trip to make soon, and started trying to ask if I could just buy the 2 tires I wanted and not have them installed (I'd do it myself), he kept speaking over me saying the same thing over and over again, that they can only sell me 4 tires not 2 (this seems to be a thing they like to suggest to customers a lot) I couldn't get a word in edgewise. He made up his mind that he would not hear another word, and that I was going to buy 4 tires or nothing at all. Good thing I didn't drive there to get treated that way. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

We've had great experiences at this costco. The pharmacy has been helpful, ever since they renovated the food court it has been so fast! Go order on the screen and just wait a few moments for your food to be ready, even when it's super busy! They have an awesome selection and are so helpful! Multiple times we've had a bag of popcorn or something when we were checking out and they let us know it was buy one get one free so they ran back to grab another bag for us. Love it! read more

Costco Wholesale is great if you like to buy things in bulk! We would always go for the "Sample Saturdays", but now it's "Samples Everyday"! What I really want to review though, is the stellar food court. Holy cow, we love a good Costco hotdog and/or slice of pizza. Today they were selling gelato, so of course we had to get three scoops of that served in a waffle cone. I'm not sure if that will be a permanent food item, so get it while you can! TIPS & TRICKS: * Ask for some sauerkraut to accompany your hotdog, they have it hidden in the back for us cool people. * While checking out, look at the end registers, usually they are the shortest lines. It's what we like to call "avoiding the herd mentality". * A tip for the free samples: be sure to make your way to the back corner of the freezer sections--that's where they keep the good stuff. read more

My review is to do with their self-checkout. First--you have to lift everything out of the cart--at Sam's there is a scanner. Not here. And it has to fit on their grocery-store type scanner. Second, when it is busy, which is most of the time, the staff directing you to the scanners are not in the least friendly. I asked for help with a 40lb bag of bird seed -- I am 71 years old -- and they refused. Told me to lift it out to scan it. I understand that this is probably a high-stress area, but there is no call for rudeness or being unhelpful. It was my first time using their self-checkout, and I will know not to take heavy items through it from now on, but they could have been somewhat more helpful and less abrasive. read more

I have come to this Costco for years and have loved it until yesterday.. I'm leaving a 2 star review because I've never been disappointed and disrespected by their employees until today. I ran into Costco for 1 thing and was waiting in self check out, when a woman suddenly stood by the lady in front of me. I thought that they were together so I wasn't bothered by her stepping in front. The lady in front looked at the women and looked at me with a smirk and turned around to the woman and said "the line is behind her" as she pointed to me. The woman responded to the lady with "I know" the lady then proceeded to say "you're cutting in front of her" (me) the wretched woman responds with "I know". I was shook and went to say something when the person who oversees the self check out walks up to the woman to scan her Costco card, start talking about how the woman is on a lunch break. It really frustrated me to be treated as if her basket of stuff was more important than a customer. She was ignorant and just flat out rude. Do Costco workers get to cut in front of people without saying ANYTHING? Do they get to treat customers like they're below them? If she would've asked I would've said yes because that's just the type of person I am and to hear her respond to the lady in front of me with her arrogant "I know" , "I know" really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I've never been treated so poorly by an employee of a company and even strangers so ya, that's why i am leaving this review because I am shocked that Costco has a woman like her working for them. read more

Absolutely HATE the pharmacy! Anytime we try to get a prescription filled or refilled, they either don't have it, never received the request or some random bullshit glitch in the system! They made me walk out without my refill (which I've had filled 12+ times here) and is very crucial for my health and they wouldn't fill it because they needed to talk to my doctor. Are you kidding?! Yup! My business is done here! Do NOT USE COSTCO PHARMACY! read more

My best dream as a child was when I owned a Costco. Concrete details of why they're awesome: They give you samples, they've got hot dog + drink for $1.50, a big pizza slice for $2, the very berry sundae, churros, berry smoothie. For the price, it's more than worth it. Plus they have excellent $5 chickens in the back and some great pastry/desserts. Brookstone acai blueberries.. the kodiac pancake mix + raspberry syrup. Oh and every 6 months or so they get these perogis that we stock up on. Thank you Costco. read more
