As with anything that changes in life, haircuts, new procedures, meeting new people, there will be an adjustment. Didn't take me that long to accept the new changes. I've been to the zoo, I mean Super Store, and shopping here is so much more of a relaxed and comfortable environment. The staff is engaging and say "thank you" and "have a great day". I feel my patronage is appreciated at the neighborhood Walmart. The bathroom, the men's anyway, is remodeled and much nicer. The layout of the products is changed but I eventually figured it out. We can always find things we don't like but in the scale of Pro/Con, this place is clean, the staff smiles and they are constantly restocking the shelves so we don't have that out of stock experience. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

You'll find the big box stores (Target, Harmon's, Hobby Lobby, etc.) and a handful of restaurants. It's always busy-there's something here for everyone. I appreciate having a one-stop location for many of the things I'd need when I leave home, but the crowded traffic does turn me away sometimes. The city recently replaced a "round about" with traffic lights, which helps with the flow of getting in and out. But once you're in the District, you'll be faced with a congestion again. Just plan on that and you'll be fine. And don't block the intersections if you're stopped. I'd love to see more parking options-it can get crowded. But this is a good thing, I'd guess-it means people are here!

He's always so thoughtful about how he discusses fragrances and patient with all of our questions. We have bought several bottles and recently got them engraved. I desperately told her that I need someone to pick out some items for me-I hate shopping and am terrible at finding things that look good one me-and she went to work. She was attentive and helpful, without being overly pushy. She went out of her way to make sure the items I'd selected to purchase were steamed and packaged up nicely. The selection in the store was pretty good. Some sections were not my style, but others were just what I was looking for. I was able to get a few things I needed, and a few that I just fell in love with.

The amount of my refund was far below what I paid. I was told I'd have to go home and buy the next size up then bring both pants in if I wanted a full refund. I did this and somehow the next size up is also too small. I go back and bring both in and am offered the same small refund. They don't refund your shipping cost even if you're exchanging for size because their sizing is weird and you are for sure buying the bigger item! So in the end, I have a pair of too small pants that cost me $57 when they retail for $35

Well only one package has arrived and one package is now saying 4.10. I needed them before them for family pictures. Now I have to figure something out because they screwed up/ lied about delivery date. The funny thing is, I could have done in Store pick up for the ones that are now late on delivery for same day, but wanted to get them all at the same time, believing that they were being shipped together. Probably not gonna keep my membership for unreliable service.
