(Professional fit: shoe fitting in the morning is the most accurate - this is important for people with diabetes to find the right fit). With Brett's help, I made educated decisions, which is what I look for when I help others, too. Brett was genuine, patient, gentle, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and not pushy at all.
