My boyfriend ordered me a pair of boots as a gift and when I received the order they didn't fit so I went into the store with my mother in law since we were in the area and they also didn't have the size so we ended up putting the amount onto a gift card and ordered them again. I got an email saying they couldn't be shipped for some reason.... a month goes by and I heard nothing, no refund, nothing. I call and have to explain the whole story multiple times till one of the employees reached out to customer service and I received an email immediately. They gave me tracking info for a new gift card and said in an email, " We see this is being shipped to the West Jordan store for pick up." Okay so I see it's delivered this morning to their mail box I drive more than 2 hrs to the location hoping to get the gift card and try on boots to find the right size and buy them. I go in and the lady gave me a weird look after telling her I wanted to pick up the gift card. Had to explain the long a** story again and she walked to the back. Came back to ask me when I called and who I spoke to. I didn't know who I spoke to unfortunately. Then she went to the back again and came back with another lady and they would not let me speak. Kept interrupting me and said they call the customer when the gift card is ready. HUHHH, no one said that. I said it was delivered and showed her the email that it was delivered to the mail box and they told me they get shipments everyday.... Yeah but A GIFTCARD ISNT DELIVERED IN A SHIPPMENT TRUCK! The post office delivers it TO THE MAILBOX. Knowing it was there and I left with nothing was frustrating. I called customer service number shaking cause I was astonished at how they treated me and she called them because she said most times when it's says it's delivered to the mailbox they just don't check. She called back and told me they were also interrupting her and said they didn't have it. Lena was who I spoke to at customer service and was very kind to me and handled the situation. I hope they have monthly meetings and this review comes up in the topic of conversation, because their customer service sucked. read more
