I had a $10 off coupon, but Shannon also gave me a great deal on two pairs of slippers because I bought five pairs of shoes and two pairs of compression socks. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

Yup, those too. Boots? Sure, there are boots. I always appreciate the selection AND that all the available sizes are RIGHT THERE so you don't have to ask someone to go "check the back" for a particular size. That actually comes in handy, since the customer service here is usually pretty lax. I overheard a customer asking for a specific style and the girl behind the counter didn't seem to eager to help. So if you know what you want and are willing to navigate the towers and rows of shoes, this place likely has what you're looking for.

You can also find socks Customer service is pretty minimal-all the inventory is out on the floor, so what you see is what you get. I didn't see anyone out on the "floor" offering assistance, just a couple people behind the counter running the cash register. So if you need help, you need to seek it out. While there is a vast selection, the displays and the floor could use a little tidying up. I appreciate the selection and the layout of the store, but I docked a star for the trash on the ground and lack of service beyond what you get at check out. However, the lady at the counter was very friendly.

No idea where to go... at each entrance there are service stations where you may purchase your items or ask questions. I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

I asked the store associate if there was a restroom she could use and she said they didn't have one for public use. I asked her, "even for a child?" I promptly hung the items I had picked out (well over $100) and told them I will not shop at a store that would deny my daughter of using their restroom. Too bad that this store is willing to lose customers for something so silly as letting a child use the restroom. I don't see people lining up outside waiting to get in this place.
