Met Amanda and Damon, and they make you feel right at home when you're shopping their warehouse sales. Owned my first pair of huaraches a few weeks ago and they are not kidding when they say they feel comfortable on your feet at the first try and use! These huaraches feel like they don't need to be broken in, it's like a big hug to your feet. After several hours (7) over a couple of weeks testing shoes, we determined it was a size they were out of.. Glass Slipper ordered the shoe we tgought would fit, and gave the ballet teacher a choice between two shoe sizes to determine fit. The one that we had to order was the right size. If I had continued making the shoe choices I had prior to Glass Slipper I have no doubt my daughter was well on her way to bunions. We were told we would get a call back from Aimee in 30 minutes when she got to work but it ended being 4 days later. To our surprise it was the manager of whom we had never spoken to outside of just seeing him at Orem who called and refused to help. He stated that we knew it was a discount store and that all sales are final. We told him that although they are a discount store, we called in to give Aimee the commission on creating an order for us on a style we viewed online and that they were the wrong size. We told him that we needed to hurry and get a solution to this situation but he refused and started to give us a number for customers care then hung up. During the call, she clearly explained the situation and specifically asked whether she could return the items in person rather than mailing them. She was told that an in-person return was possible. So she returned them in even received an online return receipt. Based on that information, we reasonably believed the matter had been resolved. We later learned that returns for TikTok Shop purchases could not be processed in person. As a result, we are now out the money and feel that we were given inaccurate information. This situation could have been avoided if the return policy had been explained correctly from the beginning. If in-person returns are not available for TikTok Shop purchases, customers should be told that clearly and consistently. The incorrect information wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and resulted in a financial loss. We urge the company to ensure that its staff are properly informed about the return process and that customers receive accurate guidance before making decisions about their purchases. Update: Customer service made it right and helped us get our refund.
